    They do a tire rotation, oil change, fluid inspection, etc. if need be. They are wonderful. They take good care of you. There is a little lounge you can sit and have coffee. The people there are great too.

    For car services I used NTB. The service has been good. They have good customer care and I think that is what keeps me going. They know my car and pretty much they know me so I just like their service.

    Fast forward to late Nov 2014.  Decided to have remote installed in 2010 Toyota Corolla.  Called for appointment.  Day of appointment was called by office 40 min prior to when Tim should have come to say he was running 5 hours late and could I reschedule.  I rescheduled for 10 am next day.    Next day at 10:30 am still waiting and no call.  I called provider and asked if Tim was still coming.  I was told by woman on phone that she would check and call me back.  She never called me back!.  At 1 pm I called and left a message--no one picked up phone--and cancelled the appointment.  
    Very hard to understand the woman on the phone, who I suspect is Tim's wife.  Phone on her end wasn't really working; she was sort of mumbling and didn't seem interested in what she was doing.  Loved the work Tim did;  he just needs a professional to run the front office for him.  Because of the poorly run front office--the gate keeper to getting any work done--I would not recommend this company for care security, remote starters, detailing, and other assorted car work that they do.

    Condenser was found to be leaking. I was advised  the condenser needed to be replaced. 
     I agreed and i was told it was replaced and new Freon put in. Upon getting the car home i noticed the cap that covers the Freon inlet was loose and just spinning around. I called the next day and told them they must have put the wrong cap,  They found me my correct cap , but it was a trip the next day to get it.  The air conditioning worked , for about two weeks and on the hottest day it was blowing warm air. The following Monday i took the car back , they said they would check it, said o ring was leaking and re filled with Freon.  3 weeks later, again the air conditioning was blowing warm air when I needed it, I took it back again , and once again they said the o ring was leaking again and replaced it one more time, this time adding leak detector.  Well here it is about 8 weeks later and once again the conditioning is blowing hot air. I called and told them this would be the forth time, however the wife has a heavy work schedule and I cant get the car in again. At this time i am seeking a refund, since they cant seem to fix my problem.
    For $680 bucks I could of purchased lifetime supply of Freon and just keep filling it my self. When the weather was hot, the air conditioning did not work. Big waste of my time and money.

    They are good. I like the convenience of them taking me in right away and a reasonable price. They get things done in a timely manner. Their prices are fair. I have not have been messing things up. The things that I have taken there have been repaired correctly. I will use them again as soon as the warranty on my car runs out.

    We arrived at the shop a little early for our appointment, but they took us in right away. We were out in less than an hour. The on-line estimate given at the time we made the appointment was dead-on.

    arIt went well. They do good work but the prices seemed a little high. Some of it was my fault as I let things go but now I will definitely get things done on a timely basis as I need this car to last.

    Making the appointment with Duane and Karl was easy, as well as picking up keys and paying for the service. The repair documentation is detailed and easy to understand. I began bringing my car to Boulevard Garage because it was convenient, but I have continued to bring all of the family cars because of the quick service and honest, straightforward explanations of car troubles. Using computer-based record keeping, they have also advised me of upcoming repair and replacement, especially when the maintenance would be more costly. The mechanics serve and are respectful to people of all ages and auto experience; myself, my teenaged and young adult children, and more mature drivers. The price is right, too. I highly recommend Boulevard Garage.

    I couldn't afford the car that I really wanted, so I've purchased a Kia Soul and I have it on a 3-year lease. However, I will not keep it because it drives terrible. I did take it there for maintenance because I thought that it was the gas that I was putting in the car, but come to find out that's just how a Kia runs. However, the sales experience was wonderful. They didn't try to high pressure me to buy it and he explained everything to me about the price, the leasing, and the warranty. He told me everything about the company and that they stand by their products.

    They tried to sell me a whole bunch of other stuff when I specifically asked them to figure out why the check engine light was on and when they called me with the estimate they did not mention the check engine light at all.? They should have addressed the problem that I originally brought the car in for rather than sell me all the other things which I may definitely do but that was not what I was looking for at that time.? I just wanted them to address the problem and they did not do it.? They are quite pricey compared to some other repair places.? Once they fixed some little thing on the car but I had to take it back because it turned out that it was not fixed correctly.? All these things were adding up.? They do fair to good service but they are quite expensive and if the customer looked around they might be able to get the same or better service for a better price.
