    Discount Tire
They did a great job and everything went exactly according to plan. Their price was fair and I would recommend them as well.

    Bill's On Broadway
My situation came up suddenly over the weekend. I knew what I needed. I emailed my needs through their website and received a response within an hour or two. I dropped my car off Monday morning. Their shop is clean and orderly. I was given an estimate that was fair and reasonable. I was notified in the afternoon that my car was ready. Everything was as I expected. I can be somewhat picky when it comes to my car. Thanks!

Boyd's Westerville Goodyear Tire & Service
I've used this company a number of times and I've never had an issue. A more recent experience solidified my positive opinion of them. I noticed that my relatively new tires were wearing oddly and I had no traction on wet pavement. One call to them resulted in a warranty replacement due to defective equipment. They're dealing with a major issue now and having to replace tires due to no fault of their own. If you're in the need of tires or auto service, please go to Boyd. They deserve our business and I hope they survive this current challenge. Westerville needs companies like Boyd.

    Browns Tire Sales
I recently experienced a flat/blown-out tire a few days ago and I had to get a replacement from the nearest tire shop. I was fortunate when I was able to find Brown's Tire Sales & Services & even more so when they informed me of their prices. Initially, I only had a flat with one tire, but my tow truck driver (known by a family member and prior to them leaving me) recommended two of my tires to be replaced, and then I was informed by one of the mechanics that it's actually three of my tires that should be replaced. I went along with it cause I didn't know any better and trusted that since it was a family business, they would care more for the service than the profit. Everything was fine and I paid what I had thought was a good price for the three tires and the service/labor. A day later, I drove to work without any noticeable issues. When I left work, one of my tires (different than the first flat tire) had slowly been losing air. I thought it was suspicious cause I didn't hit anything while on the road and I definitely didn't drive to work with a flat. So I go to the nearest gas station while driving like a snail (embarrassing) to get some air. I then go to a previously referred to and trusted tire shop to see if there's a hole in the tire and if it could be patched up rather than getting another replacement. Because of my snail driving, there was damage to the tire and it had to be replaced. Upon further inspection by the trusted mechanic, he discovered a couple of things: 1. Two of the three tires that I had bought from Brown's were not only different sizes from each other, but only 1 of them matched the remaining good tire when I first showed up. 2. I was told that I could pay for 2 new tires and 1 old one. It turns out that all 3 tires were old considering the tread marks and other qualities previously unbeknownst to me. 3. The newly bought tire that had lost air did indeed have a hole that wasn't properly inspected/discovered. In addition to that, Brown's had offered a realignment service which would've cost me more money if I had it at the time, but knowing what I know now, if I did go for the realignment and my tires were all different, it wouldn't have made a difference and I would've had to keep going back to resolve the issue. My car's alignment has also been further disrupted because of the time I spent on the road from Brown's and to my job while on different sized wheels. These guys took advantage of my inexperience with tires and proper tire replacement service just so they could make a profit from their "low prices". Please be careful and monitor their actions and research the service and quality you're supposed to get. I don't want a refund, just to make sure that others are aware and do a better job than I did, especially if going to a new location for assistance on something that you do not know much about.

    Deke's Auto Tech Inc
As always, Deke & Team never fail to impress. I was suppose to have my 2500HD in April after a long trip, but "life" got in the way. I was, however, able to get in today without an appt and get squeezed in for service. This is unusual for a busy shop like Deke's as other shops would say "bring it in on date". Deke didn't blink an eye and just took me in. My family has been with Deke wherever he's been, including the 22 years at his current shop. Oh, and I also bring my C6 Corvette Track Car for servicing here, too.

    Browns Tire Sales
I recently got two tires from this place and the very next morning one was flat so we then took it back to be told the valve stem was bad which they replaced but then after not driving it anywhere it went flat again the very next morning ... we are now being told that there is a chunk missing out of the inner tire and that we did it so they will not fix it but funny thing is after the tire was brought back and put back on the van was in the driveway and never driven! I will never go back there or recommend anyone go there... my son in law is a mechanic and will be telling his shop and all customers to avoid this hole in the wall!!

    Three C Body Shop
The staff was helpful in every step of my repairs. They handled everything with the insurance company & even handled my rental pick up. Hopefully I won't have to but if I do I'd go back. I tell everyone about my experience here.

    Three C Body Shop
Took my car to 3-C body shop after hitting a pothole that busted my rim, the estimate was Buick and easy they called the rental car company to pick me up. They kept me updated on my car and what was going on with it. Very happy with my repair.

    Three C Body Shop
Overall Three-C provided exceptional service. My Jeep was returned to me in as good if not better condition then it was before the accident. My experience with Three-C has been with bringing my cars there on 5 different occasions due to accidents. In each of these cases, I want it to be hassle free (from my perspective) and I want my car delivered back to me as it was before the accident. Three-C delivered on both of those promises. I have never had any issues with repairs performed by Three-C once the car is returned to me. The only thing I can ding them on is the last repair took a week longer than promised. It seemed that the part ordered was the wrong part. I had to push them to get the part in ASAP unless it was going to be another 10 business days to get it in. However, I was able to convince the management team there that it was their issue to deal with and they expedited the receipt of the part. I want a collision body shop that will fight for me. If I want factory quality parts back in the vehicle and I don't want to hassle with the insurance company to get them, then I can rely on Three-C to be in my corner and to fight for me on this. All I want to do is to bring the car there, tell them what I want and to pick it up after it is done. Three-C has done just that for me 5 times. In my experiences, I have not had any problem with Three-C in providing me what I wanted and what the car needed. In those 5 cases, I have never brought the car back to get anything fixed again. They did what they said and what they promised. Nothing more to say there.
