AMVM Ft. Wayne LLCDevon, Nick and Marvin were very polite, very professional. They wrapped the piano in moving blankets to make sure there was no damage done to it, the put blankets on the door frames to avoid damaging the frames as they went in and out of both houses. They made it look easy to move the piano, they had all the necessary equipment and ramps and it went great. I would use MVM again for anything heavy I need moved.- Shelly B.

AMoving Ahead Services LLCThe three-gentlemen team I had from Moving Ahead Services were exactly that: gentlemen and a team. They were pleasant, polite, and very efficient. They were on time and were done with the job before I knew it. They clearly had worked together before, and they made the process seem so quick and easy. I had a fair amount of fragile items and had no damage. They even put together my king size Amish-made bed frame with drawers for me, which I had not expected nor asked them to do. The moving process is a stressful one for most of us nowadays, and mine was of no exception. So being able to sleep in my own bed that night absolutely made my day. AI was very pleased with the gentleman that helped with my move. They were timely and very professional. I had two men moving my items from a UHaul storage facility to a 3 story duplex. They made sure to not cause any damage and put items back together with care. I have moved a lot over the past several years and I will say this company is on my top 2. The back office was excellent as well. I was contacted via an inquiry and was quoted a fair price and felt no pressure in any way to make a decision on the spot. Each time I had a question it was answered promptly. This seems like a company of really honest hard working individuals.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

BRevised Review I did not receive a response to my request for quotation. I so stated in my review on Angie's List and I rated the company F for failure to respond. Subsequent to that review being posted on Angie's List, Nicole Hilton immediately contacted me to explain that a family member was in hospital with Covid 19 at the time of my inquiry. It was Christmastime. She explained that that is why there was no response to my inquiry. She explained that they are a small, family-owned business, the implication being that they do not have the resources of a larger company. I empathize, being the founder and owner of several small businesses in the past myself. I also understand the burdens of attending to business, even under duress. I am writing now to delete the F rating and change it to a B. That rating gives Nicole the benefit of the doubt that, considering I did not receive a response at the time, she would have contacted me to explain, after the crisis had passed, what had happened, even had I not posted the negative review. I hope her family member has fully recovered and I wish her and her business well going forward.
