    This was the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor or medical practice. Dr. Sutherland rushes through every appointment and always seems in a rush. She gave me blatantly false medical information. She was not supportive during my labor. Her nurse Lisa is the worst nurse I have ever met. She is cold, impersonal, and once sent me a post card in the mail that had printed on it, and quot;GOOD NEWS!and quot; and she had written in and quot;Your miscarriage has been confirmed by the blood test.and quot; A hideous and careless error!!!!
    Overall, you are treated like a piece of meat on an assembly line at this practice by just about everyone who works there.

    I was really hoping/expecting to have a pelvic exam done to make sure that everything seemed okay. I wanted and needed guidance for how to proceed following a miscarriage. I didn't receive any of this from Dr. Sutherland.
    She seemed to give me a pre-recorded speech about pregnancy and miscarriage. She seemed oddly upbeat during this dicussion
    . She did not seem to care about me or my individual case at all. She did not do any kind of exam on me. She didn't request any lab work. She just rushed through her generic information and sent me on my way. The whole appointment was a waste of time.
    Since then I have found another, much better, OB-GYN to help me.

    Many aspects of my experiences at RiverCrest OB-GYN have been positive. Most of all, I really like Dr. Sutherland. I had a hard time finding an OB-GYN who delivered out of St. Lukes Hospital. I am very happy to have found Dr. Sutherland. She is compassionate, friendly, professional, smart, and thorough. She seemed to genuinely want to help me through the difficulties I was having carrying a pregnancy. I have only good things to say about her.
    The negatives I have experienced in association with this facility have been related to the staff and overall organization/competency of the staff. At times there seems to be a lot of confusion among the various people who coordinate together there. At one appointment, the person (presumably a nurse practitioner or medical assistant) who first greeted me, said twice, and quot;I am so confused. Why are you here today? Who are you supposed to be seeing?and quot;
    On another occasion, I received a card in the mail that said at the top of it: and quot;Good News!,and quot; and someone has written in that the lab results reviewed that I did, in fact, have a miscarriage. Obviously, that was NOT good news.
    Threre have been a few other glitches as well: I received a robo-call saying I had 3 appointments scheduled for a Friday, when I should have had NO appointments scheduled for that day. When I called to correct this, the person at the desk had no idea how or why those appointments got scheduled. On more than one occasion, someone transferred my call to the wrong person.
    So, overall, the care, the most important thing, that I have received here has been very good. It has just been frustrating from time to time dealing with numerous office-related issues.
