Phil did a really good job, and the epoxy coated basement floor turned out exceptional. We have had numerous compliments on the floor. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone who wants an epoxy flooring for their basement. It really makes the room pop. Phil responded quickly to my call, provided a prompt written quote, and he. completed the job in exactly the 2.5 days quoted.

Seitz & Sons Concrete & Excavating
Seitz and Sons did a great job on our driveway project. The job was fairly complicated, but they found a way to make it work, and the end result looked great. They were very responsive and finished the job on schedule.

Seitz & Sons Concrete & Excavating
I had some ancient basement walkout steps that were made of some pre-fab metal assembly. They weren't attached to the house foundation wall properly, nor were they resting on a proper support. Seitz ripped those out and replaced them with a proper setup. They removed the old metal assembly, excavated as necessary, poured footers down at the level of the house footer, built block walls, then poured concrete steps between these two walls. They waterproofed theoutside of the new block walls, and backfilled with gravel, then finished the landscaping with some top soil. This was all performed at end of March, beginning of April 2018. The weather was as uncooperative as it could be (rain and snow), but Seitz got it all done in about a week. The price was right for all this and the end product was well worth it. I use these steps daily now to go in and out of the basement without tracking dirt through the house.

When he came to quote Bill Clink came off as a no nonsense kind of guy. We went through the scope of the work and he did not generalize - he came back with a clear and thorough in depth quote. He showed we needed an outdoor well and pumps to upgrade the new system and his pricing was more than fair. So now I have a basement that is dry as a bone, a 15 x 30 dyed patio that looks even better than I expected and everything works as it should! Bill did all the paperwork for permits with the city - I had to do nothing at all! Before, during and after the project if I had any questions Bill or Dottie got right back to me (Dottie is a joy to talk to!) I had to go out of town on business during the project and Bill and his crew were very professional and respectful in their dealings with my wife. I am a very satisfied customer and would use him again in the future absolutely!

I cannot say enough great things about Frank. He was always prompt, fair, hard working, and his craftsmanship is second to none. He is an amazing mason who is also a great guy who is honest and reputable. People like Frank are not that common anymore; honest, fair and incredibly skilled.

Excellent workmanship! Great contractor experience. Guy is a fast talker who promises alot when you talk to him, but he came through with everything he promised. I must have got lucky because he fit me into his schedule and was on-time and his crew worked non-stop both days. Driveway looks great and I couldn't be happier with the results. Just a reminder to let them know if you have a sprinkler system running near the work area...I forgot to inform them and now need to replace a couple of heads...my mistake. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

John and his crew did a wonderful job, we love our new driveway, walkway and stamped patio! In addition to the high quality of their work, I was pleased with John's professionalism and how it easy it was to work with him. He answered many questions that I had and did his best to manage the project timeline (despite poor weather, tree stump, and broken trailer) and my expectations. John was on site during the entire project and did much of the work himself, which was nice since he seems to have the most experience. In addition to the crew, I really enjoyed interacting with Lori, the office manager. She kept me updated regularly as to how the other job were moving along and the impact to our start date, which was really helpful. If I have a need for any more concrete work, I would hire John and his crew again!

The work was completed as per the contract & on time. Neighbors have commented on the excellent quality of the work. The patio is amazing ! It is pressed concrete that looks like slate. The edging on the cuts looks like actual slate, not just a cut! I love it. Vito made great suggestions that was so helpful. He also had to work with an electrician with no problems. John came out to our house within a few days of me calling for a quote. He was very honest and told me that since our driveway was 11 years old, the chips and small cracks were normal wear and tear and not really bad. He didn't recommend doing anything right now, not even sealing because our driveway was already "cured" at 11 years. You don't get honesty like that these days. He could have told me that he was going fill in the cracks and seal the driveway and taken my money. Instead he was a professional and only recommended what needed to be done, nothing. Wish there were more people like that out there in the business world.

Bill was the only contractor to be upfront and honest about the work that needed done and how much it would cost.  I got estimates from a number of companies and even wasted money with one company with a slick salesmen with a less invasive solution (that failed structurally inside of a few months and didn't solve the water problem at all).
There were some scheduling problems because of the aforementioned break in communication with another contractor but felt it was worth waiting for an honest contractor to perform the large amount of work needed.
Bill was extremely knowledgeable and thorough both with his estimate and his description of how'd they do the work and why certain steps were needed.  They dug down 8-10 feet, ripped out the broken footer tile, water proofed the wall and then back-filled with gravel and installed clean outs or access points at a couple points along the way.  During the job there were a number of times Bill brought me outside to inspect what they had done and keep me up to date as to the progress.  After finishing with the waterproofing they cut out holes n the foundation and filled in with concrete and rebar to strengthen the wall (serious cracking and it was starting to bow a little).  When they were done with the job they put all of the landscaping back and there was almost no trace that they were there.    The Job expanded from the original 15K amount due to the cracking found on the front of the house by the pouch which was unexpected, but seemed like the root cause for all my issues.
The work was done over about a week and a half cause of the amount of work being done.  His crew was careful to maintain all of the landscaping that they could and cleaned up the driveway every day after they were done.  While they were coring the holes in the basement wall they cracked one of the panels of siding and his crew replaced it with one of the spare panels I had without batting an eye.  (I'm surprised that more weren't cracked with the amount of work they did, that shows to me how careful they were in their work).  When we were doing the final discussion Bill made a comment that the footer tile had cracked around the back corner and  he dug that out and fixed it (~$1K) without adding it to the bill because he didn't want to expand the cost even more then the job already had.   That completely floored me and re-affirmed that Bill is an honest contractor who truly cares about his clients.   Dottie who manages the front office is also a pleasure to deal with.
I have already recommended Bill to 3 other people in need of similar circumstances and I would use him again in a heartbeat if the need ever arose.
