Drain Cleaning reviews in West Chester

Very knowledgeable of the problem and because I can't afford to fix it right now, he gave suggestions on what can be done until that time. I thought I had a leak in a pipe but it turned out to be an issue of water getting behind and out of the area that is causing it to rain in the kitchen. The solution is to tear out the upstairs tub and put in an insert. which is too costly at this time. I will be keep this number real handy. Thank you

Jim arrived promptly at the scheduled time.  Before coming in, he removed his boots as they were dirty and he did not want to drag the dirt into my house.  He explained what he was doing as he worked and even cleaned up his work area.

    Thank you!

When I when I returned from vacation, i called the Nixco owner. I could tell from the beginning of the conversation that he was not going to adjust the charge even though they were not able to solve the problem and his worker was at my home for about 30 minutes. The guy spent more time in the truck preparing my bill than he did trying to fix my clog. I called another plumber and the pipe was replaced for $515.00. There is no way I would trust Nixco again. I will never call them again.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by William Brown Plumbing.  William Brown called me back after I left a message and I was completely surprised when he told me that he could send someone out the same day I called; which has to be compared to the other plumbing company I called on Angie's List, who told me the earliest they could come out was a week later.   I told William I was an Angie's list member and we discussed which deal was the best.  The plumbers showed up on time and cleared the drain and it cost me about half what the other company would have charged.  I would use them again and highly reccomend them.

Overall the entire experience was good and I wouldn't have a problem recommending them although they didn't get the opportunity to perform any service due to the diagnosis.
Robert was the plumber assigned to come to my home. I didn't get the pre-appointment call like I expected and that made me a little nervous that maybe there was a mix up and the appointment might not happen, so I called the number to enquire. When calling their number, the selections don't guide to you enquire about an existing appointment, so I just chose the "make an appt" selection so that i could speak to anyone. The operator was very nice and helpful. I explained that I had not received a call and it was my appointment time, so I wanted to confirm that everything was still on, she checked and confirmed then called Robert who called me back. I only share that for the benefit of Flow-Rite. It would be beneficial to have the phone selections say something that includes "confirm appointment or enquire about appointment", or provide the number of the plumber so that the customer can call if they haven't heard or if there is a change.
Once I connected with Robert, all was fine. He showed up, put shoe covers on, was aware of the issue from my description on the phone and we proceeded to the bathroom. He asked lots of good questions about how long we've had the issue, I shared the things I've observed and done myself to resolve, then he proceeded to check out things for himself by going in the attic and looking under the sinks, running water, listening for signs that would indicate specific problems. He even used a scope to check for blockages. Unfortunately he didn't find anything that would explain the slow drains. There were no blockages and the venting was ok. He concluded that I probably have a non-level pipe behind the wall that connects the 2 sinks in the master bath and because of that conclusion there was nothing else he could do unless I wanted to start tearing into the walls. Obviously this left me with something to think about. I paid using a credit card because they use an ipad based payment system, which is cool. I received a discount due to Angies List and the final bill didn't feel unreasonable at all. I honestly was expecting it to be $150.

The first technician came out and neither of us could find the drain clean-out. This is my deceased mother's house and I am not familiar with that. We opted to go through the toilet with a smaller rooting unit. The unit would not run so he left and we called for another available technician. He started the clean-out through the toilet and hid some strong roots. He kept trying and also sent the inspection camera down to verify the cause. There were roots in the sewer drain and needed the larger rooter to extract. We finally located the drain clean-out and started cleaning out the roots. The tiles are bad, so he had trouble getting through the entire run due to the disconnects. The inspection camera indicated this. The technician Mike Anderson went above and beyond by continued perseverance and withstanding the bitter cold. Although no guarantee could be made, the drains were unclogged enough to continue use. Thanks so very much!!!

They were excellent.  They were able to get to our job in a timely manner.  The technician explained what the situation was currently and what could possibly happen for future drain issues.  They gave great advise and options.

The plumber first described the service and provided an estimate. He put on shoe covers and covers for the snake wheels. He placed down a tarp before starting. He had to try several times to find the connecting drop down pipe from the dual sinks. Eventually he used a plunger to free the clog. He cleaned up the area completely and completed the appointment. I was very satisfied.

Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and able to clear the line and I was very pleased with the work done. I have used them several times before and have always had great service. I do think, however, the prices are a little on the high side.
