Written estimate. Communication with Bill was courteous and accurate. When ground was dug up it was found that drain pipe has separated causing water problem. All fixed and waterproofed. Very helpful (took out a few extra bushes for us). Explained all that was done very clearly. I felt that the price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

Ron L, Frank H and crew at Hudy Waterproofing did an excellent job. A portion of area needing waterproofing was under a concrete slab and a screened in porch. Other contractors would not even attempt the work since there equipment could not be used. The crew came out, used a concrete saw to cut concrete, jack hammered cement, and removed the debris. The total section needing dug out was 40' across and 9' deep. Hudy and team dug this by hand. Once the wall was exposed they could see storm and drain pipes that were not properly attached or pitched. All the piping was corrected, even a kitchen sink drain that was broken by me 2 days earlier. The walls were waterproofed. Before the holes were filled a camera was used through all the storm lines. 2 more issues were identified and corrected. Frank the owner did most of the technical work including camera work and pipe installation. The other crew members were very professional and courteous to my family. I would definitely recommend Hudy Waterproofing.

I had some ancient basement walkout steps that were made of some pre-fab metal assembly. They weren't attached to the house foundation wall properly, nor were they resting on a proper support. Seitz ripped those out and replaced them with a proper setup. They removed the old metal assembly, excavated as necessary, poured footers down at the level of the house footer, built block walls, then poured concrete steps between these two walls. They waterproofed theoutside of the new block walls, and backfilled with gravel, then finished the landscaping with some top soil. This was all performed at end of March, beginning of April 2018. The weather was as uncooperative as it could be (rain and snow), but Seitz got it all done in about a week. The price was right for all this and the end product was well worth it. I use these steps daily now to go in and out of the basement without tracking dirt through the house.

When he came to quote Bill Clink came off as a no nonsense kind of guy. We went through the scope of the work and he did not generalize - he came back with a clear and thorough in depth quote. He showed we needed an outdoor well and pumps to upgrade the new system and his pricing was more than fair. So now I have a basement that is dry as a bone, a 15 x 30 dyed patio that looks even better than I expected and everything works as it should! Bill did all the paperwork for permits with the city - I had to do nothing at all! Before, during and after the project if I had any questions Bill or Dottie got right back to me (Dottie is a joy to talk to!) I had to go out of town on business during the project and Bill and his crew were very professional and respectful in their dealings with my wife. I am a very satisfied customer and would use him again in the future absolutely!

Mr Clink examined the house and let me know there was not a problem that required mediating. He examined the house thoroughly. He was very helpful and honest about the situation. He was expert at being able examine the house for any signs of shifting or foundation weakness.

Buy far the best company we hired to do work on our home. Steve Allen and Tom's crew are very professional and explained all the work very thoroughly for us to understand. The crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I asked many questions during the job they were not bothered by my questions. I've had numerous companies that get annoyed when you ask too many questions not the case here. When they were finished you couldn't even tell that we had waterproofing done in our yard. I've seen plenty of home that you can tell they've had waterproofing done after the company leaves. Showed us all the work they were doing during and after the job was done. I highly recommend Integrity waterproofing. Very highly satisfied customer. Thank you very much to Steve Allen and his crew for such a great job!

Ron from Pioneer Basement Solutions visited my house to look at a water problem in a crawl space. He analyzed the problem, looking at both the inside of the crawl space and the exterior including gutters and roofing. He suggested a solution that did not involve using his services at the present time. He told me that the footers were being overwhelmed by rain water from the roof, and that the leakage was because the properly installed drains could not handle the volume of water. We will rework the gutters and downspouts and re-grade the area per his suggestion. Personally Ron was very humble and pleasant to deal with and exuded a confidence that his recommendation was both reasonable and cost effective. He was not out just to get my $$. His recommendation was identical to one I received from my plumber. As a Professional Engineer myself, both recommendations were very similar to one that I developed on my own. At the present time we did not use his services. If his recommendations do not work out and I need further more complicated work, I would certainly use Pioneer Basement Solutions.

They have only been in business for 8 years, not 23 years. They bought out the assets of Ohio Basement Waterproofing And Home Improvement Services, and are a completely different company. If you have a warranty from before the buyout, they will not honor it, claiming that they are a different company who only bought the assets. I just wanted people to know that they really aren't the same company as they claim they are. They are fairly unresponsive as well.

Bill was the only contractor to be upfront and honest about the work that needed done and how much it would cost.  I got estimates from a number of companies and even wasted money with one company with a slick salesmen with a less invasive solution (that failed structurally inside of a few months and didn't solve the water problem at all).
There were some scheduling problems because of the aforementioned break in communication with another contractor but felt it was worth waiting for an honest contractor to perform the large amount of work needed.
Bill was extremely knowledgeable and thorough both with his estimate and his description of how'd they do the work and why certain steps were needed.  They dug down 8-10 feet, ripped out the broken footer tile, water proofed the wall and then back-filled with gravel and installed clean outs or access points at a couple points along the way.  During the job there were a number of times Bill brought me outside to inspect what they had done and keep me up to date as to the progress.  After finishing with the waterproofing they cut out holes n the foundation and filled in with concrete and rebar to strengthen the wall (serious cracking and it was starting to bow a little).  When they were done with the job they put all of the landscaping back and there was almost no trace that they were there.    The Job expanded from the original 15K amount due to the cracking found on the front of the house by the pouch which was unexpected, but seemed like the root cause for all my issues.
The work was done over about a week and a half cause of the amount of work being done.  His crew was careful to maintain all of the landscaping that they could and cleaned up the driveway every day after they were done.  While they were coring the holes in the basement wall they cracked one of the panels of siding and his crew replaced it with one of the spare panels I had without batting an eye.  (I'm surprised that more weren't cracked with the amount of work they did, that shows to me how careful they were in their work).  When we were doing the final discussion Bill made a comment that the footer tile had cracked around the back corner and  he dug that out and fixed it (~$1K) without adding it to the bill because he didn't want to expand the cost even more then the job already had.   That completely floored me and re-affirmed that Bill is an honest contractor who truly cares about his clients.   Dottie who manages the front office is also a pleasure to deal with.
I have already recommended Bill to 3 other people in need of similar circumstances and I would use him again in a heartbeat if the need ever arose.

Killeen plumbing came to help me with crushed drains causing backup to my garage and basement of all storm sewer water. The job became more significant as the camera work was completed. Killeen employees went beyond expectations to help me with the issue and were allowed to quickly make decisions on the spot by calling the owner, Killeen who made himself available and authorized more time. Cory and Cody were definitely the A team on the job, they planned well, were timely, had the humble and go getter attitude that makes them A++ customer excellence rating. They worked under the rain for hours the second day, they ordered superior quality pipe schedule 40 versus the cheap brittle pipe schedule 30 that failed guaranteeiimg more durability and no more possibility of tree root damage. Water is flowing fine and aftermarket follow up has been excellent. The owner also seems a great judge of talent and his employees speak highly of him, his dedication over the years, establishing himself as an honest fair game, fair price and top notch quality business person, always going the extra step for his customers. Defintely deserves to be hired again and again and is extremely effective at what he does is honest and a business person you can trust to deliver above expectations.
