    It went great. I called late afternoon and was able to get scheduled the next morning for service. I was offered courtesy pick up and drop off to and from the shop which they did for me. Brian was who I worked with. Brian had his team scan for codes to diagnose the problem. No codes presented. He had the team drive the car and they didn't notice any misfiring. Instead of charging me the $122 diagnosis fee they didn't charge me anything. I appreciate Brian's honesty. I'll use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

    My husband had an old car, so it's one of those things you had to figure it out.  He did fix it.  My husband was really happy.  And he will be happy to use them again.  If he wasn't happy with it, he wouldn't go back to him.

    We have been going probably for 15 years. We started going there when they first opened and I imagine it?s been 15 years. I have been retired a year. My company, I told them they need to write a magazine article on these people and they did. I did the pictures and we did a full feature on them. We have three cars so we get oil changes all the time. Any repairs we have done there. The value is there so I don?t mind the price. There was one goof up one time. One of the guys I had them put wiper blades on my car. You know that little plastic thing that is on them? He forgot to take them off. I didn?t notice it. I picked the car up after dark. The next morning, I had to drive to work and it wouldn?t clean or do anything. I couldn?t figure it out. Come to find out once the rain stops and I realized if I pull the plastics things off. I mean it was crazy. It had an exposed rubber. So, what it had done was put some pretty deep scrapes into the windshield. So, I went and I showed him. He had a talk with his tech, and he also replaced the windshield at no cost. I mean it was a bad thing and it turned out fine. Accidents happen so I would not at all fault them. That guys has done work on our car before. He had one of those days. I recognize they are a little high, but it?s not a problem for me. They are an ?A? company to me.

    The owners name is Frank Dannemiller so we call it Franks. We have used them forever. I recently retired but I did an article in the magazine that I worked for on them. I really like them. These guys are fabulous. We do oil changes and everything there.

    The Air conditioning is now ice cold. I could not have had a better replacement for the money or the service. They were cheaper by far than the dealer and they use dealer parts. Excellent service.

    It was Plevris Auto Service that I used. My overall experience with them was excellent because they were excellent. They know what they are doing. They do it on time for a good price. I am going back next week.

    It did not go well  for my wife and me.  My wife stopped at the dealer's service department on her way home from work for an LOF and front tire replacement. When I arrived home from work that day, I inspected the allegedly new tires and found that they were anything but "brand new". One of the tires had had the date code part of the TIN REMOVED and the other tire looked as if it had been driven possibly 100 miles or more. I sent Mr. Ron Marhofer an e-mail as specified on the service invoice as an option for disgruntled customers. He telephoned me shortly thereafter. I found his attitude both condescending and defensive - he even apologized twice for being "defensive".  In all fairness, I want to say that up until this last service visit , I was very satisfied with the service that we had received there. I was also very pleased with the initial point-of-sale process received from our salesman Mr. Nick Bettle.Because of this latest service visit, I  will no longer use Ron Marhofer AutoMall, Inc. as an automotive service provider- they should not sell slightly used tires under the premise that they are brand new!

    Upon arrival, was greeted, listened to my needs, found a tire to match my other three within minutes, said it could be delivered and put on the next day in the afternoon.
    Next day, I had an unexpected doctor afternoon appointment and American was patient and worked around that.  Arrived at 4:45 and tire changed and I was on the road by 5:15.  Busy place.   Very nice and accommodating.  Highly recommend these guys. 
    Another tire place in town wanted almost twice as much for the same tire!    Truly appreciate when a garage does not take advantage of a woman.

    We didn't have an appointment and left the vehicle over night. We requested they look into providing two new tires vs. one for drivability. We worked a deal. The tires are on and we are ready for the change in season. Very curteous and understanding.
