  Morriah and her team did an excellent job cleaning the gutters! They were fast, professional, and courteous. Morriah took the time to explain all of our options for replacement gutter guards. She was very straight forward and gave me an estimate lightning fast! Super affordable cleaning service! Quite honestly, you can't beat it! Will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend to family and friends!

  Mark E. from WSR is a good guy who did a thorough appraisal of the problem and was quick to send us a quote and, after we accepted it, to send a good crew in to fix it. Many other roofers simply ignored our "small" job and never got back to us. The soffit repair required an odd thickness of plywood, which they did not have a good choice in picking, and they installed it. We did not like the quality of the soffit plywood cosmetically. We did not see it until it was installed. West Side Roofing (Mark) was willing to replace the wood if we wished, and was also willing to reduce the cost because of it.

  Right Now Construction

  I initially left a positive review for RIGHT NOW CONSTRUCTION, but regretfully I need to revise! We contracted Right Now Construction back in March 2019 due to wind damage. Tom Cucinotta, owner, was responsive and attentive at first(Until all payments were received). We signed all paperwork and delivered the initial payment. The roof tear off was delayed one day with no heads up. Just did not show! A few hours later, after several attempts to reach Tom, he texted me! They did show up the next day and completed the work within two days. One week later and final payment was received by Tom we started to notice loose shingles, bent facia and soffits. We called Tom and he repaired the loose shingles over the garage. The following week, we noticed the facia, over the front gable was bent and we had a birds nesting. Our new roof is now all white from bird droppings. Tom was not responding to calls or texts. Three weeks later he returned and repaired the facia only after I told him that I could no longer give him positive reviews or referrals. (From my referral, he replaced my neighbors roof). Right Now Construction is advertising FREE GUTTERS with any job over $10,000.(our roof was over $17,000). My neighbor got them! When I asked Tom, he scheduled an appointment for free gutter install on my home! That was four weeks ago and I am still waiting!

  Outstanding workmanship, great crew, professional, competitive price. Work took 2 days due to the size of our roof. Yard was spotless at the end of each day. Quality of the work and product was outstanding. I was absolutely impressed with all of the little things that are included. I highly recommend them.

  THAXTON ROOFING & TINNING CO.

  We have a leak that needs to be addressed (probably requires a full roof replacement). I placed a small tarp on the roof as a temporary measure, but it is unfortunately still leaking. I called Thaxton and it took several days for them to return our call. We scheduled a time for them to come out, which they cancelled due to the weather and said they would call us back to reschedule. After much back and forth and many days later, they said today that they would be unable to provide us with a quote until the spring. Thaxton stated that they are unable to diagnose because of the small tarp on our roof. I offered to remove it (is not doing any good anyhow as it is still leaking), but they had no interest - sounds like an excuse. We have since solicited other roofing contractors who have no problem getting up on the roof this week (there is no snow) and providing us with a quote. I would have submitted an F rating due to the hassle and waste of our time, but they were very kind over the phone.

  Custom Gutter Inc

  Sales manager promptly arrived for our June 5, 2018 appointment, reviewed the job, listened to what we wanted, made some good suggestions & said he'd send a quote within a few days. It's now August 10, 2018 & we're still waiting for that quote. I don't know if job was too small (although Custom replaced our gutters in 2017 for a cost of $2,100, which included a middle man's cut), or if our info was lost, or if he just flat out didn't want to do business with us. All I know is I initiated the call for a quote & I'm not calling again to find out why we fell off the radar.

  Everyone, from Matt in the office, Seth who performed the estimates to the three gentlemen who worked diligently from beginning to end were just top-notch. They were professional, thorough, friendly, and helpful in every way. Explained everything in detail and made sure we had all questions and concerns addressed. I needed a downspout cleared a week before the install during heavy rains and it was done quickly and at no charge. The workers repaired a couple loose pieces of siding, though that was not part of the contract. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this excellent company. Two weeks prior to that we had Pristine Clean, their sister company, pressure was the entire house, and that was excellent as well.

  Excellent service - I couldn't be more pleased! The entire process was easy start-to-finish, and the price was reasonable for the two gutters that required cleaning. I was concerned about the ability to obtain a clean during the winter months, but was surprised to find out that they service all year (weather permitting). It was easy to book, they communicated well, arrived on time and quickly completed the work making sure everything was right. I had several questions about roof ice damage and electric roof cables that Mariah took the time to provide sage advice. Thank you, looking forward to using again!
