For our first anniversary, I wanted to buy a unique watch for my husband. After searching online and going to a couple of stores, I stopped into the Diamond Cellar on a whim. I spoke with Daniel Gordon and explained what I was looking for. He was fantastic to work with - walked me around the store to show me the watches that met my criteria, explained the different features and the pros / cons of each brand. Above all, he didn't try to and quot;upselland quot; me - I told him what my budget was and he helped me find watches that were within my price range. I found the watch I liked, but being price-conscious, I decided to keep looking. After a week of looking further, and going to a few other stores, I realized the price and the service I got from Daniel wasn't going to be matched anywhere.
My husband LOVED the watch and had to go back to the store to get it fitted properly. He came home and told me what a fabulous experience he had even though he was just going in for some free service work.
Daniel and the team at Diamond Cellar made this important purchase so easy and I will definitely consider them for future jewelry selections.

My experience at Jewelers of Dublin was great! Ray appraised three of my rings and printed off two copies of appraisals, one set for me to keep and the other for insurance purposes. I had a great conversation with Ray and two others during the appraisal. I just recently moved to town and they were very pleasant and welcoming! I would definitely use them again,

Worthington Jewelers is excellent at what they do!
I had 2 special rings that needed repair, and a friend recommended WJ.
The 2 rings that needed repair have sentimental value, so I was cautious about who I would have do the work. The necklace repair was kind of a "test run".
The ring fixes were complex - the ring bands had been cut into 3 sections (due to needing them removed before I had surgery). One ring has a gemstone in the center & opals on each side of that. The opals had to be handled carefully (the ring was being made smaller). WJ called me and said that the nature of the repair meant they had to replace the center gemstone - which they did at no charge!
The second ring needing band repair is a family piece, so I really value it. When I picked up the ring, the staffk explained that the prongs would probably need repaired pretty soon. About 5 months after the repair, I did need to have the prongs repaired.
The people at WJ are extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgable, and informative. The work was completed on schedule, and I am very pleased with the results. I felt the work was high quality and the cost was fair.
When I went to them for the watch link removal (which seemed like a quick & easy job), I had to wait about 1/2 hour to get it done. The staff did keep me updated regularly on the repair progress. When my watch was finally ready, WJ did not charge me for the work because of the time I had to wait.
While I'm not a buying-customer (I  wish!...because browsing the display cases showed beautiful jewelery), I am a fan for life for any repair/adjustment work on I need on my jewelry.

As always, very expertly done. The pieces always look great when returned because they clean them thoroughly.
Staff is exceptional. They do not try to oversell and almost always recomjend more cost effective alternatives.

It was AWFUL!!  The goldsmith came out and began berating me for purchasing a diamond via a wholesale distributor.  He told me that it was people like me that were ruining his business and that if I had bought the diamond from him, he would have only charged me $150 to place the diamond.  However, since I bought the diamond online he would "have to" charge me AT LEAST $500 in order for him "to make some money too."
The service by this man was completely unprofessional, rude, and degrading.  I have been coming to Kesser since I was in high school and will NEVER set foot in that building again.

Better then expected. I thoughtmy watch was going to need a complete overhaul because I had just had the battery replaced at a different establishment and it quit working shortly after. They discovered I was given a faulty battery and a new one was all that I needed.

I bought a ring at a flea market that needed to be sized from a 9 to a 5.5. I took the ring to a couple of different jewelers to get an estimate on the cost. Since I didn't pay much for the ring, I didn't want to pay much to get it sized. One jeweler told me that it would be a risk to get it sized because it was too big of a change in size, and the band was too thin. Allen's was the least expensive to actually size it ($13). They did call me and said that the jeweler thought that the stone was loose (especially after the sizing) and would tighten it up for $7 more. When I picked it up, I was so pleased. The band is fine, and they cleaned it up so much that I couldn't believe that it was the same ring. Even the counter staff were happy to see how great it turned out. I did have a ring sized there about 7 years ago, and remember being very satisfied. That time they gave me back the piece of platinum that they had cut out of it; this time they did not give me the piece gold.

We went to at least 6 different jewelry stores looking for diamond anniversary bands. We were pleasantly surprised at the professional, no-nonsense sales staff at Jared. Unlike other mall jewelry stores, they did not mark up rings only to put them on sale. Their regular prices were the mall's sale prices. The quality (cut, clarity, color) were far superior for the same amount of money, too. They did not push us into buying rings we could not afford, but rather listened to us and helped us pick the best rings that would fit our budget.

THIS IS A RETURN TRIP TO HAVE MR. VALENTINE REPAIR JEWELRY. I WAS SURPRISED THAT MR. VALENTINE REMEMBERED MY NAME AND PROFESSION. WE SHOWED MR. VALENTINE A CLASP THAT NEEDED REPAIR AND LOOKED AT A NUMBER OF CLASP OPTIONS IN A RATHER LARGE BOOK. IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT WE USE A MORE DURABLE CLASP. THE PRICE FOR THE NECKLACE REPAIR IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE AND THE WORK IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL. THIS GENTLEMAN ALSO HAS A SHOWCASE WITH HIS ORIGINAL DESIGNS. IF YOU USE MR. VALENTINE, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. HIS KINDNESS, COURTESY, AND EXCELLENT WORK ARE MR. VALENTINE'S SELLING POINTS.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO TALK ABOUT ALL OF THE DIFFERENT WAYS TO MODERNIZE THE ANTIQUE EARRINGS AND MAINTAIN THEIR VALUE AND CHARM. EXCELLENT SUGGESTIONS FOR DESIGNS TO MODERNIZE OTHER PIECES OF ANTIQUE JEWELRY AND MAINTAIN VALUE AND CHARM.
