Work started at approx. time Chet quoted. Sidewalk slabs were removed, forms were set & inspected. Cement was poured. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, even put back grass. Alot of attention to detail. Could not have asked for a better job.

Jerry and his crew do a great job. He is in high demand so patience is needed with scheduling job, but he does his best with giving an estimated start date. He has always answered or returned my phone calls. Highly recommend.

The crew was prompt & courteous. They explained everything they were going to do, made sure I was happy with everything before they finished, and cleaned the entire drive so you couldn't even tell they'd been here. I would certainly use them again.

I normally get 3 estimates on any work I'm going to have performed.  This was the first estimate I received to replace a garage floor & something just did not seem right.  The salesman was very prompt, arriving on time.  Their price ended up being the highest of 4 estimates that I received.  That in itself does not warrant a poor rating but I felt I was being high pressured for a sale, being told that the pricing is only good for a short amount of time and that concrete is expected to rise 10%.   Other contractors were eager to get the work but I did not get any high pressure or predictions of price increased from them.
Also, my quote was a dollar amount written on the back of a business card.  I know time is money to these guys but I am not fond of getting a quote in this manner.  I appreciate getting a quote in writing detailing the work to be performed along with terms, etc. to avoid misunderstandings.
I received about 4 follow up call in the next several weeks before I had enough time to get my other estimates.

There were some issues. They were not able to complete the job initially and had to come back and continue working on the wall. They poured concrete and actually had to take it back out. The worker that was working the concrete was upset about having to remove the concrete once it was poured. The forman was not easy to work with. They eventually got the work done correctly and I have not had any leaks or problems since. The job took a week longer than needed when it should have been completed within a day or two. The work was done fine in the end, but I was not satisfied working with the company. I received no kind of compensation regarding the time the job took.

    - Over all took about 1 week for all steps with exception of final inspection by city.
They were great to work with answered all my questions and because they were so up on their knowledge of changes in garage building laws they saved me more than $2500 in concrete costs from other quotes.

Mardan Cement did a great job in pouring my new driveway.  When called for the estimate, he responded promptly and gave me the estimate on that same day.  They completed the job in the two days as promised, arriving early with a five man crew each day.  The hand finish looks great.  They also replaced and cleaned drain pipes connected to the driveway so all run cleanly now.  Work area was cleaned carefully each day.  Dan returned early on a Sunday morning to apply second coat of sealant.
I considered the price reasonable and in line with other estimates.

When I called I was referred to a gentleman named Silvio who does small jobs for the company.  That's what I was told.  When I spoke to Silvio about extending my driveway over into a patio area in my backyard, he said he had a job in my area at 7pm and would stop by my home to give me an estimate before or after his appointment.  He asked me to give him a call on the same day at 5;30pm to see what time he'd actually stop by.  I called, left a message and he never called back.  Never showed up either.  Guess my job was too small and not important enough.  I was disappointed because I expected great service like the reviews I read.  Not the case.  I'll find another service.

    Integrity Contracting Inc
I called Integrity and spoke to Joe.  Joe called back in a couple days with an estimate and timeframe.  Joe completed the job for the estimated cost within the timeframe.  The job was cleaned up and able to use immediately just as promised.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor.  He did what he said he would.  He was very polite and nice.  He went above and beyond as far as I was concerned.  The tree had actually grown over the concrete in a place and damaged it.  He came back and replaced the concrete at no extra charge and did a wonderful job all around.

They worked too quick. I had concrete in my basement and they tore it up. They redid the cement. They got cement film on everything. He took me to the side of the house and where he dug up the trench, he had pulled out the dryer vent and it was cracked. There was also debris everywhere. They cracked the ceiling tile. He blamed it on the electrician, who they recommended. I can't find a tile to replace the cracked one, so I have a missing tile. It was all around a bad experience.
