    I loved it! It was a diamond in the rough- there were quite a few tacky dresses for sale here. The girls who worked here were very nice and friendly. I would recommend this store to others. The prices were very reasonable.

    Andrea was very professional in helping me arrange and execute my daughter's wedding, including catering the entire meal (a clam bake), hors d'ourves, logistics, site setup, amenities (for bands, dancing, etc) and organization. They provided for all aspects of the event, from food to shelter to table settings and wait service. Their B&B is an idyllic setting on the coast of Lake Erie, one hour from Cleveland, OH and Erie, PA. The food was plentiful and perfectly prepared. She was always available to answer my questions, deal with arrangement issues, and provided all guests with ''the best wedding they ever attended''. I highly recommend them for an extraordinary wedding event. She was always gracious and helpful in planning this event. Their grounds are delightful and the rooms comfortable and well kept. A great place to relax and kick back!

    In my opinion, this is the only place to get married in the Cleveland metro area. Marty LaMalfa is the real deal. The food is excellent. The staff is top-notch. The services that they provide are unmatched. When we got engaged, we looked at many locations and LaMalfa was our dream venue. After meeting with Mr. LaMalfa, we were convinced that this is the best location for our wedding. As two very busy professionals, we wanted a venue that had the experience, expertise and staffing to make our dream a reality without the need for us to coordinate the entire event. Our experience was just what we wanted. The wedding reception was fantastic, the services unparallelled. We will recommend LaMalfa to anyone getting married for as long as we live. Excellent service.     They were fantastic.  They were by far one of the best services I've ever used.  I had a lovely wedding.  It was just amazing.  They did everything.  They organized it and arranged it.  They identified appropriate vendors, lowered costs, made everything better and took care of any snafus which occurred on the day of the wedding.  There were zero complaints.

    Lovely place for both wedding ceremony and reception. Even though it rained the event staff was able to move the ceremony indoors. The sun came out during the ceremony allowing us to utilize the golf course for pictures (lovely pictures!) Event staff very polite and courteous. Food very good. Wedding planner (Karen) very responsive and super nice! Made our day truly wonderful. Package price for reception (70 dollars per person)- included all food, bar, tip, set up (everything but cake which they cut and boxed for no extra charge). If you want something outside of package (ie, pastry trays) - very expensive. Very convenient and easy to plan a beautiful wedding!

    I had a terrible experience being in the wedding party that booked this limo service. The guests were majority inconvenienced when the shuttle was late for the pick up, causing the wedding to be delayed. At the end of the night there was even more inconvenience, (with the added bonus of a driver with a terrible attitude) when the driver refused to honor of last pick up at midnight. Not one of the guests that took the shuttle had any positive things to say about the driver or bus. When on the way home we asked to turn the interior lights on so we could see a little better and the driver made a rude comment and refused. I truly felt bad for the bride who got rudely interrupted during her wedding reception by request of the driver to one of the passengers who inquired about the last shuttle. If you are looking to Be A VIP , my advice is to stay away from this company. I have used limo services professionally many times and the driver makes all the difference. Anyone can drive a bus but to have the experience of a VIP the driver interaction is 99% of it. Though the pictures of this companies fleet may look impressive, what good is a great limo when the drivers ruins the night.

    Dede Duell D's Elegant Events
    I cannot even describe the disappointment with Metropolitan centre and Dede Duell of D's Elegant Events. We first met with Dede on January 16th, 2012. We gave her a deposit of $2000.00. We gave her an estimated guest list of 250. We had decided on tall vases with branches with little white lights and pink and white flower petals on the branches as well. Each vase was to have a navy blue fish (her suggestion) since Heathers' main color was navy. Crystals were also to hang. The vases were set on a lit pad to be covered by a pink sash. We also ordered small vases to be filled with fresh lime slices, again another dede suggestion. We loved it Tall vases -  no fish!! she told bride ,"oh I did not have time, I have been so busy" said she had 4 upstairs, One was placed in vase on the mother of bride and mother of grooms table floating upside down before dinner was served. No little white lights in branches, no sash to cover up lit base. Small vases -no limes at all. As our coordinator, she never made us aware that our rehearsal was not possible because another wedding was penciled in that night. We found out by accident one week beforehand by accident. Invitations had already gone out. She asked twice if we would consider not having a rehearsal, although this is part of her contract as our "wedding coordinator"She actually had a wedding upstairs she had to attend as their coordinator. She was double-booked and we lost out. In her contract, she states as coordinator, she says she will hang and display items the bride wants to bring in....the father of the bride and her brother did this work. I cannot even count the times Dede and ourselves set up meetings, only for her not to show up or when we did get ahold of her she said she forgot and reschedule. The cake Heather had was very plain, Dede was to provide a flower picked out by the bride to flower. Dede also assured the Bride steps would be provided to get to stage, Instead, they all had to walk through a dirty back room. I have contacted D's Elegant Events soooooo many times, because we had 200 guests not the 250 and she assured us in the end, if the amt. of guests fluctuated, adjustments of money would be made. She refuses any refund, won't answer calls or voicemails and on one occasion, told me she had her "priorities" A beautiful place for a wedding, D's Elegant Event is not the venue you want to work with. Not professional, and responsiveness and punctuality is in need of improvement. I have only touched on a few things, I could go one and on.

    Expedia Inc
    The 'Rewards' tab on the Expedia web site defines how points are earned at 3 points/$1. spent for packages that include a flight/hotel/car. My reward points did not increase after I added the car to my package. The Expedia agent informed me that points are time sensitive and are only earned at the time the package is originally booked, any other travel segments added do not change the points for the package. The time requirement to earn 'rewards points' the Expedia agent told me is NOT anywhere on the Expedia web site. The time requirement was not mentioned to me by the Expedia agent who originally booked my package. Expedia promotes the Rewards Points as a reward for booking multiple travel segments through them. The rewards are valuable for future travel. Expedia is DECEPTIVE to not publish on their web site or explain by an agent who books your trip that this value only occurs if all travel segments are booked at the same time. I sent an email via the 'itinerary assistance email form'. The response I received did not answer my question but only restated the time requirement which is not in print. I emailed a reply to that but did not receive an answer. I called Expedia to speak to Customer service as they promise a response within 24 hours and it had been 5 days. Customer service said they would resubmit my question to their corporate level. I have not heard a response in a week. I canceled my car reservation with them and I called to cancel the hotel portion of my trip which an agent told me I could do since I had not paid in full yet. After I confirmed the same hotel directly I called back Expedia to cancel my hotel and was told it would cancel my entire package. Expedia is Deceptive and Disorganized. It appears they change their policy on a whim and their web site is NOT accurate.
