    Unfortunately our moving experience with Eko Movers was less than great. In fact it has been down right terrible. We contacted Eko Movers to move us from our home into a temporary home in late April. At the last minute our temporary home wasn't gong to be ready. We paid Eko Movers one month of storage to hold our truck for the 1 week we would be in a hotel. Perfect! I was very concerned that one truck would not be enough for our large home, but was told not to worry they do this all the time. On the day of the move one truck was not even close to enough. They went back to get a second truck (smaller) and it still was not enough. I ended up needing to rent a uHaul to finish the move myself. At least we were moved out. Eight days later we pull up to our temporary home and the two trucks were different, huh I was under the impression they would hold our stuff in the truck. No problem. First item out, our cream colored couches (for which we provided couch covers) has large grease smear stains where it was obviously slide across a dirty truck or warehouse floor). Next the dining room table, scratches where it was slide across a floor. My son's bunk bed broken support leg. My daughter's dresser broken leg. So on and so on. In total 17 pieces of our furniture show signs of being pushed across the floor. Ok, these things happen. I followed their claims process, including taking pictures of each item, estimating the weight and researching purchase price. I was prepared to receive compensation by the pound ($0.60/lb). Using Eko's weight tool our damaged furniture totaled over 4300 lbs. After 90 days of forced communication on my part I get their restitution offer...$67.20. This will not even replace one of the dining chairs broken during the move. I know accidents can happen, but the clear signs of furniture being pushed along the floor is not an accident, it is negligence that is a very poor reflection on the company. Their handling of this entire experience only confirms that they do not care about your stuff and should be avoided at all costs.

    Holy Cow... talk about exceptional service that exceeded my expectation. TV died on a Saturday morning. 3D TV that is 4 years old (LG) and didn't really want to "throw it away" and get another one. But who to call? How long is this going to take (expecting no less than a week). Saw all the good reviews for this company so I called Mason TV service. To my surprise he could come the same day. He set a time and you usually expect that they will be late. Mark Mason was about 90 minutes early calling ahead of time. He quickly diagnosed the TV and felt the Power Circuit board could be repaired instead of the more expensive option to replace the board. He had to take the board and replace some components coming back in about 2 hours and installed the repaired board. He actually upgraded the components that he replaced vs OEM components. TV back in business in time for football! Let's review... TV fails around 10AM in the morning, I'm back watching football by 3:30 PM the same day. You don't get that experience very often. This is "throw back" service that use to be the "norm" but not anymore. Kind of restores your belief that there are still a "few good men". Highly recommend!!

    The procedure went well and doctor Bekal had to put a stent in to allow for the rest of the stones to dissolve. He had to perform this procedure several times to alleviate the condition.     My CT Scan turned out to be negative. Nurse Annie gave me some Tylenol medication for the pain, advised me to continue to use ice on my face and eye area and my discharge papers. Nurse Annie was so caring and wonderful! I was advised by doctor Sanders to follow-up my care with my Primary Care doctor. I informed him that I do not have a primary care doctor at this time but hopefully will find a new doctor soon. He advised me to return to the hospital if I don't get any better or new symptoms develop. Thank you Dr. Sanders and Dr. Craven at Urgent Care for taking such good care of me! My face is healing fine with no scaring.

    Project went smoothly and in timely fashion. Greg J. of Smileys handled it professionally and with urgency. Mailbox 4x4 post was broken off at the ground. Smileys removed the old post including old concrete and installed new in concrete and re-installed mailbox. Greg went above the call to complete by working with the responsible party covering cost of the damage.

    He first came out the day before Thanksgiving- the TV was not working and it would take some time to get a replacement fan, so he dug through his  spares and found and installed one that would work so we would have the TV for the holiday weekend.  Two weeks later the ordered fan came in and he came back and replaced it.  He was very punctual and professional each visit. This is the second TV repair we've used them and I strongly recommend them to everyone.

    Move It Now
    Everything was already packed and padded coming out of storage, so all they had to do was load the truck and drive, but they did a great job.  The move took less time than expected, so they stuck around looking for other ways they could help out in the remaining time that we'd already booked and paid for (unpadding & re-arranging furniture, assembling of disassembled items, etc)
