  The owner is Carey Flanary. We were scheduled to have our home cleaned Monday. Sunday night after 5 PM, they contacted us to tell us they needed to reschedule the appointment for Wednesday. We reluctantly said ok. I told the person we needed it as early as possible Wednesday. They said they would be there before 10 AM. On Wednesday, they arrived late (after 10 AM). The lady that came out spoke to me wife for a few minutes and said she needed some additional supplies before she got started. So, she leaves to get them. She never called back or came back the rest of the day. I tried calling the company?s phone number, but it just goes straight to voicemail. I also tried sending her a message on Facebook messenger (since that is where I first contacted her). She read the message (verified by Facebook) and chose to not respond. The never called back or contacted us in any way after they just left. This company has no idea what good communication or customer service is. So, if you or anyone is ever looking for a home cleaning company, DO NOT under any circumstances call or try to use this company!!

  Clean Right Professional Steam Carpet Cleaning

  I originally called to ask for an estimate. I'm not sure why they need to send someone out to do an in-home estimate on an area rug and on top of that you'll need to set aside a 3 hour window to wait on a tech to come out, look at it and give you an estimate. I'm not sure why the receptionists can't just tell you that they charge $3 a sq. ft. for area rugs. The original tech was nice enough (but showed up an HOUR before the appointment time even started and then waited outside until we returned home. I was not comfortable with that and it made me feel rushed.) The tech then made a big deal over their "state-of-the-art" rug cleaning machine that no one else in Dayton has. Obviously I had high hopes that my rug would be treated well and cleaned thoroughly. I call back in a few days and tell them I'd like to have it cleaned and once more have to wait for a pick-up with a 3 hour window. Same tech came out and picked it up, he came within the appointment time this time. He told me that it would take a full week to get it cleaned (7 days) because they like to send it through the machine, let it dry and then see if it needs to be washed again. I wait the full week and our drop-off time is scheduled for between 8am-11am (yes, another 3 hour window). We wait the ENTIRE time and no one shows up. I call the business and have to wait on hold for 15 minutes while the receptionist tracks down who did my pick-up, where my rug is, what's going on.........it was highly unorganized and she was annoyed with having to deal with my call. I find out that apparently one of the cleaning techs wanted to hit it with the steam cleaner and use a deodorizer on it. I appreciate it but I really need my rug back at this point and I have errands to run. They say they'll be out at 2pm that day, more waiting. The tech shows up and apologizes profusely for the delay and is obviously stressed out. He mentions that the guys who do the pick ups for area rugs just toss the rugs by the rug cleaning machine and don't label them or tell the tech whose rug is whose (REALLY???? I also saw this happened to another customer who had her delivery cancelled and then her rug almost delivered to another house!) The tech had to search through the rugs to find mine. I'm not sure if it was truly run through the machine at all and if it was why would you need to run a steamer over it and then deodorize it the same day as it's supposed to be delivered back to the customer? Our rug wasn't that dirty to begin with but it certainly doesn't feel any cleaner. It looks a little bit brighter but that's all I can say and is still pretty matted in some spots not to mention it feels sticky in spots from the deodorizer they sprayed on at the last minute. I was delivered a damp, and in some spots very wet, 8 x 10 area rug (another reviewer mentioned this same complaint about a wet area rug) and am hoping it does not damage our original wood floors. You would think that having my rug for 7 days would be enough time to really get the job done right and have it dried almost entirely, not to mention waiting for hours and hours for people to show up. Honestly, for the price I paid to have my rug cleaned it would've been alot easier and way less of a hassle to go out and buy a new rug.

  Master Craft Carpet Cleaning

  This is the third year I have used Master Craft Carpet Cleaning.  I have  been very pleased with their work.  They are very punctual, professional and friendly. I asked for the same young couple that I have had the past two years because they work well together.  Their names are Marc and Misty.  Each one knows what the other is doing.  My carpet is old and I am always surprised at how nice it looks when it dries.  They always use protective papers or wooden blocks underneath furniture legs. .They will also give any discounts that they may have available at that time.  I would highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning service.

  Dryer Vent Wizard of Dayton Ohio

  They came promptly and cleaned our dryer vent, which was clogged from
  the second floor laundry room to the roof. There was a screen on the
  roof vent that is up to code, but also collects lint, which gets wet,
  causing the lint to collect from there all the way back to the dryer.
  They charged extra to climb the ladder to the roof and removed the
  screen. However, we will only need the vent cleaned out now about every 3
  years instead of yearly. I would work with this company again.

  Dryer Vent Wizard of Dayton Ohio

  My previous dryer vent put in by the builder had so many 90 degrees turns that it had clogged up. Dryer Vent Wizard came out and restructured the piping and took out 9 feet of unnecessary piping. He also put in an animal proof door on the exterior vent.

  There were no problems with scheduling and he arrived on time to appointment. I was disappointed in the price of the service. It ended up costing three times more than expected. The duct work was too long for the equipment he had and he ended up having to reroute the duct work and that is why is ended up costing so much. The final cost ended up being $350 altogether. He completed the work in less than three hours. He did do a professional and good job.

  NO PROBLEM MAKING AN APPT. THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME.  THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY......A YOUNG MAN AND A YOUNG GIRL.  THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE SPECIAL ATTENTION TO A FEW SPOTS I PREVIOUSLY POINTED OUT TO THEM.  I HAD MOVED ALL SMALL MOVABLE PIECES OF FURNITURE.....LARGE ITEMS WERE NOT MOVED.  THEY MOVED 3 COFFEE TABLES AND PUT THINGS UNDER THE LEGS SO IT WOULDN'T FADE ON THE CARPET.   I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THE TWO OF THEM CONVERSED WITH EACH OTHER ABOUT WHAT AREAS THEY HAD DONE AND HOW TO APPROACH THE NEXT ROOM, ETC.......THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING.  THEY WERE DONE IN ABOUT AN HOUR.....CARPET DRIED COMPLETELY BY THE NEXT MORNING.   I BELIEVE THE GUARANTEE WAS FOR 7 DAYS......NOT NECESSARY BECAUSE MY CARPETS CAME BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN.  ALL SPOTS AND STAINS CAME UP AND DIDN'T RE-APPEAR.
  AN EXCELLENT COMPANY........I HAVE BEEN A HOMEMAKER FOR ALMOST 55 YEARS AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.  THEIR PRICE MAY HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HIGHER THAN WHAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY PAID, BUT COSTS OF EVERYTHING HAS GONE UP........MONEY WELL SPENT!!!!!!!

  The service was excellent.  They showed up on time, were very courteous and thorough.  They moved the stains, some of which were rather stubbon, and provided excellent after cleaning care instructions.  A very good company, and very professional.
