    Marty called back after I left a message. He was able to come out the same day. He ordered some parts and came back the following day but then advised we speak with Bosch. He later called back saying he had figured out how to fix the washer. He was able to come by the next day which he did and completed the work. He was prompt and efficient. It was very much appreciated.

    After having Sears Home Warranty department out here 3 times, claiming they fixed the problem, and then leaving, I chose to just pay someone. It is difficult to find someone to fix Samsung appliances. Marty came out the day after we called, arrived when he said he would, and fixed the problem within 1.5 hours (he even went and purchased the needed part when Sears needed to order it). Marty is well worth the cost! Would not hesitate to have him come for another appliance and / or to recommend him. He was no-nonsense, did the work, and was professional. I asked questions and he certainly seemed to know what he was talking about.

    Have a stacked washer/dryer so that caused a little delay and after doing a few things but not having full access inside the washer he had to return; but did order a couple parts for what he thought was wrong. Called when he said he would but one part he ordered was on back order could take 3 weeks. Called this morning to make sure the washer/dryer were unstacked. Now that he was able to get inside the washer he was able to do a few things. Long story short the filter was clogged (I won't wash a rubber backed rug in my washer again). Didn't even realize there was a filter. So what I thought would cost around $250 or more was only $69 . THANK YOU for being so honest!!

    GREAT service. I am a repeat customer of Marty's Appliance Repair. Marty did everything you could possibly ask for when needing a major appliance repaired. He returned my call promptly and gave me an accurate estimate when he would be available. He did a great job. I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to hire Marty again or to refer his company to family or friend.

    Pro-Tech Maintenance
    We contracted Pro-tech to change vent above the stove. They sent a tech, told us they charge $45 per hour. He finished in two hours with $13 material fee. We paid $103. Then we got a call from the tech, his boss, Steve, docked the tech's pay because the invoice failed to include $90 service charge. We were shown other invoices by the same company, the service charge ranged from $0 to 90. Then they added another $10 to the material fee. We talked to Steve on the phone. who insisted that we were informed of the extra charge, which we weren't. We gave the tech $100 because Steve actually docked his own worker's fee. We felt really bad that the tech didn't get paid for all that work. How indecent! Pro-Tech contracts work out and is a fancy middleman service who charge us $100 for answering the phone--poorly. Steve was yelling at us over the phone, told us multiple times that he wouldn't mind we take the business elsewhere. Even after we told him that we paid the extra $100. This business is mean to its own people and customers. Steve is never wrong.

    Appointment was made and confirmed 'live' and via automated system. Received email with appointment confirmation and ability to track the whereabouts of the tech, Jeff. Have never seen this before! Received automated message confirming Jeff was on his way. When Jeff arrived, he quickly ascertained the issue, ordered parts directly from his iPad for delivery to my home and scheduled appointment for the following week. Parts arrived and Jeff came and installed. One of the replacement parts was 'slightly' defective, but with some ingenuity and ability to swap a good component from the bad part onto the replacement part, Jeff completed the repair. The follow-up and automation of the confirmation process is unique and I will certainly use Fred's Appliance in the future!

    Both men were very polite and professional they diagnosed the problem and let me know the total price of repair and when they would be back. They followed through until the job was done. I have since recommended them to friends.

    Phoenix Appliance Repair
    He quickly left to get the part and came back a few hrs later and quickly repaired the washer,, Two days later my fridge was not cold and he replaced the master panel which was $400.00...when that did not solve the problem he returned and totally disassembled the freezer and replaced the fan,which was quite a job. When I asked what I owed him he said I had already paid enough for the panel and there was no furthur charge. Everything has been working well since then...I would definitely call him again!!!
