They wanted to reschedule, but after telling them my concerns that the animals might be raccoons, they informed me that they did not handle that animal. AGrace Services IncDuring my home inspection, termites were found. My inspector recommended that I call Grace Services, Inc for a free estimate for termite extermination. I called, described my problem, and was told that the termite guy would call me back -- and he did, within the hour. Again I described the problem and explained my situation. He said he would do it the following day. I was a little disappointed -- I'm impatient -- but when I got up and checked my email the next day, there was the proposal! It had been emailed before 9 AM. I was very pleased that I did not have to wait all day for an estimate.- Anastasia W.

ANew Breed Chimney SweepsFrom the time I called Tammy at New Breed Chimney Sweeps concerning raccoons in my chimney until Tino and his crew finished the job, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and compassion. The work was scheduled promptly and I was called when the crew was on the way. Tino thoroughly explained every thing he was going to be doing, then the fun began. Smoking a reluctant raccoon proved to be very interesting. After the exit of the raccoon, the crew started to clean the fireplace and gas logs while Tino capped the chimney. Tino came back inside to finish the flu and he saw a piece of fur, pulled it and it move. Lo and behold there was another baby raccoon hiding behind the draft. The little raccoon was finally removed after quite a struggle. Our fireplace looks beautiful and it is very reassuring to know that, with the chimney cap, we won't have any more raccoons. Everyone we dealt with at New Breed Chimney Sweeps was very nice and professional. We would definitely use their services again and gladly refer them to our friends.- Dennis W.

CGrace Services IncThe first time they were scheduled to come, which was a week prior to the date of service, it was raining. The guy came in and said he had to reschedule, because he couldn't properly inspect the outside perimeter for entryways. Seemed reasonable. He also told me that because I have 3 cats and we only saw 1 mouse, it was unlikely that we had an infestation. Also seemed reasonable. So the following week another guy comes to the house. We were scheduled between 11:00 and 2:00. This guy comes at 9:30, when my son is in the shower. He says later that's when he checked the outside perimeter, and found nothing. So he comes back and because we said we saw mouse in downstairs bath, he goes right there and fills in hole behind plumbing. Finds another hole behind plumbing in upstairs bath, fills it in. Gabbing constantly with my son...small talk. Spent another few minutes looking for signs of mice. Done. Maybe 20 minutes. No traps set. Never looked in attic or oversized garage that contains a small room. No traps were left or set. When I spoke with him later, he was like trust me, I saw no signs of mice. Yes, but we had one. He said, well that was a flook. Call us if you see anymore. I said WHY? I'll call someone else who will do a thorough job, so I can have some peace of mind. It's the standard rip off. Less for more. BTW, they get their payment upfront. Hand them a check upon arrival or call in your credit card number before hand. $365, no matter what the work entails. That doesn't even buy you a mouse trap. Was supposed to include a follow-up visit. For what? In hindsight, probably shouldn't have told them where we saw mouse. Might have gotten an inspection for my $365. My mom referred me but I will never use this company again, she will never use them again, and the condo assn that I am treasurer for will never use them. Must say that after I complained to the owner, she gave me a full refund.- Michele H.

AWe had a nest of wasps in the outer wall of our apartment for months. Maintenance workers attempted treatment several times with store-bought solutions, which failed to successfully eliminate the problem. When Brian came out from Complete Pest Solutions, he treated the nest quickly and professionally. We immediately saw a significant reduction in the population of the next, and within two days all activity ceased and we never saw another wasp in that area again. Great work!

They then made provided several options on how to address the issues and their prices were very reasonable. The work they then performed was done promptly. FI was told what would be done, that there would be three visits, bats would be removed, openings sealed and a one way bat door would would be installed. I paid them $927 via credit card in June. The following week an inexperienced, unprofessional person showed up and sealed only areas as on the ground floor. Offered little to no explanation of what he had done. A complete inspections did not occur, no bats were searched for or removed, no work was done on the interior or the second level. I called an spoke to Craig the Service Manager clarifying what I was told would be done and what was expected. He and his employee returned the next week and we were told that the second floor and roof area would have to be done by a roofer. The person in the office that described their services and received payment told me they had searched the county records and said they knew the layout of the house, and I was promised the services based on that. They did inspect the attic, but no visible work was done. They also told us the bat door would need to be installed by the roofer. We have been unable to get a roofer to complete the unaddressed steps due to their summer workload. I called and spoke to Craig, the Service Manager on 08/20 and told them I wanted a refund or the job to be completed as promised. I have not received a return call. They totally misrepresented their services, failed to meet their commitment and bats are still present in the home making it unlivable. I will be contacting my attorney as well as the Better Business Bureau to lodge a formal complaint and contacting my credit card company to take further actions.
