    This is the second appliance we have purchased with Herald's in the last year. They are so easy to work with and are friendly and the prices are great. Delivery has gone well on both occasions. They even brought us homemade peanut brittle with our first delivery!

    I ordered four new appliances for my kitchen as I was having it remodeled. HH Gregg fine lines carried the brand I was looking for and I was able to order all four appliances in one store - which was a big deal for me. Some of the other stores carried some but not all the appliances I was looking for. HH Gregg worked with me to have the appliances delivered when my contractor was ready to install them which meant HH Gregg held them in their warehouse for almost three weeks. HH Gregg employees from the salesman to the delivery men were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process and I would definitely use HH Gregg again.

    The sales process was good. We shopped around. we found Tom to be knowledgeable and we were able to get a good price for all the above items. We purchased delivery, installation and haul away. H.H. Gregg called us the night before to give us a delivery window of 3 hours. There were 2 different delivery/installers for the 4 appliances. Both installers were on time. The entire delivery and installation process took a little more than 2 hours. The delivery persons were pleasant and knowledgeable. The entire sales to installation process was good. We would buy other appliances from H.H. Gregg.

    The first person we worked with was very unresponsive and I got the feeling she didn't think we were serious about our remodel and/or that we weren't a high enough priority customer ($$$).  We ended up switching to another JAE project manager, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful.  Overall, I think that the JAE Company is more expensive than other companies, but they have high quality electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc and whenever we noted that some small detail needed to be fixed, they responded and did so.  I will note that I felt like I had to manage the small details, and we were the ones to notice where grout needed to be fixed, corners needed to be straightened, etc, but in talking with other people who have done remodels, it sounds like that isn't unusual.  The only reason I rated "responsiveness" as a "C" was because of our initial project manager, who was not responsive.  Our second project manager would have been rated an "A."

    The price was probably around $1100 for the cooktop. Their service has been fine. I have always had good service with them. Their price is good and we don’t look around that much anymore before we purchase. The quality of their service is fine. Their responsiveness is good. Their punctuality is probably good too. Their professionalism has been fine and good. I would use their services in the future too.

    Everything went perfectly as always.  We also got the extra warranty since lowes is pretty reasonable when it comes to the added warranties.  Delivery was free and not a problem and they moved our old ones to the garage so that we could donate them to a group.

    We bought four matching kitchen appliances from Lowe's - refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.  The products and pricing were very good, but we had some problems with delivery and installations.  The microwave was delivered but installed by my husband; the dishwasher was installed by a Lowe's subcontractor - no problem with those two.  The stove and fridge were the problem pieces.  The fridge was backordered, and we were fine with waiting a couple weeks for delivery.  The stove was a different story - our old stove was no longer working, and I wanted the new one in as soon as possible, so its installation was scheduled for a few days after purchase, on a Thursday.  Before then, we got a call that the fridge would be available sooner than expected, so that installation was scheduled for Saturday.  I was still expecting the stove on Thursday, but nothing arrived.  When I called, it took them a while even to locate our order, but then they told us that the pieces would be delivered together on Saturday.  I was unhappy, told them why I wanted the stove ASAP, but there was no option but to wait.  Saturday - still no delivery, and when I called, I was told that the fridge hadn't arrived after all, and both installations had been rescheduled for a week later.  I was LIVID - in my earlier conversations, I'd made it VERY clear that I wanted that stove as soon as possible, and that we were willing to get the fridge later.  The stove was delivered the next day, and the fridge about a week later, although even that was at a different time of day than we'd already set.   Delivery/installation scheduling was a very weak point with Lowe's, and the lack of communication about delivery issues just compounded the problems.

    Great. After thoroughly researching/comparing pricing (for appliances, sales, extended warranties, delivery charges, price matching, whole package) at Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears Appliance Outlet, and Costco, we found the best pricing for what we were looking for at Appliance Smart Outlet. Matt in sales was very helpful in guiding us to appliances best suited for our needs, also making sure to show us ones that could save us money for similar quality/performance. Trustworthy, great prices. Delivery guys were efficient, came right when expected, placed new appliances (frig, w/d, dishwasher), and installed clothes washer/dryer. They did accidentally drive through part of our grass when backing out of driveway (tearing up grass), but company was quick to offer fair remedy for the inconvenience. We were very pleased with overall service provided and would use again.

    We have ended up using them for most of our home improvement stuff. They are very very good at matching competitors' prices. The salesperson that we had got was very knowledgeable about appliances and very good at telling you what's good and what's bad about each individual appliance. The other thing that I really liked about him is that the particular range we were interested in they do not carry on the floor. One of the complaints that people have against Home Depot is that they don't have a lot of models on the floor to look at. We told him pretty much what we were looking for. He told us competitors to go to and look and that we would probably find the specific model that we were looking for and to check out and figure out what we liked. Once we found that appliance, he told us to come back to him and if he could order it in, he would at no additional charge. He would also beat whatever price the competitor was selling it for provided he could verify that they were selling it for that price.

    Had done a lot of investigation through consumer products and on line regarding various brands for appliances. They had the best deal from price to the cost of an extended warranty that we wanted for some items. As I said, Matt was great -- was up on products and variances between and listened to what we wanted to match with needs.
