    A Mindful Approach
I used the services of A Mindful Approach twice in the past two weeks for navigating personal conflict and distance healing work. I find Dr. Saltzberg to be a skilled practitioner in cognitive behavioral methods of stress reduction as well as Reiki distance healing and would use her services again. While I understood her client base to be children and teens, she explained to me her ability to treat adults as a Mindfulness Practitioner. As a Physician, I am delighted to know such services are available to youngsters. Pre-teens and teens today are experiencing a tremendous amount of stress in their lives. They need clear, calm minds to navigate the pressure and to my knowledge, have very few resources to turn to.

We have been going to Dr. Senders practice for almost 5 years now. They have a wealth of resources available. We have participated in their breast feeding medicine services, attended parenting classes and private counciling. They are a great team.

    Griffin, Dr. Charles S
One thing I like about him is that he's got 24-hour service 7 days a week. If you need to call him, he's available. They're always on call. He's wonderful and kind. Also, he's a calm person who is able to explain things as needed. He's got wonderful manners with kids, and he's just extremely knowledgeable individual. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody. I would use him again in the future if needed.

    Woods, Dr. Natalie
Dr Woods is good with kids. She is easy to talk to, both for me as a mom, and my kids seemed comfortable with her too. She didn't seem rushed. I was really pleased overall with Dr Woods. The nurses and receptionist at the Kaiser Cleveland Heights are very good, too.

They have parent education classes, and they also do research. They have great hours, and we can always get an appointment. Their bedside manner is excellent; they are very patient. Their communication is very good. They always explain everything and answer questions.

    Woods, Dr. Natalie
I took my 10-year old son in for an annual check-up. Dr. Woods is new, and we had never seen her before. She has a good way with children. She was very thorough but gentle in her examination of my son. She talked to us about all the usual things that a pediatrician talks about during check-ups, like safety, diet, and exercise. She talked to me about managing his asthma and filled out the medication forms we needed for his camp. Dr. Woods seems like a good doctor, but she is new. I asked my son later what he thought, and he said he missed his old doctor (who moved on to another practice) and that Dr. Wood was just OK. That's typical for a 10 year old boy to say.

They are just the best and I can't say enough about them.  We have used them for twenty years now.  We had some personal changes because the doctor that we used originally at least for my older son has subsequently retired.  The new staff is great.  They are so pleasant to deal with.  It is so non sterile as far as being in a clinical type environment.  They are very friendly and very inviting.  The trends related to medical needs are updated for schools.  Yesterday we got a postcard saying that it is flu vaccine season and parents of the kids who are their patients can go there and get a flu vaccine.  It's really nice to have them.  The office staff is just as nice as the profession.  They are just great.  I visited them two weeks ago.  They are knowledgeable and friendly.  They make the kids very comfortable.  They are willing to take time to answer your questions or explain a procedure or even make a recommendation.  I've never been to another pediatrician facility.  Their availability is fantastic.  The office is very clean and very welcoming.  They have a nice feeding area for the parents as well as the kids.  They have got an aquarium in there.  There are little toy collections displayed on the wall and it's huge.  It's just really a nice place.  It is not intimidating at all.  I know sometimes going to doctor for children can be very intimidating and scary.  I've not waited for more than ten minutes for twenty years.  The staff friendliness is superior.  Their bedside manner is wonderful.  Their communication is excellent and very professional.  They explain everything that needs to be done.  If it is procedural type situation or as far as your kids are in a different phase of life like my youngest is transitioning from sixth grade into the junior high world.  He might want to consider or he might be experiencing it because this is an age where there is collection group together more than just everybody included in an elementary level.  They are very helpful.  Even with the interlocks of the new doctors is that some of the older doctors who have retired.  The new staff is being very well.  They are good, friendly, warm and caring as the original Suburban pediatrics there.  It is hard to find good people today.  I think people are little more careful of the services of their health care providers particularly when it comes to your children because you want only the best for your children.  Especially when it comes to their care and well being, you can't be expert in pediatric.  If someone is prepared to start their family planning, I would highly recommend them and that's how I found them.  Someone had recommended them to me when I was pregnant with my first child.  That was the best recommendation I've ever had.

Both Dr. Lavin and Dr. Herpzer are extremely thorough. They are very good at dealing with parents as well as kids. My children have been going to them for 3 or 4 years now. The front desk staff just seems a little impatient when they answer the phones but it does not reflect the rest of the practice.

They are an excellent team. We've used them for 20 years and they are outstanding. They are very good and I can't say enough about them. They are very comfortable and make the kids feel really comfortable. It is not an institutional office. There is a lot of color and it makes the kids feel comfortable instead of being like I have to go to the doctor. My oldest is in college and he still goes there.

I would say that the staff very obviously really likes children and they're very good at making children comfortable. I would say that the doctors involved in the practice do a beautiful job of operating the practice in a unified fashion.
