Ryans Carpet and Luxury Vinyl Flooring
Ryan and his company were extremely professional. Their installer had about 30 years experience and it went as smooth as it could be. Ive already recommended a few people to Ryans carpet. We love our carpet and he recommended a pad that is extremely comfortable to walk on. Huge difference from what we had before.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company. The workers take great pride in their work which made the end result perfection. They stayed in constant contact and communication with me on all details. Were prompt and neat and I am going to have them do my kitchen next.

We were VERY SATISFIED with the Lograsso Team. Honest, reliable, dependable and cleaned as they worked. Definitely would HIGHLY recommend or would hire again. Already have had 2 of our friends also contracted with them.

Very good! This is the second bath Steve and Jen have done for us. We couldn't be happier! Workmanship, responsiveness, patience with changes - all first rate. Highly recommend. Will use again for kitchen remodel.

    Big Bobs Flooring
They had an old run of engineered hardwood that was in stock and on sale. They sold me all 504 square feet at 1.99/ft (keep in mind that I completed this purchase and my credit card was charged). I purchased 56 sq ft at full retail of 6.99 because I needed 550 total sq feet; I agreed with this and had no problem buying it. When my installer (not theirs) was at my house installing the wood he told me that 84 square feet (3 boxes) was a completely different and inconsistent wood. When I called Big Bob's they told me "Sorry, we actually only had 420 square feet in stock not 504 so you will have to give us back the wrong wood and if you need 84 additional square feet you will need to buy that at full retail price of 6.99/ft". I told them that the mistake was theirs; I purchased and had my credit card charged for 504 sq ft of hardwood at 1.99/ ft. and that is what I want you to deliver to me. Well they couldn't comprehend the fact that me, the customer, wanted what I ordered. Not more, not less, just what I ordered and paid for. The workers at the Warrensville store couldn't help me so I contacted the owner. Although he was apologetic he told me the best be can do is buy back the wrong wood from me for 1.99/ft then charge me 2.50 for the 84 feet I needed. I was not completely satisfied with this but he told me the net charge will be about $60 after tax so I agreed. Well, I never received a refund and was charged $4.49 for the 84 square feet. Let me break it out so its clear. Below is exactly how the receipt reads. 504 sq ft X 1.99 = 1,002.96 56 sq ft X 6.99 = 391.44 84 sq ft X 4.49 = 226.80 If you notice, $226.80 divided by 84 is $2.70. So, instead of refunding me $167.16 (1.99 X 84) then charging me $210 (2.50 X 84) which is what I was told would happen; they charged me $2.70 sq/ft (226.80 divided by 84). Here is the kicker. I had already paid for 504 @1.99 so they charged me an EXTRA $2.70 which bring the price back up to $4.69/ft. And they were literally arguing with me that I was trying to rip them off. Literally arguing with me, the customer. They told me it was their honest mistake but I needed to pay the difference. What????? Lastly, I only needed 550 sq feet for my living room. See how many square feet I was charged for? 644. So I had 2 boxes (56 sq ft) unused and unopened when all was said and done. I called Big Bob's to ask about their refund policy. I was told they would buy it back at $4.49 (6.99 would have been the appropriate price but I was not surprised that they wanted to screw the customer again) but the shipping, restocking, and a 35% fee would mean my refund would be $100. So apparently it costs me over $250 to give them back the extra wood. Lots of numbers in here but if you want the main points here they are: 1) Mediocre products at best 2) Horrendous customer service 3) Horrendous business practices 4) Horrendous overall experience 5) Possibly a crooked organization 6) Definitely an unethical organization I would never recommend any Big Bob's flooring store to anyone, ever. They constantly lied to me so I would agree to terms, they could charge my credit card, then completely not live up to their end of the deal and get mad at me for ripping them off.

Steve came out and met with my wife and I twice. He listened to our ideas, made some great suggestions and turned around a quote and design very quickly. I was impressed that Boyd is an Angie's List Super Service Award winner-we got several other quotes, but the Super Service award gave us the extra confidence that this would be a quality project. His team was professional, punctual and very courteous to our family while working. Steve's wife Jen coordinates everything and does a great job. I told Steve, if this job went well, we were planning to remodel our master bath and then our kitchen. Can't wait to get those projects going! Highly recommend.

After shopping at a different location for carpet we went into Quality Carpet. We learned more about carpet than we did at the previous location. Sales person was very helpful in finding carpet in our price point and in the materials that would work best for the room we were carpeting. Installation people we on time and very nice. Got the pad and carpet installed within 2 hours. This included moving 2 couches and a treadmill.

Eric and Todd were prompt punctual and helpful. Was able to recarpet Mom 's living areas and stairs for only a little more than what she spent in 1993. The initial visit was scheduled promptly and a good assortment of samples was brought . Todd was knowledgeable about carpet types and colors. Was patient while a color decision was made. Carpet was installed in 5 days. Price included the removal of carpet, did not have to throw out in residential garbage. Installers professional and efficient. This was our first experience with an Angie's List vendor. We are very pleased!

Scott and Paul did an outstanding job at our house. They were very careful with the dust and dirt stirred up by the demolition of the old shower and flooring. They treated my house Ike it was their own. When the new shower, toilet and flooring was installed they did a great job. Couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved. I am thrilled with the work they did at our house. Some may say they are pricey but I believe you get what you pay for. I was in a quandary about who to use for the remodeling work at my house and I think I have found a great group to work with. They have done plumbing repairs before at my house and now they are my re-modelers too.

The job was bigger than anticipated because the condition of the existing floor material would not support the new installation.  So, the installer, Mike, and his crew member made the decision to remove as much of the old flooring as possible before preparing the surface and installing the new floor.  While this set the job back a day, it was worth it.  I trusted their judgment and the results really are beautiful.  The work is of a very high quality and it was evident that the crew was very serious about doing the best possible job.
The best part was that the work was all-inclusive.  They moved everything and replaced it, and made sure everything was in working order.  They did the trim along the base of the floor including the cabinets.  And despite the job turning into a great deal more work than anticipated, there was no extra charge for all the additional prep work that was required for a successful install.
While the cost was a bit more than I planned to spend initially, the pricing included everything, no separate charges for disposal/removal, moving stuff, trimming off, etc.  I had just started a new job and so was not as readily available, so I had my neighbor check in with them, and I felt extremely comfortable with them working in the home.
First major renovation to the home since I bought it in 2005 and they did a great job and made it all very easy.
