    KC Services LLC
I would give KC Services 10 stars if I could and would recommend Keith to all my friends and family. Keith was thorough, neat, professional, and his charges were reasonable. Not only that, but Keith, who had not met me yet except by phone, remained on the phone with me when I felt unsafe with another plumber in the house. When the call was ended by the other plumber, Keith called back to make sure I was okay. Thankfully I was. And he has my unending gratitude.

    J D HUNTER PLUMBING CO
I would not in good conscience recommend JD Hunter Plumbing to anyone. We recently had a water heater replaced by Aaron and his partner on 11/28/2018. Their work was mediocre, and they requested full payment up front with the check written to Aaron, not the business. Eleven days after installing the water heater, we noticed that the pipe to the hot water side had been dripping onto the top of the water heater. I requested a list of plumbers in my area on Angie's list and JD Hunter Plumbing was one of the four. I made an appointment with a local plumber for the next day, 12/11/2018. I did receive a voicemail from Aaron but chose not to respond. On 12/11/2018 before the other plumber showed up, Aaron and his partner came to my house without an appointment. I told them I already had a plumbing service scheduled to take a look at the problem and Aaron said that his Home Advisor representative, Valerie, told him he had another job here. I told him no one had contacted me on his behalf and THEN he proceeded to tell me that the job had been subcontracted to him by the plumber with the appointment. In fact, Aaron stated "he [the other plumber] subcontracts with us all the time". Aaron then said he and his partner might as well "take a look" since they were already here. And I hesitantly let them in (big mistake!!!) to "take a look" at this problem while I called the other plumber to verify the subcontracting. The other plumber said he did not subcontract the job to JD Hunter Plumbing nor did he know them. So, they had lied to me. I asked the plumber to stay on the phone as I now felt unsafe with them in my house. I called to the basement and told Aaron and his partner to leave the house, that they had misrepresented themselves and the plumber didn't even know them. Aaron proceeded to say that he had already cut the pipe and I could hear water trickling then. It was at this time Aaron told me he could fix the problem for $150. I didn't know what to do then; if I made them leave right away, I was going to have water all over my basement. Aaron spoke to the plumber on my cell phone and agreed to only charge me $100. Feeling like I had no other choice, I agreed to let them finish the repair. Since Aaron disconnected the call with the plumber, I called a friend to stay on the phone with me while they made the repairs. Again, they asked me to make the check out to Aaron. When my husband came home from work, he inspected the repairs made by Aaron and his partner. There was a bigger leak now and within 3 hours we collected more than 2 cups of water. By the time the original plumber I had hired came on 12/13/2018, we had collected more than a half-gallon of water. The water heater needed to be repositioned, have wiring corrected, and the pipes hard plumbed with copper pipe instead of the snakebite tubing used by Aaron. In the end we paid double the original installation cost to have a water heater properly installed. On a whim after all was said and done, I searched the Better Business Bureau only to discover that JD Hunter Plumbing had a D+ rating with several of the complaints describing similar unethical business practices as I experienced. I feel compelled to share my experience as well so no one else has to go through the same mess.

We had galzinized piped that needed replaced. Called this company because it was local and close. He canceled twice, lost our number, and was over an hour late when he did come. He looked at the pipes, said he would give a quote by the weekend (3-4 days later). We never heard from him again! Waited two months to hear back and finally went with a different company who gave an estimate and completed the work on time and in less than a week from my first call to them.

    Sohan & Sons Waterproofing Co
If I could give these guys a higher grade than an A, I would. I had water coming into my finished basement every time that it rained, but could not find the source of the leak. I had multiple companies come out and give me quotes to fix my basement leak issues with their extremely expensive all-inclusive systems. Sohan & Sons was the only company who exibited critical thinking and problem solving skills to repair my problem. I ended up finding the crack in my foundation that was hidden behind some wood paneling, and Sohan & Sons came out and fixed it. I also had them install a sump pump in the basement floor because I felt that it was the right thing to do for my situation. I would recommend this company to anyone having basement water problems in the Dayton/Cincinnati area.

    Choice Comfort Services
Plumber arrived on time, cut-out and removed sections of old metal pipes that were visibly corroded or leaking, replaced metal pipes with PVC and added new hangers / braces to support the new pipes to old pipe couplings. Because some portions of the old metal pipes were left in place (no problems with these) some new PVC and old metal drain pipes were joined. All work was done in just a few hours with no mess or problems left behind. So far, absolutely no issues have surfaced with the work that was done or from the hybrid mix of old metal and new PVC pipes. The hybrid mix of pipes recommended by the plumber was a much more cost-effective solution rather than a full PVC replacement.

I have used this company two times - both times I had a great experience. Very professional and on time. Really helpful and had just about every part imaginable on the truck. Did a great job and cleaned up well after each job. Very happy with the work and will definitely use again.

Would definitely use them again. Rod was very helpful and guided us through the whole process and options for our existing low output well. Have had a few questions after we moved into our new home and is always very responsive via email or phone.

Korrect Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

We had some 80 year old cast iron that had begun to fail removed and replaced with PVC.  Korrect arrived on time and removed all of the old stuff from the basement to the second floor and had it all replaced the same day.  The two workers were very personable and definitely knew what they were doing.

Any messes made during the install were cleaned up and I was entirely satisfied with all work performed.

Korrect Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

Korrect replaced an old 40 gallon gas water heater with a new 50 gallon gas water heater.

They quickly drained and removed the old water heater and had the new one in and hooked up in no time.  No mess, no problems.  This is my second time using Korrect and I will definitely consider using them again!
