    Dmj mechanical
He was very punctual, came several times to assess the problem showed us where the problem was and explained why we needed a new unit. Charged much less than we were quoted by a different company. Super nice person as well. We definitely recommend him!

    L K Heating & Cooling
I would like the owner of this company to respond to the issues I had with todays (8/8/19) visit, and I will give you an opportunity to fix these issues. I had an appointment this morning today, and I found the technician who came to my house at and very unprofessional and racist comment made. The technician drilled an unnessary hole in my pipes and covered it with some putty. He then drilled another appropriate hole and fastened it with a coupler. He asked for my help to cover the hole in the pvc pipe with my hand, to create suction pressure to blow out the obstruction, which I helped him. I didnt charge him for my help. The technician forgot to turn back on the power switch to the 2nd floor hvac unit, causing me to go upstairs to the 2nd floor and then back to the basement and then troubleshoot for him why my thermostat was off, wasting time. He failed to clean up the parts removed and drilled shavings so they are all over my basement floor, carpet and I saw some outside on my driveway from being tracked outside from his shoes. More troubling were the unprofessional comments he made outside my house. As he left to go to his van to write up the quote, he said it will take him some time because he is a ...one finger typer. And he actually billed me for the overage of time due to his delay, including him writing up the estimate which was around 15 mins. He said the company accepts cash checks credit cards. While I was waiting in my garage waiting with my Amex card, he says to me almost done amigo. I find that very racist for him to say that to me. After I noted that he overcharge for the time, and I mentioned it to him, he got defensive and called the office, when they said remove the extra 15 mins time. The issue wasnt when he arrived, but actually when he ended the service. But he kept on saying that the office has GPS, and knows that he arrived. After I presented my Amex card he clarifies that they dont take Amex, then though he said credit cards as payment. Then he tells me that I picked a bad credit card company. When I told him I did it because of points, he responds money isnt everything and that his house is paid off, and I reply back saying says the guy who is over charging me on the visit. Toward the end as wall to my house, he randomly says to me go fishing, and I turn around to clarify I said what?. He says go fishing take your kid out. Again another offensive statement from him because Im Vegan and I dont fish nor do I consciously harm animals. I concluded by telling him that I take my kid out daily. The technician seemed to enjoy his comments to me. Based on this encounter Im very surprised at the unprofessionalism and comments made by the technician, and because of this, I woudnt recommend this company.

    Huge Heating & Cooling
The project went very smoothly. Dave and Denny were great. They are professional, very knowledgeable, showed up right on time and worked hard to get this two-day job done. In fact they had the air back at the end of day one! Awesome relief. Also installed a new programmable digital thermostat. And thanks to John Clark for providing all of the information and answering all of our questions completely so that we could make our decisions quickly. Love Huge!

    Luxury Heating Co
I have been using luxury heating for longer than I can recall. They have replaced two furnace/ac units in my home and have maintained them beautifully. They are extremely professional and always leave the work area spotless. I highly recommend Luxury Heating.

    Sal's Heating & Cooling
Sal's serviced our HVAC unit for 3 years. Brand new house. Brand new unit. The 4th winter, the furnace broke. Their tech said it broke because of poor service - the insides hadn't been cleaned and gunk accumulated. We told their tech that it was them who serviced it from day one!! Anyway, ultimately negotiated a $300 fix after haggling with Sal's managers. Then, a kitchen faucet leaked. Their plumber charged $600 for replacing the tubing to the faucet and the pressure control valve to our house. Took him less than an hour - I was out of town and my wife couldn't fix it, so he basically exploited our vulnerable situation. This time, booked an AC service (like every summer) 2 weeks in advance. Afternoon of service day, tech called saying they couldn't come because too busy. Gave us a day 2 weeks out. And had the attitude that they are too busy with repair calls to deal with regular clean-and-checks. Of course, we've had enough. They charge too much, don't show up, don't own up to their mistakes, and act as if they are doing us a favor. This is what they do to their regular customers! We are never using Sal's again.

    Kasidonis Heating & Cooling Inc
our water heater broke on a Saturday. Called Kasidonis. The technician came out, was punctual, professional and very helpful. Went into detail on how he called the scheduler, and ordered a tank and would be at our house around 9am on Monday. Called the scheduler at our house. Monday comes, no one shows. I call the main office and after much confusion, Mrs. Kasidonis lets me know she's dealing with her; she tells me the technician lied to me and they schedule things Monday mornings. I was on hold several times with her and reps; I was given the impression the office messed up, but they would not admit it. She apologized for our problem, and promised a "substantial refund" for our inconvenience. Turns out all we got was a $99 add-on done for free, which we later found out we didn't need. The tank is great, technicians are professional, but don't deal with ownership.

    Sal's Heating & Cooling
The tech came out and "diagnosed" problem saying I needed parts...and left without starting furnace. Next morning I received a call telling me I could be up and running for $750 including labor and the new parts. I had to pay Sal's $143.00 for sending out that tech. Since it was November and the house was very cold so I called BTU who came out on overtime and got it running ....said a few sensors were dusty....cost $129. It has been running ever since

Very well. Ray arrived within the scheduled time frame and completed the maintenance within the quoted service time. Therefore, my expectations were met. I watched him perform some of the service out of curiosity and he explained and answered my questions adequately. I could see he knew what he was doing and he worked very efficiently. He was respectful and covered his shoes before walking through the house.

Worker didnt check to see if it was working so charged twice for coming out to blow air out of pipe. Toilet wasnt working correctly after they repaired so came out to fix again and got charged for parts (which is fine) but charged again for coming out.

    Fairview Heating & Cooling
Nice gal in office assured me he would be out, same day which is important when you have no heat.. Gary had all the parts with him, repaired all in one visit, which was great considering it had more than one problem.
