    The only time I have contact with them is when I pay the bill. The phones work very good. Their price depends on how many phones you have. Their service is nothing special; I am strictly in for the pricing. They seem to be competitive and are willing to adjust up or down depending on what the competition is offering. The coverage is pretty good and there is not a lot of dropped calls at least here in the Columbus area. The are some areas of dropped calls around the interstate outer belt. Today's technology should be better than that. The pricing is fair. When you reach a live person their professionalism is good.

    I went to the Sprint store  where I'd purchased my iPhone 5C because the home button on the iPhone  had been working erratically for several days and resetting didn't solve the problem. When checking the phone, Brad, the Manager, noted that one side was slightly out of the case. He offered me several solutions: go to Apple Easton and see if they would replace the phone, select any Smart phone at the store, or lease an iPhone 6 for 2 years at which time it could be replaced for the cost of activation ($36) if I chose. The services under the plan were the same as what I had and were less costly. I chose the iPhone 6. Brad set it up, showed me the new features and answered all of my questions. He was very nice to work with. I was fortunate to be at the store when there weren't any other customers.

    I think that their services are terrible. I filed a complaint to the Communication Commission because they wouldn't unlock the phone that I pay for. We disconnected the service last January 20 and yet still send me bills. The billing is not good.

    I would not recommend Consumer Cellular Inc. They kept denying it was a used phone. And had dirty pictures and the ring tones were filthy. And Consumer Cellular kept denying it. I would never use them again.

    It looks expensive. The quality of service is not bad. Certainly, when you drive around some times, you'll lose cell but it happens with all companies. Sometimes, the HD goes a little digital, but that's rare. It's not too bad. The initial guys that were here for installation, I thought, were rude because we just had the yard brand new sod and new grass down. I asked them not walk on because I wasn't even walking on. We were watering it but not walking. They walked back and forth, back and forth on it. We spend thousands on this yard, and they walked through it like it was nothing. So, we had a problem with that, but ever since, the guys that actually come in the house to do the things are very nice, but must be the technicians outside who manually do the wires, not put it in the ground but laying the wires and stuff like that, are very rude.

    I have been a customer with ATand T for about 10 years. They provide cellular phone service with a data plan for me. My service has been excellent. I like that we have roll over minutes. I have four phones on the plan and it works out very well for me.

    Great! Tracy worked with us to find a phone to meet my needs. She even let me take her phone outside to observe whether or not I could see the screen and keypad in bright sunlight. She fixed my son's phone problems and worked with my husband's phone. She was very patient with us as the store was very busy that day and we had lots of questions.
