    Elite Garage Door Systems
I called to get a FREE estimate on my garage door because of a high pitch squeak and the door would not close all the way. Emanuel came and started working on the door immediately, which surprised me because I thought he was going to tell me what the issue was and give me an estimate. I had to cancel another appointment I had scheduled since he fixed the door by reprograming the garage door opener. I asked about the squeak and he said he didn't have any lubricant in his truck and told me to go to Home Depot and buy a can and take care of the problem myself, even though I had told him over the phone when I made the appointment that I wanted it looked at. I did not get an invoice from him because he said he did not have service and he would send it to me but I still haven't received it from him.

It went very well. The service person was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he didn't do anymore work than was necessary. it turns out all I needed was to have the ball joints lubricated. My garage door runs like a well-oiled machine now.

The technician Brad Pierce as polite and personable. I did need to replace the opener ; but that was no surprise as it was about 25 years old. Brad even took the time to help this senior citizen with two minor non electronic door problems. I would highly recommend All Around Door and Gate . Especially if this technician is representative of their entire staff. He also put in the light bulbs for me..I don't fare well on ladders.

Excellent service. Technician was on time, checked the door, springs and opener. He showed me the products and gave me good information. He confirmed my thoughts about the lift springs and the opener. He went to work and completed the job in just over 2 1/2 hours. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Bill Adamini explained step by step what he was about to do and did not mind that I watched him work. Great customer service experience. Wish they all went this well.

My garage door would occasionally only go down about half way then go back up. Thought maybe it was the old metal rollers. First thing they did was adjust the tension by turning a little knob on the back of the opener. In retrospect this is probably all I needed but I'd already paid for the roller replacement so they went ahead and replaced them with silicone rollers. They are definitely quieter than the metal ones. Only problem is they are also smaller. Door doesn't always come down even now and I accidentally pulled a roller out of the track trying to adjust the door. If the door is crooked now I let the opener bring it up and back down until it's even.

I contacted Precision to come out and replace both springs. Their website states "this is why we can put Lifetime Guarantee on our springs for as long as you live in your home!" [*** Link removed ***] When the installer came out, and I asked about the guarantee, he stated that this is only available if they replace every other piece of hardware on the door (for a total cost of $1,190). Their website needs to be updated immediately to indicate this very important detail. Otherwise, it is a bait-and-switch practice. The installer talked to his boss, and they said they would offer me a lifetime guarantee on the spring for the $395 cost. I asked for that in writing, and he could not give it to me. I ended up sending the installer away without completing the work due to this. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Precision to others due to this. I think they need to clarify this on their website so that the information is not deceiving to the client. I ended up having the work done by another company for $235 (for both springs and all labor costs). No lifetime warranty, but I did not expect that for that cost.

1st impression with the office staff was excellent, an email followed up by a phone call to schedule. Very professional and on point! My tech was early, very personable and knowlegeable. He made sure I understood what the deal entailed and I'm happy with the service provided. He recommended a re-build and gave me some tips on what to expect if/when the door will fail. I opted to wait until the failure and the tech didn't make me feel like a low-life for going that route. :)

Will called before he arrived, and was even earlier than our scheduled appointment. He took the time to explain everything to me, and reviewed the door and mechanisms in-depth before providing three separate estimates. He was quick, thorough, and professional - and I would definitely call on Precision again.

The service was alright. I was satisfied with it. He did something else and we paid a couple hundred extra and the thing doesn’t work as it should.  I really wish my garage door would work. I would tell a friend to find somebody else.

    TRI COUNTY DOOR SERVICES INC
Having bought this house with a screw drive opener & having no manual, left me little choice but to have someone else fix it.
I could not find it online.
Tri-county came to my home at 11am. So that is within the 9am-12pm range.
Figuring & correcting the problem took the repairman about 2 minutes. He then mounted & connected the button near the man-door & reprogrammed the keypad. Also bought a remote. Lastly he lubricated the door, spring & rails.
The job took around 45 minutes.
Being on Angie's List saved me $20.
One small issue was that there may have been too much oil used as it puddled at the bottom of the rails later.
