I called Buckeye Heating and Cooling to get a quote for a new system because another company had come out to do a repair and found a crack in our heat exchanger. I just wanted to get a few more estimates. Susanne asked me how old our system was as heat exchangers usually have a long warranty (something the other company never mentioned). She was able to look up our equipment and found it was still under warranty!! She saved us from having to have a whole new system installed! Highly recommend!!

I telephoned Westin Air to schedule a furnace inspection and cleaning. Laura answered the phone with a warm welcome and eagerness to help me a very strong, positive 1st impression of the company. I shared that I did not need immediate service and merely sought to schedule no emergency. We agreed on a time. She inquired as to whether I needed a furnace filter to which I replied that I had filters. But great proactive inquiry! Laura shared that Jake would be the technician to perform the work. On Tuesday, January 29, 2019, Laura telephoned that Jake was within 15 minutes of arrival. When Jake arrived with equipment in-hand, he demonstrated a professional friendliness and enthusiasm. Escorting him to the furnace, I left him to his work. Soon he appeared and said that the work was completed; not just saying that he was done, but providing details. Jake began a thorough assessment of the furnace and the work he completed! He stated that all was in good shape. He subsequently emailed me a written document of the assessment and completed work. In summary, my first experience with Westin Air was excellent. Professional, mannerly, prompt, caring, and skilled. I strongly recommend Westin Air to serve your HVAC needs! I will return.

We hired Paul Mansfield of Mansfield's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to do work in our home. He required a down payment to acquire materials needed for the job. In the two weeks he was on the job, he and his crew were never on time - often two - three hours late (even though the message was, "we're on our way" and after requesting a refund after less than three hours of work were completed, I have yet to see the cash or a cashier's check. There was always an excuse for the lateness - car broke down, house was broken into, need to put snow tires on the truck, can't wake my employee up to get there. Work was done on 1/11 and 1/14 for a total of 170 minutes at $33/hr = $93.50 Materials were purchased for a total of $220.01 A check prior to the fans being placed was written for $40. A Down payment of $500 was placed at project start. On 1/13 a request for an additional $1100 to buy all materials was requested. We are seeking only what we are owed. $1640 paid to Paul Mansfield less wages ($93.50) and materials ($220..01) = $1326.49. We are seeking a refund of our down payment in the form of cash or a cashier's check in the amount of $1326.49. Eleven days later we've not heard from him or seen our money.

Outstanding!! We had our furnace inspected 1/18/19 and learned our 25+ year old furnace needed to go. We had excellent service throughout the whole process - from the company's furnace inspector, the salesman and the installers. We got a furnace and an air conditioner installed the day after the inspection. The guys were here at 8 and were done by 3 that afternoon. My husband and I were very impressed with the customer service from start to finish. We heartily recommend this company!!!!

A month or so ago i decided to join their discount club which provides a furnace and air conditioning check twice per year for $199. Repairs and parts are extra, but discounted. I noticed the furnace was not heating, so I asked if they could come early ( I had scheduled the check up a month from now). They said they cold come in 2 days during a 5 hour afternoon window. They called when they were 45 minutes out and arrived on time. Anthony C checked out the furnace and found it had locked out, but he could't determine the reason. He checked the thermostat, the air intake and vent pipes, the electrical system, the burner, etc. He reset the furnace and cycled it on and off 6 or 7 times without it locking up again. He also cleaned the burner. He replaced the filter with one I had on hand. The furnace is at least 18 years old, so it may just be wearing out. He kept me informed about what he was doing and why and he was knowledgeable and professional. I've used this company a couple of times before and will use them again. The place I used to work hires vendors to install furnaces and they originally introduced me to American Air as a reputable company that they use personally. Anyway, I recommend them. The cost of the service fell within the tasks the checkup covered, so there was no extra charge.

Buckeye is the preferred vendor through our local Costco. From the initial consultation, through negotiations, all the way through install, each member of the team was professional and detail-oriented. They were able to accommodate They left the basement area where work was performed cleaner than it was when they started. I will be hiring them again to replace the air conditioning unit in the future.

It went great!! I love my new A/C unit and Furance. My old hot water tank was rusted. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess!! I have used Total Comfort for years and highly recommend them. Honest, and hard working it is awesome to have someone that is so trustworthy and reliable. My daughter bought a new condo and she is using them also.

We purchased a new house and the inspection turned up some issues with the HVAC. The units were older and I was anxious to find out if they were in good condition or not. The sellers called Fire and Ice to inspect the units. The F&I technician said that they checked and cleaned the units, did some minor repairs and said they were working fine. About 6 weeks after this service call, we move into the house and we immediately notice that AC is working properly. I call another company for service. The tech from this company shows me that the units were not cleaned (obvious years of dirt and muck) and both units are very low on coolant. Too low for them to have been passed by any inspection. I'm not sure what the Fire and Ice technician actually did based on the report they gave vs what we found when the other company inspected the unit. So many obvious issues that they missed. I have since had another company look at the units as well and they are reported the same findings. Now, instead of my sellers having to pay the $1000+ service call to fill up and fix both units, I'm stuck with it. Fire and Ice failed.

My Central Air Conditioning unit did not appear to be cooling the house fast enough, so I called several companies for an appointment. New Albany Heating and Cooling had a live operator at 7 pm and was one of the few who said they could send someone out the following day. In addition, they honored the online Angie's List coupon to perform the system check for $24.00. The following day, Matt from New Albany Heating and Cooling met me at the house and did a system maintenance check. He told me he could not find anything wrong with the system, and gave me some tips on how to keep the house cool, such as opening up more rooms. He did add a little refrigerant to the system, as he thought it was a little bit low.

I have a warranty agreement for home repairs. As part of that agreement my A/C repair was dispatched to Right Way to service the system. I explained my sense of emergency to have the repair completed. They arrived at my house and did not diagnose the A/C nor did they call the warranty repair company for approval. Even after I argued and pleaded with them to do so. I had to call my warranty provider and explain my situation to them and the warranty company had to call Right-way to explain they there were supposed to call in approval instead of leaving and having to reschedule all over again. After they received the approval. The repairman came back out and diagnosed the issue. He then said that he could not repair because he needed to leave to prepare docs to send approval to company. I explained my entire issue to him and he was supposed to call. He said no one told him and he could repair the AC anyway because he did not have any supplies. So now we are up to three times for the same issue. Additionally, I have to take off work each times and be without AC for 11 days because this company is completely inefficient. Additionally I did not receive the tangible document or email of the diagnostic and they were supposed to email to me right away. I was not given that document either even though I told them I needed it ASAP. The office Manager Rocky has not apologized and does not follow up promptly. I am completely disappointed with the level of service I have received and believe the office is extremely inefficient. Lastly, the company has a BBB logo on their website. According to BBB.org this business is not even rated by the BBB.
