  We had Floor Covering International West did our laundry room floor. It was a good experience with them from beginning to the end. They came on time, explained everything about the work, answered questions, and with a good follow up for each step. After they installed the floor, I found some small problems that need to fix, a knowledgeable company expert came and did excellent job. I like this company.

  I���ve done a handful of remodeling projects over the years and worked with a variety of contractors. All of which have been decent, but Laurel Craftman Co has by far been one of the best. The owner, Jamin Irizarry goes the extra mile (literally, we worked with him in Pittsburgh, moved to Cleveland and hired him again). He pays attention detail and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. If you���re looking for a company that prides themselves in their work and has integrity you won���t be disappointed.

  Geiger Stone & Tile Inc

  Trust Jeff! I have 30+ yrs in construction but I never did marble install. I designed this project and selected the marble and could not risk poor workmanship. I know quality work and reliable people. Geiger is it! They are friendly and thorough in all aspects. Price is fair but the quality is superior. My review was delayed a few months due to travel but now I can say it is still perfect! They are busy so you may wait but it is worth it. They started part of my job ahead of schedule when they had an opening and finished it when they said they would be back. (This project took about 10 days total) In addition to installing the shower pan, heated floor, ceramic floor and marble wall tile so well, they corrected a wall alignment issue and recommended a few ideas that really makes the master bath a showcase room.   In two separate jobs I had my entryway remodeled and my kitchen and living room repaired after a pipe leak. The latter involved working with my insurance company and John guided me through the process and provided required documentation. When the sink I chose wouldn't work with the existing piping and my ceiling fan didn't work because I needed additional wiring John found solutions and communicated my options. John and his team are knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating.

  Pucher's Decorating Center

  I tried to get 3 bids. All three companies were quite busy with orders. One could not give me an estimate in a reasonable time. The other two company estimates varied by $1,000.00 for exactly the same product. We went with the lower bid and expanded the scope of work to be done. The installation team was great, despite problems along the way. Demolition took an additional day as the old glued down flooring was very difficult to pry up and they were one man down with a sick day. The on-site foreman is a great contractor. He made sure the job was done right, doing even more work than the higher bid would promise. He watched the details despite the office pushing him to be done ASAP. I know he was between a rock & hard place and his attention was always to give the customer top quality work. There was a communication problem with the Sales Office due to my expanding the scope of work. I attribute it to normal problems having any work done during a busy season. There was a lot of leaving messages instead of direct dialogue. Tile look flooring was ordered for 2nd bath instead of wood look vinyl. This meant the workers were a box short of completing the job. Stephano, Installation Manager, jumped on solving the mix-up right away. One box was exchanged for the wood look product. The job was expected to take 2-3 days, when it actually took 5 ... primarily due to the team being one man down due to illness. The job is not done yet, as we are waiting for delivery of product. This means our Guest Bath is partially done and the toilet had to be removed to lay the floor ... so we have one less bath probably for 2 weeks. This is NORMAL whenever you have major renovation done in your home. Always start a project with your sense of humor intact. It's an inconvenience that is irksome when it happens, but the company and it's workers have been excellent throughout the process. Early 2019 will be Phase 2 - Living/Dining Rm, Kitchen & Laundry.   G S FLOOR DESIGN

  I purchased the carpet through the Home Depot in Rocky River, Ohio and I was in a rush to have the carpet installed. The home depot carpet expert Elizabeth helped me get all in the information ready. I called G.S. Floor Designs to schedule the installation. They were professional and met all my needs in a courteous and swift fashion. The installers called ahead and were able to complete the job with the greater care to my property. The two carpet installers Abiezer G. and Cruz O. were outstanding. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the quality of the installation. They were courteous, hard working and total professionals. I am so pleased that I will refer my friends and family to them again and again. "EXTREMELY SATISFIED"

  They didn't charge me for the estimate. This is the first time I am going to use them, if it works out to my satisfactory then I am going to use them again. I decided to use them, mostly because they have a good reputation and I got a good price. I checked a few places. They were pretty close. I did some research and I talked to several people and they said they would definitely use them again.

  While in the showroom, the saleswoman was upfront and informed me of the charge to move the appliances & toilet (It was well worth it). When the person came to measure the person was on time. I asked a lot of questions, (e.g. transition into the next room, color of metal transition, the labor process, number of days it will take etc...). I told the person that I would remove the footers of the baseboards(save about $150 or more). I also requested a different metal transition color. When I decided to go with them, I made sure the metal transition color was listed on the work order. The 2 men who did the work were outstanding. They were prompt. If I had any questions they answered. They were done 1/2 day earlier than expected. Note I received 2 additional estimates too. The 1 estimate was a lot more. The 2nd estimate was about $400 - $600 more. But that estimate included them removing the footers. However, I was not pleased with the customer service with the 2nd estimate

  Impressed. Nothing short of 'impressed'. Ryan and Shelly are our main points of contact and we've never been disappointed. We've had over 3,000 sq ft of carpeting installed and about 300 sq ft of hardwood installed, 600 sq ft of hardwood refinished, and 400 sq ft of vinyl tile in orders. We will never stray from them and look forward to using them for our next project in the Spring. Pricing can't be beat. Service is beyond exceptional. Selection is boundless. Expertise and helpfulness in choosing is unsurpassed. I highly recommend their company, and their team of trusted professionals, for any, and all, flooring purchases/installs. They are simply the best.
