The process went great (easy, quick & pain free) and the results were awesome. I immediately had 20-20 (or better) in my corrected eye and could function without any glasses (near or distance). Over the next few weeks after the procedure, my eyesight improved even more as my eyes learned to work together.

Everyone was polite and quite prompt. I expected the appointment to last twice as long as it did. No one rushed me or felt rushed, they were just incredibly organized and running ahead of schedule. I was very impressed. I have not yet purchased glasses at this location, however.

He was fabulous. He was very professional and very caring, and explained it all in detail. He went through everything. I can still see really well. I don’t remember having any difficulties with appointments, and I always got into his office. The staff was very friendly.

    Huelsman, Dr Keith A.
Dr. Huelsman is a good doctor. The staff is great. They are very accommodating. The office and parking is convenient for me. It's easy to get to. I don't have to wait very long for an appointment. There isn't a long wait in the waiting room.

I have been visiting them from the last 20 years. I visit them every year and they have been fine. My overall experience with them has been good.

He relates to people very well. He answered all of my questions. He often gets new equipment. He has all the state-of-the-art equipment so that he can do the diagnosis most effectively and efficiently. He understands the eye very well and the effects of the eye and many various diseases. As I get older, he can explain very meticulously the reasons why the eye degrades and the parts that degrade and whether there is anything that we can do about it medically or optically to correct the problems. He is very efficient in his analysis. Some things are considered more age degenerate as opposed to disease degenerate. He is able to analyze those factors very proficiently. His prescriptions are very good, and his price is reasonable. He is very personable, and he is very good with my wife in working with her. He is the best one out there so far that we have found. He is there when you need him. My wife, kids, and grandchildren see him also. The office environment is very pleasant.

They are wonderful and I highly recommend them.  They were wonderful.  They annually go abroad to several countries as doctors are in need and perform eye surgery on very poor people for free.  They are just outstanding people and outstanding at what they do.  In California I've had previous surgery on my eyes and when I had these cataracts I took a fall so there was trauma.  Stahl Vision gave me almost perfect vision.  It was a lot worse than just cataract and Dr. Knowles pulled through for me completely hundred percent.  They run the most efficient office and all of their people are very professional.  Dr. Knowles had been the head eye surgeon.  They are just unbelievably good.  I cannot recommend them more highly.  I even passed my driver's test without glasses.  I'm incredibly lucky that they did the operations for me.

    Moyer, Dr. Paul D.
I had a follow up visit with Doctor Moyer a few months ago and my experience there was very nice. Everything overall was a A for sure. I liked the follow up and the surgery was very routine and made me feel comfortable.

I am very satisfied with the service. This guy is great. You get your vision back within 24 hours. I had my appointment at the very end of the day. So after the surgery and some medication, I could go to sleep. It?s best to do that because your eyelid holds that skin flap in place, giving it a better chance to set. Whereas if you go in the morning you?re going to want to be up and around doing stuff and you?re going to be blinking, giving it the opportunity to shift a little bit. It was not painless, but the pain you felt was psychological. Your eye doesn?t have any nerves so it only detects pressure. Your mind is what tells you you?re in pain, so they give you medication for your nerves prior to the surgery. The first eye I felt pressure, and that was weird. The second eye I kept thinking I felt pain. I asked afterward why I was thinking it hurt worst on the second eye and they said it?s your body?s natural defense mechanism. If one eye is injured your brain sends a signal to protect the other eye. You will take antibiotic drops for a week after the surgery. They kind of burn the first couple days because you have an incision on your eye. When you?re putting in those drops you?re making sure that area is bacteria free. It?s kind of like putting rubbing alcohol on a cut, it burns for a couple seconds then it goes away. It?s been about four years now since the surgery and I still haven?t had any problems with it. I get out of bed and can see the alarm clock. The only thing I?m getting a little problem with is that I?m beginning to have an issue reading. They did say that I might need reading glasses in the future. I liked this office because I had the same doctor and nurse that assisted me throughout the whole procedure. I wasn?t switching staff and everything was constant. It was a really good experience. It was also worth the extra money since these are my eyes, and I only get two. I would definitely recommend this doctor to a friend.
