    Very well. Salesman, Bob asked good questions and understood our needs and made good suggestions. No rush, no strong sales pitch, answered our questions and explained construction of mattress. Did not follow us around, but was available to answer questions. We were able to wander on our own to test ( lay on) various mattresses. Did not make a decision on initial visit, but went back later to make a purchase. Several months have gone by and we continue to be happy with our choice. We bought Orthopedic Luxury Firm Mattress and Box Springs Delivery was on time and went well.

    Delivery alright, but the delivery crew would only remove 1 set of mattress and springs, claiming that one set was unable to be sold or donated, leaving us with the burden and cost of disposing of it, which resulted in a removal charge of nearly $100. Store managers would make no concession, except a store credit, which is not reimbursement, resulting in a bad customer service situation. Would not recommend this furniture company for mattress or spring sales.

    My wife and I went to Fortin as a local provider who had positive reviews from friends along with Angie's List. We knew that we weren't going to get the best price, but we were ok with as the service and responsiveness from local companies tends to be better than national chains. It also feels great to support our friends and neighbors.
    Unfortunately, this was a wrong decision on our part. We purchased the furniture in May and didn't get the final pieces until almost 4 months later (We had several deliveries of a piece or two). The communication was extremely poor and set all the wrong expectations. From day one we were told that as the pieces came in they would be delivered, but I had to call on a weekly basis and remind them of this. Every time I called they asked what I did receive and what I was missing. The final straw was when they delivered all the cushions/pillows in cardboard boxes in pouring rain, but didn't tell us they were out there. When we went to unload them they were covered in wet cardboard and our patio was a mess. Very frustrating when you spend $13,000 on patio furniture.
    The reason for the delay was the manufacturer and their warehouses. Not once did Fortin suggest how they would fix the problem other than to blame them on delays. I do business differently - when I represent a brand I am in fact that brand. I would follow up and if something that was supposed to take 6 weeks to deliver took 14 weeks, I would demand a discount for my client. Or at the very least demand a time frame when it was going to get done. Every week Bob/Janet just said it's not their fault.
    Sadly, this was a complete disappointment. The summer is ended and we never did get to enjoy our full patio set before school started for the kids. I paid the extra money and went with Fortin to make it easy and to support our community - instead it made it much more difficult. The quality of their furniture is superb, but I would highly suggest using Frontgate or even Relish in Grandview to get better customer service and pricing.

    We love too save money and get Sturdy Quailty furniture and right there at value city Granville Dublin.. Lucy was our sales woman...twice...then we met Karen she was nice...I also liked the salems guy mr.potts...Dave or David he was cool He's old school sales guy...real nice!!! All of these people were personally nice my wife and Daughter... And customer service is our eakness....the best store too shop & feel good about it...

    The repairmen were great.  I was disappointed when during scheduling, I found out the lifetime warranty was only good for a year and then I had the pay for the service and labor fees.  All the repairman had to do was bend a bar back into position and I paid $106.  The parts are covered.  If the service call takes longer that 20 minutes then there are more charges.  Read your warranty carefully before you buy.  I would get these couches again, but I feel the salesman misled us a little.

    Jim Campbell was very helpful. He spent time showing us what they had that would fit our needs. He was not high pressure and often would step away so we could discuss a potential purchase in privacy. Compared to other stores where we felt we would not get out of the store without buying something, we found this to be a refreshing experience.

    Awful experience. I neglected to properly read the "full" warranty coverage for stains was limited to stains from: Any food or beverage normally consumed by humans; Mold or mildew stains caused by food or beverage normally consumed by humans; and Human or pet bodily fluids. When my wife and I called about coverage after we discovered several spots on the chair this week we found out we were out of luck because we did not know the source of the stain. According to the warranty provider and the store we were out of luck and the store manager just kept repeating "It's in the warranty". When we asked the warranty company what we could do to clean it he said he would sent out come cleaner to us but not to use anything else or it would void the warranty!! What a laugh!! Our salesperson, of course, never mentioned the narrow coverage for the warranty. All we wanted was to be able to get our chair clean. As an attorney, I am somewhat embarrassed over failing to read the limitations to the warranty. As a customer, I would never recommend LAZY BOY. The warranty is a scam and the salespeople will not mention its limitations to you when they are pitching it.

    The experience was good. I would go back again, particularly if they had things on sale. They delivered on-time on the day that they were supposed to. They were courteous, and somebody helped me choose fabric for the furniture I wanted.

    Wonderful! We met a lot of furniture sales people in our search, but few were knowledgeable about both the furniture AND home decor. The service we got from Edna far surpassed our expectations. She laid out or room on a computer floor-planner, emailed us photos to help us in our search, and helped us pick out accessories to go with the furniture. On our second visit to the store, my husband and I were having trouble deciding between two dining room sets and before we knew it the store was closing. The store manager kept the store open almost an hour after they were supposed to close, even though we told him we weren't going to finalize our purchase that night. The furniture is higher quality than a lot of stores, but it was still affordable. We were given a two-hour time window for our delivery and the delivery men were right on time. We have a narrow hallway leading to the bedroom but they got everything in and setup without damage (unlike our experience with another store). After they set up my dining room, we decided we wanted to put the china cabinet on a different wall. My husband told the men he would do it, but they hapily stayed and moved it. I was very comfortable having these men in my home. They were very friendly. I wish I had known about this store years ago. We are Haverty's customers for life!

    They give you time to decide if what you purchased really the room in your home. We ended up returning the all the furniture and purchased something else we like better. There was no hassles and we appreciated this policy. They high quality furniture.
