    Adam was very helpful with appropriate options for window covering and suggestions for fabrics.  Dave did the install and arranged to arrive ahead of schedule for install and actually finished before initial appointment time.  He was very courteous and professional.  The blind was  more expensive than I would have liked to spend, but I am confident I have a good quality product with a company that stands behind their products and services.

    Brian did a super job.  He helped me to pick out the blinds that would look best in our room, providing suggestions for what he thought would look best.  He was on time.  His price was reasonable.  He even removed our old curtain rod while he was installing the new ones.  The new blinds look great.  I will definitely hire Brian again!

    BUDGET BLINDS
    About 2 1/2 weeks after I signed the quote and well before Thanksgiving, Jana called to say the blinds were in and she came 3 days later to install them. Jana, Mark and Dustin installed all 7 blinds in 1 1/2 hours. They were neat, clean, friendly and very professional. Jana certainly does run a top notch company. The blinds are absolutely beautiful. They have such a richness and elegance about them..nothing like I have seen anywhere else. Jana gave tips on how to clean the blinds, and also left some extra panels in case something happens to one of the originals. I asked her how to remove the original should it be damaged. Jana started to show me and then said, ''you know, just call me if something like that ever happens and I will come and install the replacement one for you.'' Now, how is that for service? Jana sure knows how to treat her customers. She is a true gem and should be very proud of herself and her installers. I would not hesitate to recommend Jana Block to anyone.

    I DEFINITELY THINK THAT DECORATING YOUR HOME IS AN EXPERIENCE THAT IS BEST IF YOU SPEND THE TIME TO WORK WITH A PROFESSIONAL TO PICK OUT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. IT IS MUCH BETTER AND MORE GRATIFYING THAN PICKING THINGS OUT OF A CATALOG. NOT TO MENTION IF ANYTHING EVER GOES WRONG WITH ANY OF MY DRAPES I CAN VISIT LIZ''S STORE FRONT AND TELL THEM I NEED THEM REPAIRS OR REPLACED RIGHT AWAY. THAT IS BETTER SERVICE THAN YOU WILL EVER GET FROM A CATALOG. NOT TO MENTION IF SOMETHING IS WRONG YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS TO SEND PRODUCTS BACK.

    KRISTINA WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. SHE DROVE A CONSIDERABLE DISTANCE TO MY RESIDENCE AND BROUGHT NUMEROUS SAMPLES OF FABRIC AND WINDOW TREATMENTS. WE SPENT MOST OF AN AFTERNOON PICKING OUT FABRICS AND DISCUSSING DESIGN ALTERNATIVES. HER SUGGESTIONS AND COMMENTS WERE HELPFUL. THE END RESULT WAS FANTASTIC.

    EVERYTHING ORDERED CAME VERY LATE.THE DRAPE CAME WITH FAULTY ROD. I HAD TO FOLLOW UP A NUMBER OF TIMES BEFORE THEY WERE ABLE TO PULL TOGETHER GETTING A ROD. WHEN IT CAME THE 2ND TIME,THE END PIECES WERE NOT INCLUDED. I FOLLOWED UP AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN SURE THAT THE PIECES HAD BEEN REORDERED. FINALLY I CALLED ANGRY BECAUSE I HAD DURING THIS WHOLE MESS NEVER ONCE HEARD FROM THE DECORATOR AND ASKED TO TALK TO THE MGR. AND TO CANCEL MY ORDER FOR THE END. THE NEXT DAY THE DECORATOR CALLED,NOT THE MGR.,AND BASICALLY PUT THE BLAME ON ME SAYING THAT SHE HAD NEVER EVEN KNOWN THAT WE DID NOT HAVE THE END PIECES. DESPITE THAT THE DAY THAT THE SECOND ROD WAS DELIVERED I CALLED THE SECRETARY AND THE INSTALLER CALLED HER AND THE INSTALLER MADE NOTE THAT WE HADN'T RECEIVED THEM. TO DATE,6 MOS.LATER,WE STILL HAVEN'T BEEN CREDITED FOR THE END PIECES.MOST DISAPPOINTING PART OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS THAT THEY NEVER ONCE FOLLOWED THROUGH TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE..ESP. AFTER THE MANY MISTAKES.
