    I do admit the 1st initial service call the serviceman made was on time and displayed polite behavior and seemed to be skilled but unfortunately he thought he knew what the problem was, but didn't. On the 1st appt he ordered a solenoid part, after that it took me 3 phone calls and 3 scheduled appointments to have that part installed but he never showed for any of the appointments. After the 3rd scheduled time and no show I then called Geig's Appliance who promptly came out and advised me of the problem, a temperature cold control was needed....completely different opinion than Guaranteed Appliance who said an solenoid. Yes a part was needed but not what I was previously advised of by Guaranteed Appliance. Unfortunately the part that was needed was no longer made and could not be found on the internet but he said only adjusting the temperature would work temporiarly... and it did. The freezer had been running in the minus temperature range, but adjusting the cold temperature has temporiarly solved the problem plus other problems that I had forgotten that I had. Now it is 5 months later and the freezer still is running good with no more problems. I've used Guaranteed Appliance several times in the past and always had so-so service but this last circumstance sent me over the edge! I will now always call Geig's Appliance if any repairs are needed for any of my appliances.

He listened to the details of my problem and took the appliance model number so he could come prepared with potential replacement parts. His rate is reasonable. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.

    I trust this man with my life. He can repair any kind of appliance. I use his reference to buy appliances. His price is very reasonable. He is totally reliable and straightforward, and honest. I can trust, he will not try to see me something or try to repair something that does not need to be repaired. His work is excellent. He is prompt. We were hanging on to 1974 refrigerator which we were hanging on to, and he kept it going for ever until finally it was too expensive to repair. He told me that. I would definitely use his services in the future.

    SELBY APPLIANCE REPAIR
    I called Selby to install a gasket in my refrigerator door.  The new gasket didn't even closely resemble the old one, so we were clueless as to doing it ourselves.  Selby very efficiently installed the new one and then noted that there was still a gap between the door and the main frame of the fridge.   Turns out, the refrigerator was just off balance - and we didn't really need the new gasket!  He balanced the refrigerator, which necessitated him having to take the doors off and adding some shims to get it right.  Next time, I will call Selby right away when I am having problems with an appliance.  His pricining is very reasonable and he does a great job.

    I was referred to Ebel's by Home Appliance in Medina. I was able to get a couple of guys out within a day, which was great, but once they got there, it was determined that the venting was set up all wrong by our builder. (The builder was given product install sheets months before. This is no reflection on Ebel's however.) They did what they could that day, which wasn't much. They installed the dishwasher and started the install on the microwave trim.

    When they returned to complete the job, everything was done as expected. In all fairness I haven't been able to fully test all of the appliances as we are not living at the house at this time. Verdict is still out on the quality of the install, HOWEVER my main complaint is that these guys left an absolute mess at the jobsite! These were pricey appliances to be installed in a brand new home. They left behind trash, sawdust, etc. Worst of all they left grimey handprints all over the stainless steel appliances. It was a bad reflection on Ebel's and also Home Appliance. These guys need to show a little respect toward other people's property, What does it take to pull out a rag and wipe the grease off of a brand new appliance? No pride taken.

    I called Rush Appliance Service on Friday afternoon and received a return phone call in less than an hour. Mike from Rush Appliance Serivce said that he could fix the stove the next morning. Now how oftern do you get than kind of response from repairmen? I told him what the problem was with my stove and he showed up on time with the part and fixed the stove in one visit. If you are like me and have spent five minutes on the phone explaining your service problem with a repairman only to have him show up without any parts and tell you he will be back in a week, then maybe you should call Rush Appliance Service and give Mike a try.

    Called in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in after 11. Arrived in a timely fashion. He did not introduce himself when I opened the door only that he was here to fix a refrigerator. He seemed put out by the repair in my opinion. He proceeded to fix the problem and seemed put out that I didn't have a big enough bowl to catch the ice he had to chip away from the bottom. After he completed and explained to me what happened he seemed as he was talking down to me as he explained why it was leaking. I am pleased that he corrected the problem though. I thought the price was high for 20 min of work.
