    PEMBROKE SCHOOL
Very well, both our 5 year old and our 1 year old attend the Pembroke School. They have been responsive, flexible and so positive with our kids. The pandemic has made our situation difficult and they have been very understanding. You can tell that the owner and teachers care greatly for the well being of the children and their families.

    GODDARD SCHOOL
Our son was at Goddard for the last eight months and prior to recent events, we have had an extremely positive experience there. This review is in regards to their business practices. If you are looking for a company that empathizes with family circumstances, Goddard is not the place to choose. We submitted a deposit check coming out of quarantine for $778 and due to circumstances related to COVID-19, needed to change our plans. My wife was laid off due to the pandemic and was fortunate enough to start new employment this week. Prior to the new job, we had child care covered for the summer. However, due to the new job and my recently changed work schedule, we needed help very quickly. I called Goddard thinking they would be able to help because of our relationship and they told me they were full through August. After taking my son to work and realizing the stresses that encompassed, I called again for help but there was nothing they could do, which is not their fault. I then decided to call around to other daycares to see if we could solve this problem quickly. We found one and committed due to the urgency of the situation. Here lays our concern with Goddard and their ethics. We submitted a $778 check last Friday for August tuition. I spoke with an employee there that day and on Monday to ask for help. Tuesday we committed to another daycare and I immediately called Nancy, the owner. She said she would see if the check had been cashed and needed us to provide it in writing that he would not return. Wednesday I emailed to provide what they needed and they told me that the check was non-refundable. I thought there was a mixup because we only occupied the vacancy for two business days and provided ample opportunity for them to fill the spot. They assured us that it's not their policy pre-pandemic. I explained that there was just a mixup and we needed to take him somewhere else. They were completely unwilling to hear us and told us the money is now theirs, though we will not benefit from the enrollment. They, a corporation, will make twice the money from the one spot and we, as an individual family, will pay twice the tuition for August. We tried to beg and plead that we really needed the money and they responded that they, a corporation with locations across the country, were in a financial bind as well. Nancy and Jeff tried to compare our individual family situation dealing with unemployment, to their situation being business owners. This seems completely unethical and morally wrong, given that they truly will not lose any money giving us back what is ours. Goddard does not stand for family nor do they look out for those that are enrolled. They are strictly a business first and then a childcare provider second. It is very unfortunate that this happened because the teachers in the infant room were so excellent. I hope that other families will not be exploited during this unprecedented time and recession. Another win for those too big to fail

affordable- safe- good field trips- she was happy- priceless.   The only thing I wished was they had a part-time rate as she only used when I was at work.

    CHILDTIME LEARNING CTR
We are planning to switch on Kid's Country later for day care. The price is comparable to other locations.

    Childtime Learning Center
We moved our daughter from another local daycare to here, and after just one week there I'm highly impressed with this facility. Our daughter comes home happier every night because of all the interaction and play. Wholesome meals are provided for breakfast and lunch, and snacks are also given. One of the best perks is that they allow part-time pricing. This facility is very clean, and you can tell all the teachers truely love children.

    Bright Beginners
LOVE LOVE LOVE Bright Beginners DayCare. It is one of the only daycares that the babies are rarely crying- seriously- I walk by all the infant/toddler rooms and I rarely hear even 1 child crying. It is great and so reassuring as a parent. great Ratios, Debbie (owner) and Kari (her right hand) are great, very receptive to concerns and so nice! They have part time options for all ages which if rare, reasonable cost. It is like having your kiddos in a home daycare with all the love and warmth, but the peace of mind of a regular daycare (appropriate training, ratios, regulations etc).

    Le Chaperon Rouge
Enjoyed the variety of activities and learning curriculum. Teachers were very knowledgeable of children's specific needs and personalities. They were able to give me feedback when child was acting and quot;offand quot; and sure enough it was typically an ear infection or something I needed to look into. Felt this was a safe environment for my children.

Daughter’s first day was great.  She did not care that I was leaving and she goes every day and has been for last three years.

le chaperon rouge child care independence
Their service has been excellent so far. Their security is good. Their teachers are very good. They are very caring and very knowledgeable about the age group of children. My kid loves it. They provide two meals a day including in the class, two hot meals and that's good because day cares are expensive and if you have to pay for a meal on top of that, it kind of sucks. My boy goes there daily. The first couple of weeks when he was only six month old, he was a little apprehensive about it but after about a week he was fine and he's been fine ever since. For entrance, it is about 230 a week.

    ALMOST MOM CHILD DEVELOPMENT
They are wonderful and great with the kids. They have a family environment; they have great hours and great people. They are one of the least expensive in the area.
