    I called late on 1/22/19 to schedule a technician to check a refrigerator located in the garage that had not been running for a few days. I was pleased to know that they could send a technician out early the next morning. They called about 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know the Technician was on his way which I appreciated. When he arrived all he did was turn the temperature control inside for the refrigerator to get it started again since we've recently had some very cold temperatures at or below zero. I have no problem with the technician but if I was the owner of the business I would train the employees who answer the phone and schedule appointments to ask a prospective customer some basic questions and make a few suggestions to try before sending a technician to do a 10 second job so a $95.00 service charge can be billed. Not very customer friendly in my opinion. Would probably not use them again.

    Service tech stated it could be one of two problems, quoted a price. We went with the less expensive option which turned out to solve the problem. Came back within 2 days to replace the part. Overall a great job.

    I called at 8:30am, and the receptionist was responsive and understood our desire for a timely response, as all of our food would be need to be discarded. A technician, Ilya, was at my home within the promised timeframe, arriving at 12pm. He immediately diagnosed he broken components, had the parts available, and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. He was exceptionally informative and helpful. I would request his services again, should we have a need for a repair in the future.

    Repair was done well - root cause identified and new parts installed. Area was cleaned. Repairman was courteous and competent. Price exceeded the value of the appliance - I should have been warned about that.

    DURABLE APPLIANCE SERVICE
    We initially contacted this provider for our filter in our refrigerator we ordered it for him to install and fix the part of the refrigerator that was not sending water to the dispenser.  Instead he put a bypass on our refrigerator stating now you do not need for the filter.  Realize that we asked him to fix our filter.  in the midst of his repair he broke our tubing, and had us pay for his mistake.  We paid another 200+ dollars for this service. Overall he constantly came out to fix the refrigerator charging us for his mistakes and after spending 700+ dollars I said enough  is enough, and found someone else.  The big problem is this bypass he set up on his own, is a problem because I cannot find anyone to undo this and will not allow his incompetent self back into my house.  
    Nice guy but did not deliver
    Honestly I would not recommend his incompetent service and am disappointed because I was recommended by angles list.

    When our Microwave first broke, I called Mark based on Angie's List reviews. He called me back, asked me a few questions, and recommended that I buy a new unit instead of allowing him to come over and trying to repair it. I was sold on that phone call. He could have come over, charged us, and then said to buy a new one, but he was upfront, honest and sincere about his recommendation. Once our new microwave arrived, I made an appointment and he called to confirm. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He also opened our dishwasher and cleaned out a filter as a courtesy while he was there. When we went to pay the bill, he asked where we found him again and gave us an Angie's List discount. I have to say, I'll never call anyone else.

    Using model info that I gave him, Mark did research and called me back right away to tell me how much the repair would most likely cost. I looked up how old our machine was and to me it was not worth the repair due to the age of our machine. He was very nice in recommending a model to us to purchase which we have done.

    I thought their price was too high so I did the work myself.  I probably saved about $150 by doing it myself.  He was prompt.  He did a good job at checking it out and didn't leave a mess.

    Brian was an excellent service tech. He found the problems in less than 15 minutes and had the new parts installed within 1/2 an hour. He already had the correct parts with him so there was no delay in getting the job done. He helped us make the decision as to whether we would fix the machine or buy a new one. The hourly rate and basic service call seemed expensive but with an excellent tech like Brian, the job was done quickly and accurately at minimum cost. This repair was expensive because parts were almost $300, but I had already looked online for parts cost and Complete's prices were higher but not out of line. Brian gave us information about our machine that I did not find online and that was very helpful when I negotiated with the manufacturer to try to get a partial reimbursement of the repair cost. 
    I would call Complete again for appliance repair.

    They were supposed to replace a board for my washing machine, and the board they brought out was broken. They said that they will not be able come back out until next Thursday. I am unable to use my washing maching at all until then. I had had another appointment with a differnent company, but I cancelled it because this company told me that they had the board in stock. They still charged me the service fee today.
