  • As with most bridal shops, we had to make an appointment.  When had been to several other bridal shops in town and had unfortunate experiences with the ladies who assist with picking out the dress, fitting you, etc.  They were usually nasty and haughty and although they did know what they were doing in selecting the dresses, their attitude made the experience much less enjoyable than it should have been.  As soon as we went into Trumpington, our assistant was very sweet and attentive.  She actually had the gown we were looking for (it was only carried in a few stores in Ohio since it is a designer gown) and she suggested several others.  My daughter ended up falling in love with a different gown than we originally went for, but we were very happy with the purchase and the service.  They made the wedding dress experience what it is supposed to be and that was very important to me as the mother of the bride.



    No they do not do alterations but they do have a referral list.

  • The staff was fairly polite when I showed up to buy a dress. However, the dresses that designers thought they had in stock were not available because they'd decided to sell the floor samples without updating their partners. The bigger problem was when I went back to pick up my dress. I brought two friends with me and the woman who I believe was the owner literally said 'what are you doing here.' She turned what could have been a fun moment into a series of rude encounters. Plus, she failed to mention that they don't do real fittings or alterations - so you're on your own to figure out how to make whatever size they recommend actually fit your body. (Don't even get me started about how the white dress I ordered is actually yellow.) Definitely not a place to trust with your big day.

  • They do not tell the truth. They would tell us one thing and the bride another. They notify the bride when the dress comes in but we paid for the dress. The dress was paid for in November, I had called to confirm the dress was ordered but they would not give me information because I was not the bride. The bride called and it went back and forth as to whether is was ordered. I wanted to pick up the dress so I could take it to my daughter to have it altered. They told me the dress would be in the following day. They did not call me to let me know if the dress had come. It finally came a week later and I needed to delay my trip a few hours so I could take the dress with me.

  • Linda and Ashley are wonderful to work with. I recently had a situation where the company sent the wrong dress for my Jr. bridesmaid. After letting them know, they took care of everything. It is nice to know that you have someone on your side during this hectic time. Thank You!

  • THE EMPLOYEES SPEAK BROKEN ENGLISH AND MAY NOT HAVE UNDERSTOOD WHAT A GUARANTEE WAS, ALTHOUGH THEY DID CHARGE ME FOR IT. THE INITIAL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE UNTIL I DECIDED TO RETURN THE DRESS, DUE TO THE MANUFACTURER'S FLAW, WHEN AT THAT TIME THEY STATED THEY COULD NOT LOCATE THE DRESS AND WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY. (THEY HAVE SINCE INDICATED THEY DID LOCATE THE DRESS.) I ALSO HAD TO WAIT FOR OVER 30 MINUTES, TO BE WAITED ON, EACH TIME I VISITED THE LOCATION.

  • WE WERE 10 MINUTES LATE FOR AN APP'T. TO LOOK AT BRIDAL GOWNS AND THE VERY RUDE WOMAN IMMEDIATELY INFORMED US THAT OUR APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE! WE ASKED IF WE COULD LOOK AT DRESSES AND WERE TOLD YES, BUT NONE COULD BE TRIED ON BECAUSE THERE WOULD NOT BE A DRESSING ROOM AVAILABLE. SHE ASKED IF WE WANTED TO RESCHEDULE BUT GIVEN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE WOULDN'T THINK OF GIVING THEM A DIME OF BUSINESS FOR THE BRIDE OR FIVE BRIDESMAIDS' ATTIRE. THIS WAS UNLIKE ANY OTHER SALON IN WHICH YOUR APP'T ASSURES YOU AMPLE TIME TO BROWSE, TRY ON GOWNS, ETC. THE WORST PART WAS THAT THIS WOMAN, AND HER ASSOCIATE, DIDN'T EXPRESS ANY SHRED OF CONCERN OR DESIRE TO ACCOMMODATE THE OUT-OF-TOWN BRIDE OR HER FAMILY, LET ALONE REGRET FOR HAVING GIVEN AWAY HER APPOINTMENT SO QUICKLY. I WILL PERSONALLY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO PATRONIZE A STORE WITH SO LITTLE REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
