Scott did a great job on the repairs. I called him Friday and he was out on Monday. I had given him the model #s so he had all the parts required. He called on Sunday to confirm that he would be there on Monday and the approx. time. He fixed everything and tested it to make sure. He is very clean and neat. Cleaned/vacuumed the excess lint out the inside of the dryer while he had it all apart. Wonderful and will use him again for any appliance repairs. Very responsive, very neat and successful repair.

Excellent. the electric oven was not getting hot enough and it was taking extra time to bake. I didn't understand that you could manually adjust the temperature settings on an electric stove since i had always cooked on a gas stove. Joe showed me how to do this and so far the oven is performing as expected.

Our dryer stopped working on July the 3rd, we called right away. They could not come the same day ( that we did not expect) but called during independence day to confirm for the next day. Mr Wolf arrived on time and fixed the dryer quickly. He was very nice and took the time to explain the origin of the problem. We are very satisfied.

Scott was awesome. He arrived on time and within less than 30 second he was able to figure the problem with the dishwasher and it was a quick fix. He only charged me the minimal service charge. He made sure the floor is clean after he was done. I asked him a question about the water dispenser in the fridge not working, he politely told me that he doesn't fix fridges, but he guided me through different reasons for the that and he actually went down to the basement checking the water supply to the fridge and we were able to fix it. Great service and price. Will definitely hire again.

On 3/12/18, they came out, gave an estimate, ordered a part. I paid for the diagnostic service, which was $70. On 3/14, they called to say the part was in, but I was not available for the return visit to my house on that same afternoon. On the agreed upon day (3/19), they called to confirm I would be home, then called back a few hours later to say that they had just opened the box and the part was broken and they would have to order a new part and would be cancelling the call. I decided not to use them further and to purchase a new appliance instead. Based on my experience, I would recommend that unless you are a stay-at-home individual with unlimited time for service calls, they would not be the service to choose.

    All Service Solutions
A couple of weeks ago my refrigerator forgot its job. It was 40 degrees in both compartments. Possibilities thermostat, compressor, something else? A call for service to all the regularly mentioned places in Nextdoor resulted in three call backs Ted and two service companies, who could come in a day or two. Ted asked for the model and symptoms. From his questioning he diagnosed the problem over the phone. And he squeezed me into his schedule and made the repair the same day. And he charged less for a service call than the big guys as well as for the same part that had failed years earlier. Call Ted Cirillo 216-233-5356. He is All Service Solutions, Inc. Good service/pricing should be shared. Great service and pricing should be SHOUTED. Thanks Ted. I hope we will keep you busy. Because I was so impressed, I also posted this review on local social media

Took two months of trying different parts and could not repair it in the end. Not their fault as the part needed was not available (on a range that was 15 months oldbut thats another story). Biggest negative was never being able to get anyone on the phone and often did not get a call back after leaving a message. In this frustrating of a situation please keep your customer informed. As this was warranty work I cant comment on costs or value.

    Marty's Appliance Services & Sales
We called Marty on Monday afternoon and he got back to,us later that day and came over on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, he took one look at the washer and the motor and drum and said it would cost $800 dollars for parts. The water had leaked all over the motor and it was a total loss. He suggested what brand to buy for our needs and was extremely helpful.

Today, Mike serviced and repaired everything in record time. Mike was prompt (arrived within the forecasted time window), professional and quick! He repaired the door hinges, replaced a failed electric switch (the reason the dryer kept running, even with an open door,) got the interior light working, and re-connected the vent hose at the back of the dryer, which had become loose when I replaced the interior bulb. The price could have been a little lower, but it was well worth it to avoid having to purchase a new dryer. Both Mike and the administrator/receptionist who made my appointment were courteous and helpful. I'll definitely use their services again, if needed.

Excellent, Matt and Steven were both courteous and professional; prompt and pleasant to work with. When the washer wouldn't remain level in the new house, Matt continued to work the problem until it was solved. When i didn't have the correct shipping bolts prior to the move, Steven able to locate a set that i could pick up locally without having to wait an extra day or two and make separate moving arrangements.
