    I bought a 2011 used bass boat from Sizzle and the first day I had it on the water it sounded an overheat alarm twice at low idle.  At higher speeds it was fine, so I had a pretty good idea it was a weak impeller.  Mercury does suggest replacing the impeller every two years just because gritty water will wear down the vanes.  Being a four year old engine, I'm sure the previous owner did not do this.
    I called Sizzle and they said they would run diagnostics and see what the alarm was.  It was indeed an overheat alarm and that they would tear down the water pump for inspection and it might be a couple of days.  Well, it wasn't a couple of days - it was the same day!  They offer a 30 day mechanical warranty on all used boats and they pushed mine to the front of the line and had it repaired the same day free of charge.  I have had nothing but professional, courteous, and prompt attention from all of the staff.  I highly recommend Sizzle whether you're buying a boat or having yours serviced.

    After the work was done it took me a year and 550.00 to figure out why my boat didn't have any power. Pauls assured me they would take care of it and after they didn't, I took it somewhere else. Pauls put the wrong gas line attachment on the gas line, tore up my spark plug wires putting the lid back on my motor and left a jet out of the carbarator.

    I took my boat in because it wouldnt start, a month and 450.00 later, I put it in the water and it didnt start. Not only that it was also squarting gas out of the gas line connection from the new gas line to the old gas line. The connection was wrong and wouldnt snap together. Any type of professional mechanic should have been able to see it didnt connect together but instead they assured me "It started up and everything was running fine". My entire labor day was ruined including the other 9 people standing on my boat. How embarassing.

    I was contacted within a day of sending an email inquiring about a survey. Dan took the time to find out my boating experience (none) and requirements to make sure the boat suited my needs. While the survey is pending a break in the weather Dan has been very helpful answering questions related to boating but not necessarily connected to the survey including information about my vehicle for towing purposes. Dan is also willing to travel to wherever the boat is docked/stored even if it is out of state. I find him to be honest and totally committed to doing a professional job. As soon as the survey is completed I will update this review.

    They ( Artisan) came to my home , picked up the cover. The cover was brought back the next day complete. Artisan saved me gas and my time with  their mobile service!
