    George Knotek
George was the only piano tuner to call me back after I submitted a request for services to more than 5 companies. He was punctual, focused, and incredibly educated on pianos and piano tuning. I learned a lot from him in the short time he was here, and would highly recommend him for any piano tuning/repair job. He did superb work, and is very professional!

    Notary One Mobile Signature Services
Amazing. I did not realize how many details needed to be checked. Even though I needed one page notarized, he read through the other 17 pages to insure there were no mistakes. Roger helped me through each one. Several mistakes he caught saved me a good amount of money. He also caught a mistake the title company made. He corrected that one, too and made certain the documents correctly executed. Had I hired a run-of-the-mill notary, they would have simply notarized the one page, and left it at that. I would have missed all the problems that Roger caught. Then he went far beyond what I expected by delivering the documents to FedEx so the title company would have them the next day. Thank you Roger for your excellent service. If you need an notary, go with a professional who knows his business.

    Noon Sharpening
After ten minutes, Mr. Noon had my knife sharp-as-new...and this knife is over 8 years old! He is very personable and professional, the prices are very reasonable and he seems to care deeply about his work and takes pride in the results. My sharpened knife was placed in a protective cardboard sheath, which he provided (which was fantastic, because otherwise it would have gone in my purse and, no doubt, cut something). I will ABSOLUTELY be using his services again and again!

    UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
The doctor is not an M.D. . She is mostly interested in setting up recurring appointments (bills) than listening or helping during the appointment.
UH's billing department delivers a lot of shocking surprises. First, they bill the wrong code, which made the insurance company decline the reimbursement. Second, when I called them to correct the code -- which they kindly agreed to, how nice -- there was never a follow-up about the correction for months. Third, when I was still waiting for the updated, surprise, the same bill came admonishing that they will send you to a collection agency. There is no transparency in the billing whatsoever.
    Overall:
Appointments/ Treatments :  Very unhelpful. Mostly interested in setting up recurring bills.
Billing: no transparency. Bill the wrong code. Never corrected it. Threatening to send to collection agency. Go figure.

    The Millennium Group
I contacted the company before purchasing the Angie's List Deal in November. I told them the job would be on December 10. I provided them an E-mail which listed the exact date, time, location, names of all the participants, and company name of people to be observed. The person told me to hurry up and pay to get everything scheduled so I paid. After paying the person said they'd also need what types of cars everyone would be driving which I had no idea. They came back and said they couldn't go since I didn't tell them definitely whether they should go or not. I responded that I gave them all the details I had including date, time, & location, and paid as requested TWO WEEKS in advance how much more clear could I be that I wanted them to go?
But since they wouldn't go on the date we initially agreed to I gave them an alternate date (December 17), location, and time. I got an E-mail back saying they went for three hours but there were no pictures and no way to prove they actually went. They asked if there was another day they could go some other week. I told them no and haven't heard from them since.
I wish I had performed the job myself or hired a kid with a cell phone camera. I'm out $799 and missed an important opportunity because The Millenium Group botched two opportunities to perform the job requested.

    Noon Sharpening
Kevin Noon makes frequent stops at local Heinen's grocery stores. A typical day starts at 10 and works through 1 or until all work is completed. On this day, I dropped off my kitchen knives: 6"boning knife, (2) 8" serrated bread knives, 8" carving knife and an 7" clever. The work was completed inside of 45 minutes. Timeliness, convenience and pricing made this an excellent experience.

    CLEVELAND CLASSIC TV
Everything went as smooth as could be.  Craig seemed very nice and personable.  He called before he arrived because he was ahead of schedule, and arrived in a very timely manner.  He opened my TV, looked around and identified the potential problem areas immediately.  He had the parts that he needed with him, so he replaced the bad parts and my TV has worked ever since.  I would definitely use his services again in a heartbeat because he seemed knowledgeable in this area, and he seemed personable and respectful.  I got the sense that he was trying hard not to have me spend a lot of money on the repair, and I was appreciative of that.  Thanks again, Craig!

    Century Cycles Inc
I asked Century Cycles to disassemble, pack and ship my daughter's hybrid bike to California.  Both on the phone and in person, they apologized for the cost of this service.  It was $65 for the disassembly and packing, which I didn't think was too bad.  I was a bit shocked by the $160 for shipping via UPS (they checked FedEx, too).  We shipped the bike to a shop in Los Angeles for reassembly.  My daughter said everything worked out fine, so I am satisfied with the results.  It took Century Cycles about a week to get the bike processed and on a truck.  UPS took less than a week to get it to CA -- pretty good, I think.

Cleveland Clinic - Twinsburg Family Health & Surge
The doctor, part of Glick urology with the Cleveland Clinic, was bad. It was one office visit and they still haven't got the billing correct in ten months. They have collection agencies calling me and they keep sending me bills when I don't owe them. I call and tell them and they say, that's right, you don't owe it, but then they send me a bill and then a collection agency calls me.

    Berman Moving & Storage Inc
They were excellent to work with! It was a long process, but it went smoothly and they handled everything. I was pregnant, so anything I couldn't pack, they took care of. It was a great experience overall. I'd use them again!
