    Terrible - the employee forgot to plug our sump back in and flooded our basement - ruined furnace, hot water heater, carpeting, home gym, furniture, electronics, etc. We had to make a home owner's insurance claim and the Everdry staff are rude they did not care about us or our home; clearly only interested in making money. You should get estimates from several companies. Don't be fooled by all of their high ratings and reviews; they give people gift cards to leave positive reviews to outweigh negative.

    Had gotten an estimate for painting the house, very reasonable, and was very excited to have done. Unfortunately had to have emergency car repair and was unable to schedule a time for the work. When called back to get a new estimate having saved up the money and put it aside was told that he was no longer interested because I had canceled an appointment scheduled to have the work done. Very upset and disappointed had never scheduled an appointment had only gotten an estimate with an estimated time for the work. I feel this was very unprofessional of him.

    Great communication from scheduling an estimate to finishing the job.

    Jacob and Mike were great to deal with and according to the wife the crew was very thorough and professional.

    All my concerns were addressed and the roof looks great.

    Won't hesitate to use them in the future.

    PS-When I told my father who I was using he told me a neighbor of his used Jacobs Ladder and had nothing but good recommendations about them. As of now I totally agree!!

    Showed up on time and worked until the job was completed.  Great clean-up and professional team.  I would highly recommend Holt Roofing.  This is the second time we've used this company, first for our two car garage and now for out extended shed.

    Service was great. Prompt replies, started job the very next week and finished in a day. Price was inline with other estimates.
    The guys were great and very professional. They hauled away the brush and left the wood as requested and they even cut the left wood in 2-3 foot sections.

    I would highly recommend this company. Everyone from the company that I spoke or had contact with were very professional and well mannered. The first time I called them out was the sewer was backing up into the basement sink and washer drain pipe. I called in the morning and they made it out about 1 o'clock. They performed the work and cleaned up after. I called again two weeks later for the same issue. I was told it would be a few hours until they could get there. After a few hours they called and said it would be a little longer due to an issue with another job. I appreciated the call understood problems can arise. This time they ran a camera and determined there were a few bellies in the line. We decided to have a new sewer line and scheduled it. The day before I received a call that the inspector would not be available so installation would be pushed back 1 day. The work was performed and finished in 1 day. I am very satisfied with the job that was performed. Thank you ASAP.

    Three person crew was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough.  They performed cleaning services that were not even requested, such as cleaning behind our refrigerator and inside our oven/microwave.  The crew was excellent and our house looked spotless after their efforts.

    Mower was to be worked on and returned the same week.  Picked up Monday AM and to be done and back by Friday.  Received a call on Wednesday that they were starting to work on it and it would be done by Wednesday afternoon.  Thursday I got a call saying that it would be delivered that day. (Thursday).  Friday morning I called the shop and asked if the mower would be delivered as I still didn't have it.  Was told it would be delivered Friday.  No delivery by 5 PM, called shop to find out status.  Was told the delivery person was out making deliveries.  I asked the girl if she could contact delivery person to see if the mower was on truck.  She said that she'd call me back.  No call by 6.  Called again and was told the delivery person was in the yard loading mower.  5 minutes later I received a phone call from delivery person, owner? He didn't identify himself.  Saying I was rude to call the staff three times.  He yelled at me for at least 5 minutes about how busy he was and to never bring a mower to them again.  (not that I would)  When I was finally able to talk to him I explained the situation and what I was promised on Monday and Wednesday.  He told me that I could come and get it myself if I wanted it that bad.  Then hung up. 

    He did bring the mower about 8 PM that same evening.  I had my neighbor ome over as I am an older woman alone and did not want to be alone with him.  He charged more than the quoted price and would not take mower off truck, neighbor did.  My husband has had this company do lawnmower work for several years.  I would not feel safe dealing with them again.  There is no reason to promise something and then be horribly rude to a customer when you try to get some information.

    First, they did remove the tub but replaced it with another tub and not a walk-in shower per the contract.  The owner acted surprised that a tub was installed instead of the shower and blamed it on the warehouse.  He did not inspect the work of his employees until I called to inform him of the error.  The house was left in a mess and I had to request they clean-up.  My husband had to finish installing the drywall panel behind the faucet...  We will not use this company to complete the work on our bathroom.

    2nd time using Brian's service's and just like the first time the experience was great.

    I called Brian late this year and he said he would be able to do the job. He relayed to me that it would be a few weeks and that was fine. Brian is very professional and kept me notified as to the time frame to get to my job.

    Thanks Brian and sorry for the late call but my trees hold those leaves late into the fall. Great job again and thank your crew for me also because I know those gutters were packed.

    Will see you in the late spring and the late fall in 2014.
