    Went to the Apple Store in Easton because I couldn't get my email or response to text messages on my iPhone. The initial tech tried many procedures over nearly 30 minutes before he determined that my problem needed someone with more expertise than he had. .At the Genius Bar the technician worked tirelessly for nearly 45 minutes only to find that the problem was not solved even after re-initiating my iiPhone. It was determined that it was "a Yahoo issue." He referred me to Apple Care (800 number). I called them a couple days later. Once again after much work the technician turned mr over to a Supervisor. We worked on the problem together for almost 2 hours, again running into a snag with Yahoo that the Supervisor had to check out further. As promised, she called me back a couple hours later and voila, a few keystrokes and my iPhone email and text message responses were working! I was impressed with the amount of time all of the Apple employees involved spent with me to solve the problem. They were upbeat,  professional, courteous and didn't miss a beat as we walked through the procedures. In the end it truly was a Yahoo issue - Yahoo apparently made some sort of change with their servers but didn't get the message out.

    I've used them a number of times. One time my computer crashed and I took it to them. I bought a used computer online and they switched my information from one computer to another. They don't charge me to diagnose what is wrong and they quote me a price. They charged me for the guts but they didn't charge me to tell me what part of the computer had died.  They gave me recommendations on what actions I could take. I took another computer to them and they told me it had died. They will give recommendations on what my best move forward is. I like that they have given me remote support without billing me extra. They have only come to my house one time but I've had multiple encounters with them by taking several computers to their place of business.

    I needed to find a new computer support person and looked up the computer providers in the Westerville area.  I live in Westerville and like to hire Westerville businesses to support the community.  I found Computer Wizard and spoke to the owner, Dale Peterson.
    He was able to make an appointment with me within a couple days of my call to him.  He arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional and did a complete clean-up/tune-up of my desk top computer.  He also took a look at my I-pad to make sure everything was in working order.
    I was very pleased with the service and will certainly contact Dale again for any future computer needs.

    Went to Micro Center as a result of friends recommendation. After considering several options we purchased a new laptop and scanner/printer, on the recommendation of the sales personnel. Shortly after we took the merchandise home, we encountered difficulty with the printer. We took it back and exchanged it for another. We have subsequently had to uninstall and reinstall the printer software over 8 times, and it still does not work properly. I have called and emailed the company, they assure the Bethel Rd. store will contact me and correct the problem. This has been going on for 6 months and I have never been contacted by a representative of the Bethel Rd. store and corporate offices still is evading the problem. I have had no one contact me or offer any attempt to rectify the problem.
