Kramer's Sew & Vac Of Montgomery
They serviced it and did the routine tune up and I had it back in 4 business days. Very professional and courteous. Even carried it out to the car for me since I was holding my granddaughter.

    Luke's Sewing and Vacuum Centers
I went to the Luke's Sewing and Vacuum Center in Amelia, Oh. They were so nice and professional. The work was done on time. Very friendly and well informed on the machines. I will go to them when it is time for a new machine.

    Jolly Plumbing
It went very well they replaced a pipes that was causing things to back up in my sewage line under my driveway. They are very professional, punctual, and the cleaned up everything and there was nothing I had to do.  And because of that theyare the only company that i will use going forward.

Kramer's Sew & Vac Of Montgomery
Kramer's looked at it and told me the same thing I heard at Lukes but their approach was completely different. of course they could fix it and it would cost about $160. They did not disparage my machine and did not try to sell me a new one. They called to tell me it would be a little bit more ($10) because there were 5 bad gears instead of 4. They replaced the gears, tuned up the machine, adjusted evrything to work correctly and tested it. The bill was $170. While they sold new machines, they did not use my misfortune to take advantage of me. Almost everyone who was coming in was coming in to get a machine repaired or to pick up one that had been fixed. I am very pleased with the service. If I ever did want to buy a new machine, this is the first place I would go.

    DOUG'S SEWING & VACUUM CTR
Excellent seller. Very professional and courteous. Also sells vacs and sewing machines in their small lobby. I bought a small handheld vac for my stairs which Doug recommended. It rocks! Definitely will work with them again.

    Luke's Sewing and Vacuum Centers
My vacuum had suction, but the brushes were not turning. I took it in to the Amelia location. The man there took a quick look and identified that the belt was bad. He fixed it, tested it and had me out the door in about 10 minutes. I paid for just the belt. I'm happy!!Even though there are closer places to my house - I'll make the drive to Luke's for their friendly service!!

Kramer's Sew & Vac Of Montgomery
I HAD TAKEN A CLASS AND THE TENSION ON MY NEW SEWING MACHINE WAS NOT CORRECT. NOT ONLY DID THE TEACHER FIX IT THAT DAY, BUT I COULD NOT GET THE NEEDLE THREADED CORRECTLY AND THE INSTRUCTOR HELPED ME THREE DAYS AFTER THE CLASS. THEIR CLASSES ARE GREAT! INSTRUCTION AND SPACE TO WORK ARE GREAT!

Kramer's Sew & Vac Of Montgomery
I brought my grandmother's old Singer sewing machine in for repair. Although the machine was beyond fixing the staff there was extremely helpful, friendly, and refreshingly honest. I ended up buying a new machine from them but did not feel any sales pressure whatsoever; only helpful advice and concern for my individual needs.

Kramer's Sew & Vac Of Montgomery
The model that I have is very difficult to repair. I had taken it somewhere else originally and it came back and it wasn't repaired. Kramer's fixed it so it is workable but it is very old and getting kind of worn down. They don't really make parts for really old machines. They probably did the best they could. It functions but it is an old machine and it doesn't run like it is new. I was very happy with Kramer's. Some things cannot get repaired 100% when they are old so I had to take that into consideration. I would probably use them again.

Kramer's Sew & Vac Of Montgomery
I found Kramer's from Angie's List. I dropped my machine off. (I didn't have an appointment.) Their original estimate was that it would take 7 days. 3 days later they called to say the machine was done. The machine is running like new again. We liked their staff so much that I went back to purchase an embroidery machine from them. Again, a very pleasant experience.
