DESCRIPTION OF WORK
One of there salesmen came to my house wanting to check for wind and hail damage. Go ahead i told him he said he found some damage and he would call my ins. co. and file a damage report i said ok. Ins co. sent a claims adjuster out to look at the roof with the BURSON salesmen. Adjuster also found hail damage and agreed i needed new roof on house,garage and storage barn. And he would file the paperwork to get the work started. BURSON salesmen said if i gave them (BURSON ROOFING) the work there would be know out of pocket expense to me. So they came and roof the house,garage and barn. When i got home that night it was to dark to see there work. But the next day i seen that they put up brown trim instead of the white. So when the salesmen came for the second check i told him about it and he said that he would report it. And someone would be out to do the job right.So about a year and half went by and they send me a letter saying i still owed them 1800.00 $ and if i didn't pay  they were going to take me to court. So i called and talk to someone and explain what the salesmen had told me but they had know longer had him employed.Like i didn't know that was coming. I told them that there so called roofers put up brown trim instead of white. They would send some one out when the weather breaks. They come out and put white half the house,garage and barn so now i have brown and white trim this is just a laim operation i hope know body else get suckered in to this COMPANY
