We were VERY SATISFIED with the Lograsso Team. Honest, reliable, dependable and cleaned as they worked. Definitely would HIGHLY recommend or would hire again. Already have had 2 of our friends also contracted with them.

Boyd Construction, Restoration & Hardwood Floors
Everything went great! In an era where its hard to find a reliable contractor, Boyd fit the bill hands down. Steve was responsive in setting up an appointment and keeping all of his commitments. Steve or Jen replied to all emails even in the evening and on weekends. Never made to feel like a bother to them. Price was very competitive. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The team arrived on the day committed and worked everyday until the job was done. They even went above and beyond in a couple of areas to make sure everything looked right. Couldnt ask for a better crew. They even noticed a piece of siding sticking out from the house and just fixed it. Wasnt their job. They easily deserve the A rating based on my experience. The crew looked to do things the right way and not just the quickest and easiest. A benefit to having an experienced crew who have been in the business for many years. Would happily use them again for any project!

    Done on Time Construction
Done on Time construction remodeled our master bath.  They provided excellent work, high quality and reasonable price.  Don worked with us on the design and were very accommodating with the changes that we requested.  I cannot be complimentary enough regarding their work and we have already scheduled them for an additional job.  Great young men doing quality work!

Boyd Construction, Restoration & Hardwood Floors
Steve came out and met with my wife and I twice. He listened to our ideas, made some great suggestions and turned around a quote and design very quickly. I was impressed that Boyd is an Angie's List Super Service Award winner-we got several other quotes, but the Super Service award gave us the extra confidence that this would be a quality project. His team was professional, punctual and very courteous to our family while working. Steve's wife Jen coordinates everything and does a great job. I told Steve, if this job went well, we were planning to remodel our master bath and then our kitchen. Can't wait to get those projects going! Highly recommend.

    Hook Home Maintenance

Attempted to contact provider a number of times by phone at number listed for company.   Each time, answering machine picked up, left message, requesting what I wanted done, left a number for him to call me back, and requested to set up an appointment for an estimate.  I believe I did eventually receive a few call backs, at times I was not home,   Was never able to  speak directly with who I would guess to be the owner. Finally gave up trying. Not sure if the small jobs were the reason why, but did see an ad in our local paper from this company stating that no job was too small.  That's why I tried to contact him to begin with.

    Kitchen Perfect

Called Kitchen Perfect for an estimate to have kitchen cabinets refaced, new counter top installed, new sink, faucet, cabinet hardware, and new corner cabinet hinged door with new lazy-susan shelving done. Appointment scheduled and the owner arrived at scheduled time.  Very thorough in explaining what would be done, time frame anticipated to complete job and I believe he wrote up an estimate that day. Answered all questions I had.  Offered suggestions, not pushy.  Left samples to decide what stain colors and styles for cabinet doors I could choose from, along with samples and information on counter tops available.  No pressure sale what so ever.  I chose to purchase the hardware for the cabinet doors, they put them on the doors  Owner is very professional, personable and discussed that this is a family owned business.  No sub-contractors.  Once I decided to go with this company, and decided on style/color preferences, scheduled appointment to begin work.  I work days and was not able to be home at time of installation.  The owner explained his son and I believe son-in-law, (which were both very pleasant and knowledgeable),  would be doing the work but he would be checking  the work as it was being done.  I felt very comfortable allowing them to work in my house without me having to be there.  They completed the work,  I believe it was within 3-4 days, the time frame that was discussed.  They cleaned up everything each day, and other than not having use of the kitchen for a couple of days, I was very pleasantly surprised at how well everything turned out.   They did an excellent job and would recommend their work highly!

    Berkut, Inc.
In January of 2014 I hired Alex Ivashchuck?s company ?Berkut? to remodel my kitchen with counter tops and new flooring.  We first discussed the project in late December 2013.  Alex sent me up to the Tile shop on 23150 Broadway Ave. Oakwood Village OH to purchase the materials myself before starting the project.  I paid up front 50% of the amount for the job. ($3559.02 out of $6718.10) on my Visa.
Work began in late January 2014.  On the first day Alex calls me on my cell to inform me that they have accidently ripped a hole in the drywall (approx 1sq ft.) while removing the counter?s backsplash.  They put the new counter backsplash OVER the
hole where you could see half of the hole creeping out from behind.  Alex himself did fix this after I brought this to his attention in a stern manner.
Alex originally mentioned the under mount stainless steel sink would be included as a bonus, he later retracted his offer and I had to pay for the sink.  They cut a huge hole on the back wall of the base cabinet around the pipes rather than disconnecting the pipes to remove the base cabinet leaving most of the base cabinet?s back wall with a gaping hole and loss of support.  To this day this has still not been corrected.  Upon drilling the holes for the main stem, soap dispenser and spring water tap we did not yet go over where the holes were to be drilled.  I was unavailable for conversation this day and despite that Alex?s crew drilled holes anyway claiming my fiancé gave them permission to do so even though her name is NOT on the contract and I NEVER gave Alex or my fiancé the ?ok? to drill.  This resulted in the granite being re drilled and left my sink with a ?silver cap cover? on one of the holes in the granite that was drilled in the wrong spot.
Finally the floor.  Alex?s crew improperly grouted the tile as you can see from the pictures they wiped to hard while applying the grout and the result was an uneven ?tile to grout? consistency.  I did pay the final amount by this time thinking this could still be fixed and it was best not to cause waves.  I told Alex the grout needs to have a ?smooth? transition from tile to grout.   He sent his crew out and they applied EPOXY (shower grout) ON TOP OF the existing sanded grout.  They did not clean up the ?grout haze? and left me to have to use an acidic cleaner to remove the haze myself AFTER it already settled in. (Which makes this very difficult the longer the haze sits on the tile.)  Even after that second layer the grout line still did not come flush with the tile and the grout was cracking within the first few days (as shown on the pictures).
I never asked for epoxy grout on the floors when I told him it had to be smooth I was referring to the transition from tile to grout not the actual texture of the grout (language barrier?)  I had to fire Alex?s crew and hire Matt?s Home Improvement (Matthew McCuller) to come out and saw all the grout out.  Matt re grouted the floor with the original sanded grout and the transition from tile to grout was consistent and beautiful.  I paid Matthew McCuller $1290.00 to fix all this. To this day I am still out the money I paid despite filing a claim, I was denied by the Stow Muni Court despite all the evidence (bank statements, receipts, before and after photos ect..)
By far this has been the worst experience I have ever had and STRONGLY advise against
anyone doing business with this company.
