AA Home ServiceHe was very friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts had to be ordered so it was a week waiting for them to come in. Since we live in an area outside the normal work area for him, it required extra travel time for him to schedule the repairs. I appreciated him taking the time to make the two trips in order to make the repairs. I would certainly recommend his service for anyone.- Barbara M.

ADrains Appliance ServiceMr. Drain answered his own phone when I called desperate for a freezer repair. We have a 8 year old Samsung with freezer on the bottom which had stopped working pretty much ruining everything inside. He Said he had several calls already scheduled , but thought he could be there the next day. He was busy ... a good thing I thought immediately ..... good enough at what he does to not be sitting around hoping for a phone call. He arrived the next morning just like he said he would and went right to work. He seemed to know exactly what was wrong before ever getting into the freezer itself. He not only had it working properly again within the hour, but he also cleaned and tweaked the pull out drawer which had never been properly installed (8 years ago). It was almost like we had a new freezer when he was finished. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with refrigerator or freezer repair needs.- Tony B.

ADrains Appliance ServiceHad another company look at the refrigerator and they told me the compressor was going bad and it wasn't worth fixing. That it had a freon leak and to throw it away but they took my money for the service call. I didn't feel what they said was right and I called Bob Drain. He knew right away what was wrong and fixed it . He had to let some freon out cause there was too much and he replaced the defrost thermostat . I trust him to know what he is doing and not trying to scam people for the service call like the other guy did.- Helen D.

Parts were not available locally; however, Mr. Drain had the parts delivered the next and finished the repair that same afternoon. Both Mr. Drain and his wife were extremely nice and really know their business. Can't say enough about the fantastic service. Calling Drain Appliance Service is like going back at least 30 years - back to a time when folks looked out for others and went the extra mile for their customers. Both Mr. and Mrs. Drain were very professional. The level of service could not have been better and the price was extremely reasonable. I've had the same mechanic for over 20 years and I plan to be a long term customer of Drain's Appliance Repair!! Thanks Again!!!- Esther S.

AThe experience was really great. The technician was very clear with his instructions and was able to follow the repairs as I did them. The only issue was with the initial setup of the video chat. But otherwise an incredible experience that I will definitely be using again. saved a boat load of money and I learned something!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FAmerican Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R.

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
