My husband and I are relatively fit, but we are taking on a huge challenge this year with a 4-day trek to Machu Picchu. We started working with Ilirjana in summer of 2018 at outdoor group workout classes, and now do personal training sessions with her as well. What I love about Lana's training philosophy is that she cares deeply about preventing injury and working muscles from "the inside out." In other words, instead of focusing only on superficial muscles that make you look good, she also pays a lot of attention to the smaller connective tissue that, when strengthened, prevents injury. This has been really important as we ramp up our fitness routine for the big trek! I would recommend Lana to anyone!

Dr. Munn is a wonderful dentist.I go to him for all my dental work. He's professional and puts you at ease.. I like that he can provide most dental devices at same place. Great availability off apointments. I have also noticed the prices are more reasonable and same quality as other dentists.

While I like Dr Jarvis as a person, I've noticed on several occasions that his hands shake while he's using dental tools in my mouth. a few months ago, he slipped and nicked inside of my mouth, but it was no big deal. On my last visit, as he was completing the crown (checking clearances with floss), I noticed a lot of power, strength, as he applied floss and force in the area of the new crown. a lot more force than I had felt before. I was a bit scared, as it didn't feel he was between the teeth, but more "on" the tooth. perhaps he was just having a bad day. later in the day, I noticed a lot of neck pain (and I have had neck issues/recent physical therapy, so I'm more sensitized to too much force). pain continued through the next day, and went into their office to talk to Dr. Jarvis, but he wasn't in yet. He called me later, and I told him what happened and asked if anyone ever told him me had shaky hands sometimes. he said no. then I came here on Angies list, and noticed a 2012 review for work done in 2011 (should still be here). looks like someone else had noticed this and reported on it. I decided to find another dentist. Again, nice office, nice people, and good work overall, but in my situation, I don't want to risk my neck any further.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. She doesn't listen to the clients. I tried to tell and give her information for billing because I had two providers and she got very nasty. The young lady that handle payments she was very rude. She talks down to you like you don't understand what she is talking about. She wanted me to use a pharmacist that her office uses. I told her I would use the Military pharmacist and she said to me quote: Go sit and wait all day at the Military for your prescriptions. She go upset because I was not going to her pharmacist. The lady that did the eye examine and the Doctor was very professional. I did talk to the doctor about the situation. and he stated that he would talk to them.

As I approached my 65th birthday the information I was receiving about Medicare options was overwhelming. I didn't understand my options clearly, I received email, mail and phone calls every week, and my friends had all sorts of advice that differed base upon their own circumstances. Dorothy walked me through the options, provided very important details about which options would be in my best interest and gave me insights that enhanced my decision-making process. She made it easy and left me with confidence about how to use my benefits. She's patient and knowledgeable, makes commitments and keeps them, helps every step of the way. I will always recommend her.

Oh my! 1) Determined arm was broken and would require surgery. Because it was late, the ER suggested I remain in the hospital until surgery can be performed to manage pain. Once admitted, I got eye-rolls and attitude every time I asked for pain medication. In addition, a social worker was sent in to talk to me about going into rehab rather than home. I already have home health care, which would be suspended during any rehab and I would lose the best aide I'd ever had in such a circumstance. 2) I mentioned pain in my shoulder in addition to my arm to EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I came into contact with from EMTs to the surgeon that finally came to see me who exclaimed, "Shoulder? Nobody said anything about your shoulder." He also said that ER was wrong in thinking I would need surgery for the arm. 3) In the meantime, doctors decided I had a UTI and wanted me to stay to treat it. Mind you, on previous visits within the past six months, they diagnosed me with UTIs that didn't hold up when another lab was used. 4) Once I was told I didn't need the surgery, I told them I'd rather just go home; especially since the only pain management they were willing to give to me at that point were pills. I told them that I didn't need to stay in a hospital to take pills and I would follow up with my primary regarding the UTI (which probably wasn't a UTI). They gave me the against medical advice speech. I called my father to come rescue me and checked out AMA. I did NOT have a UTI as suspected. 5) When I went to a different surgeon from another local reputable hospital, he turned the computer screen to explain what he saw. As soon as I saw it, I was concerned about what looked like a piece of my shoulder bone just floating next to the rest of the shoulder. The new doctor concurred with the no surgery on the arm and then said, pointing to the floating shoulder bone, "THIS is your real problem right here. Did St. Ann's not indicate you broke your shoulder?" [See 2) above] 6) They sent me a bill. Now, if I could see that there was something wrong with the x-ray, why didn't the St. Ann's surgeon? Even if no one had said anything to him about it, one genuine look should have been enough for him to know. Cumulative cost unknown.

EXCELLENT! We used the services of Compassionate In-Home Care for 8 months. During that time my Dad had a male and a female care-giver, who came for either 1-hour or 4-hour sessions. Both caregivers were wonderful. They were very respectful of my Dad, his needs and his limitations. Care included bed baths, dressing, changing bed linens, doing laundry, preparing lunch, skin care, shaving, toileting, and other light housework (as needed). And they spent time talking and listening to him! He really appreciated the attention they paid and the interaction they initiated. The caregivers were punctual and professional, and the management team at Compassionate routinely monitored our satisfaction with their employees.

Seems my opinions are similar to others already posted. I knew I was allergic to something but could not identify what. Spent over $1000 for Premier Allergy standard test and was told I am not allergic to anything. Took hours of internet searching to realize that the standard test only includes 8 most common allergen categories. The internet also told me to do food elimination tests. Finally figured out I was allergic to coffee. Seems the doctors at Premier Allergy could've taught me the elimination test and even made suggestions outside their standard test. What a complete waste of money and time.

Trying to resolve a billing question. The phone system is a mess and when you finally click on the right one you get an answering machine. Left a message but don't get call backs. Decided it might be easier to send email via website, 2 days now no response. My last resort is to actually go to their location and see a person(if I can) Not very customer friendly!

I have lower back pain because of degenerative discs in my neck. Because of a recent surgery, I was unable to do the prescribed exercises given to me by Dr. Hudson so my lower back has recently been bothering me. He took x-rays at the beginning of 2018 and went over them with me. Because my lower back has been bothering me, he performed some different manipulations today. My back is a lot better now and I will be increasing my prescribed exercises since I'm healed from my unrelated surgery. Cost is mostly covered by my insurance. I like this chiropractor as he really hears what I'm saying. Parking is ample with handicap parking close to entrance. McDonald's is almost next door if you're hungry!
