I have been going there for one year and the equipment has noticeably deteriorated in that time.  Complaining to the management does no good.  Since it is the only gym that accepts Medicare Silver Sneakers cards, I am stuck with it.

I like it because it's very clean and the equipment is always kept in good condition. If a machine breaks down, it doesn't take them very long to get it back in service again. They have a variety of different classes that you can take. The instructors tend to be very good and very professional.

We have been going here for about five years. Because we are seniors, we receive a discount and we only pay $26 monthly for the Premiere upgrade. They offer many services from weight lifting, kid's centers, access to the pool, daycare, gymnastics and fitness classes. They are a very nice facility and even have a cafe. They have a post office where you can send mail and purchase stamps. Their workers are helpful and friendly. Their locker rooms are very nice and kept up. They also have a lot of activities and planned events for seniors as well.

I go there 3 or 4 times a week. They are a full service gym, they have a racket porch, fitness classes, classes on specifics like healthy foods, they break down on what you can eat. I have used them for 3 or 4 years. They are a little expensive.

    CINCINNATI FIT BODY BOOTCAMP
I love this bootcamp, this is my third time returning.  It has great time schedule if you prefer working out in the morning.  Its a tough, but fun workout.  And it keeps you feeling great!  Its great for all fitness levels.

They have a running track indoors. Other than, it's not like something that I would highly recommend. I think, they've gone through several ownership changes, and it's not clean. On the other hand, I would still probably use them again in the future.

    CINCINNATI FIT BODY BOOTCAMP
Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp has been a great experience. I have been attending Bootcamp sessions 5 days a week for about 5 months and I have lost over 25 pounds. The trainers that run the boot camps are very friendly, fun and motivating! The Bootcamp classes are 45 challenging minutes long and very addictive. I never am looking at the clock wondering when it's over, like I would getting on a treadmill or elliptical. I recommend this for any age or body type.

    CINCINNATI FIT BODY BOOTCAMP
When I began working out with Trisha, Andy, and Jeff at Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp, I had it set in my mind that I would use their 30 day offer to simply get me kick started and then I'd leave and go back to working on my own. 2 months after that trial period I am still there and attending (on average) 5 days per week. The reasons why I continue to align myself with this organization are many but the key reasons are: 1) there is accountability in numbers, 2) the workouts are well thought out, dynamic, and challenging, 3) my peers there are non-judgmental and love to motivate me, 4) the price is right for the amount of access and attention they provide, and 5) the staff is personable, knowledgeable, and anxious to help people meet their goals. I'm glad I stepped up to the challenge and look forward to introducing as many friends and associates as I can to Cincinnati Fit Body Boot Camp.

The pool was often very dirty, lots of floating bandaids, there were always unsupervised kids making it hard to swim laps with them jumping in and splashing when there are only a few lanes. The equipment was usually covered in pools of sweat and the paper towels would be empty so usually neither gym goers nor staff were seen cleaning anything. I cancelled my membership, they charge you just to cancel. They also charge biannual fees on top of your membership fees. The place is too busy to even use what you want I suggest somewhere else. A lot of the weight machines were also broken with no intention to fix. A majority of the personal TVs on the cardio equipment also did not work. Most of the bikes were missing the pedal straps, making them unusuable. I got sick a lot from going there because I think it was so dirty. There was also constantly employees using the sauna to take cell phone breaks - not very relaxing when you are listening to someone talk about their baby daddy drama in the sauna. Stay away.

They offer everything, but swimming. They have weight machines, treadmills, bicycles, Zumba classes, etc. What stands out is that they're nice people. These guys have never dropped us. They're absolutely competent.
