I emailed late in the evening and unfortunately they hadn't had time confirm my early appointment. Since my issue needed immediate attention, I decided to drop by to see what they could do, on the off chance they could work me in. As luck had it, they could! I was on a tight timeline they were already busy, but Tim was confident he could take care of my problem in time. So I headed to the waiting area. They fixed my problem! In a little over an hour, the bracket was no longer dragging on the ground and it was reattached. Even though the dangling end was broken/torn, they were able to reuse it. We can never say enough good words about Tim and his team. Even though I was a drop-in, he was very extremely courteous and willing to help me resolve my issue. Since he was able to resolve the issue without buying new parts, I was only charged for the labor. If you are looking for honest people to resolve your automotive problems, Hometown is the place to go! They will diagnose and fix your issues as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Their waiting area is like home too! Coffee/beverages, nice comfy couches, TV and toys for the kids, and a work desk with wifi so you can get some work done while waiting. Thanks for taking care of us Hometown!

Germain Mercedes at Easton Mall in Columbus, Ohio, wrote up $8,000 of recommended repairs, including brake line replacement and other brake-related work estimated at $5,000. I wanted a second opinion and got Dean Ray's name from a auto body repair shop owner. Dean looked over Germain's estimate, and looked over my 2005 Mercedes Benz E320, and concluded that I did not need any of the brake-related repairs recommended by Germain. Dean noticed that someone (likely a prior mechanic my family had gone to in a different city) had loosened the brake relay connections under the hood, so he tightened them up and told me that he believed this would correct the problem and did not charge me anything for it. Two years later, and I have not had any brake-related problems. So, Dean essentially save me $5,000. I asked Dean if he did recommend any routine maintenance, and he said the cabin/air filter probably needed to be replaced, so I had him do it since I was there in his shop, and he had the replacement filters in stock. Even this routine maintenance work would have been more expensive at the dealer. I would highly recommend BNZ Automotive (Dean Ray's company) for any Mercedes Benz repairs or service.

Tuffy Auto Service Center located at 7128 State Route 3 Westerville, OH 43082 exceeded my expectations completely. The driver side window jumped track while it was raining. Tuffy not only provided same day service, but completed the repair a full 90 minutes ahead of schedule. I have nothing but the highest admiration for them and unequivocally recommend them.

We wanted to evaluate and drive several vehicles. Leonel listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. We test drove the Pacifica, Grand Cherokee, and the Town & Country. He explained features and how to use them. He made the purchase process very easy.

What can I say? I have never dealt with a service company that was as patient and persistent as Westerville Automotive. They just keep working at it until they figured it out and fixed it. And they did it with good humor (they never, once, told me I was imagining the noise), professionalism, and at an utterly fair price. It is, in my years of experience, almost unheard of to encounter a group of automotive technicians so dedicated to their work and their customers as those at this firm. I cannot imagine going anywhere else if I am able to have work done here.

All quotes we're provided in a professional format via email as requested. Clearly outlining the expenses for parts and labor. I was disappointed that I was not permitted to buy my own parts, but the detailed quote indicated the shop was going to be using the same part item numbers I was planning to purchase. The truck was able to be dropped off the night before the appointment. An expected completion time was estimated at two days prior to the appointment being scheduled. Work was began as scheduled on the scheduled day, and as expected, extended into day 2. A phone call was received early on day 1 indicating some of the work did not need to be completed. This was a pleasant surprise as two other national brand shops had indicated the ball joints had to be replaced before an alignment could be performed. I agreed to not have the additional work completed if it was not necessary. A phone call with a status update would have been nice at the end of day 1, but was not received. The shop had to be called on day 2 to obtain an estimated time of completion. The lack of communication was inconvenient at most, and will not affect my decision to use this shop again. Upon arriving to pay for the service, I had some personal issues with payment, no fault of the shop, but the shop was extremely accommodating to my unique situation. Scott was extremely patient and went above and beyond my expectations to assist with making sure I was able to complete the transaction the same day instead of waiting 2 days to complete the transaction and drive away with my truck. The final cost was significantly lower than the original quote due to some of the work not being required.

They have great service and have great product. I bought a car from them and take it back here every single time for service. They are professional, experienced, and know the Honda product. They check tires and some other stuff as well when I bring in for oil change. Sometimes I would get a loaner car if I needed to leave my car, it would take a little longer, but I paid for that service when I bought my car. They are open until midnight, so if you still need an oil change you could go late at night. We have bought a couple used cars from them and two new cars, so they keep me coming back.

It took 3 tries, but they finally found out what the problem was. It was explained to us that it was a hard thing to diagnose what was going on. They gave us our AAA discount. We were pleased in the end. They were very nice. I would use them again.

I had scheduled the oil change appointment but, on the way home from work the day before, my battery indicator light came on. I called Boyd's and asked if they could look at that as well the next day and they agreed. I dropped the van off with them that evening for the next morning's appt. When they tested the charging system, they didn't find anything that was wrong but said if the light came on, the alternator might be going bad. Rather than take the chance, I had them go ahead and replace it. The price seemed a little expensive but I don't really have anything to compare it to either. They do a lot of the work on our vans and gave us a coupon for the repair as well as a second coupon for the oil change.

It's been forever. That's the place we do it. We have two cars, and they're in certainly at least twice a year. They're probably in three times a year, so two cars, that'd be about six times a year.
