They are over priced. They have excellent customer service and I don't have interruptions in my service. They are pretty reliable.

    Time Warner
I liked the service. The service is really fast. I had dish before Time Warner and now I don't get charged as much as before. The gentleman that came to do all this work was very friendly and professional. Plus, the internet services are much faster!

    TIME WARNER CABLE
I have been with them for ten years.  I have never had issues with them.  They are reliable.  The quality is excellent.  Sometimes they lack professionalism.

    TIME WARNER CABLE
I called the time warner call center to ask questions about the products. They were very helpful and professional. I was extremely happy with the call. I can not get time warner here but they said they could set me up through a different company. So happy! Thank you!

    TIME WARNER CABLE
The service tech's were great, they completed the job and even sat and talked with us awhile to make sure we understood all the options that Time Warner provided. The cable service itself is spotty. I had a dish before and had fewer problems than I have with cable, but there is no 2 year lock in contract.

Time Warner's service was acceptable.  Occasional outages due to weather, downed lines, etc. are OK.   My complaint with Time Warner is their practice of increasing prices for no justifiable reason. Example: They wanted to charge me an addition amount for my modem, which I had in my home for more than 15 years. They didn't get me a new one, nor offer to upgrade my internet service for this addition amount. Their attitude seems to be to just charge more to customers who have been loyal to them over the years while advertising bundled service to new customers at a rate nearly half what they want me to pay. To me this is a strange business practice. Friends have told me that if you go to the office and complain they will reduce your bill to a small degree.  Why should I have to whine to be treated like a loyal customer? I have since switched to DirectTV satellite bundled with CenturyLink for internet and land line.

    TIME WARNER CABLE
We called and was told there was a service outage in my neighborhood and they were working on it. Our internet was going on and off and we couldn't use the internet. I use the internet often for work purposes. We stream our movies through a Roku and the internet was down more than it was up. While the customer service team was polite and helpful, I do not like Time Warner Cable services. Unfortunately, it's the only internet provider I can have where I live.

We were having a problem with movies on demand, the picture kept going in and out. We unplugged our tvs, plugged them back in and same thing. We called Time Warner Cable and my first call got answered by Carlos in the Dominican Republic. I could not understand him and he said he could not transfer me to the United States so I hung up and tried again. The second time same place but I got Michael, he could not transfer me either.. The third time I called I got Jill in Phillipines. The fourth time I called I got Zanesville, Ohio and April answered my call. She was able to set up an appointment and also connect me up to someone in Maine to help with another problem..We got phone calls from Time Warner telling us they had fixed our problem and to go turn on the  tv  , but that did not help at all.We got quite a few of these calls and even one or two on Sunday before they were supposed to be out on Monday. Our appointment was between 3and 4 in the afternoon and at 4:30 , I called to find out where the servicemen were , they were not here and we had not heard from them. This time , I got Zanesville, Ohio again and I forgot to get his name but he was  hard to understand and it was like a 100 people talking in the background and I got hung up on. At 4:45 we got a call and it said press 1 to answer questions about the service call that we had received from Time Warner. I would press 1 and the same message repeated itself a few times and then someone finally said this did not pertain to the call and hung up...Of course it didn't , we did not get a service call.  At 5:23 we got a phone call . A lady and I did not ask where she was from or her name..At this point, it did not matter..But she said that Time Warner had called earlier at 3:30 and noone answered and so  they  did not come out because they thought no one was at home..Wrong, we were at home and we did not get a call because my husband and I were both waiting for someone to show or call. We have call waiting and it shows no calls today until 4:43 and one at 5:23 which was hers. She kept insisting that we had got a call and I kept saying we did not, that Time Warner was a no-show. She let out a big sigh and I asked her why was she getting upset, that I was the one that should be upset and I was.She said she was giving me a $20. off on my bill, another person said he was giving me 50. off..Okay so now we have an appointment for tomorrow and we will see it we get a service call. Okay we did get a serviceman and he was here for a long time but he could not fix our problem...He tried so many different things and then he said it was because our house was not grounded...that was hard to believe because it was working and  we had just started having problems with it...He finally left and nothing was fixed...We just let it drop and after 2 weeks had  passed it started working and we had HBO because they gave me a different package deal...But I opened the bill today and I saw a few mistakes...so another call was placed and I got Janine in the Phillipines...So she deducted $20.00 off of my August bill...but this has been Time Warner for quite a few  years...I know that you very seldom get a real person to talk to when you call a lot of business, but I know the public is getting tired of this and especially when we cannot understand them.

    Scc Directv
I had the worst customer service with Directv .They had been my t.v.  satellite provider for years.  I decided to switch to a less expensive provider that offered free HD, which Directv charges for every television in your home..  When I called Directv to have my service discontinued, I find I have an "early" cancellation fee, which was $100.00!!!  Incredible!  Early???  Really???  But, wait,  there is more.  I discovered yesterday, that they had debited my checking account for the 100.00, plus the final month's fees.  No email, no text, no forewarning of this debit, whatsoever!  I was outraged, and felt violated.  To do such a thing as to debit your private checking account with not so much as an email, let alone the fact they can just reach into my bank account whenever the mood strikes, at their whim...I just can't believe it!  When I phoned to give them my slant on their practices, the fellow I spoke with was nice enough, but held firm on their right to debit my account....I complained a lot, but, it fell on deaf ears.  So, please let this post at least offer a "heads up" to those out there who might benefit by my experience by not choosing Directv.  The representative told me that the "debiting" clause was in the terms & conditions of the contract, something that happened so many years ago and was in such fine print....but then, who'd of thought such a thing would even be in the clause in the first place.  So, if you're going with Directv, that's your choice, but my new provider is great, I've saved money,, and  they won't steal from my bank account.  Another "thing" that bothered me was the fact they didn't seem to care about losing my business. The rep I spoke with was rehearsed, and also the fact after so many years with Directv, they never once asked why I was leaving, or offered to be competitive in order to get me to stay with them.
