AService Plus Heating Cooling PlumbingMost affordable and best equipment hands down!!! I got 6 quotes on a 3.5 ton and matching furnace. The Rheem 2 stage furnace and 16 seer ac I’m getting was less expensive than what others wanted to charge for a 1 stage furnace and 13 seer system!!! Also got a 4 inch filter which half the guys I talked to didn’t mention. One of the other company’s when I asked about a 4 inch filter told me that came with a more expensive furnace. Call these guys before you buy. PS I may have heard (not from this company) that these guys actually did the work on “Angie’s” house here in Indy ;)- Matthew R.

ASelected Logan as the technician did a complete inspection of furnace (other company did not) and only then recommended a completely new HVAC. (Other company also recommended a completely new HVAC, but AC was smaller and total cost was approximately $1,000 higher.) The 3 installers were Brad, Lauren and James. They were excellent and detailed oriented as we recently had new hardwood floors installed and the area the furnace is located in the basement is filled with art work, antique crystal and China. They were also COVID-19 compliant. At the end of each day, all work areas were spotless and all materials removed from home. They were very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better team.

AIt was wonderful! I really appreciate the way Joe explains things. I know nothing about electricity, but I like to learn at least a little bit to understand some of the issues. He shares information in a way that is accessible, and that makes sense to a non-electrician. He is very polite, has a sense of humor, and is very kind. And, in this difficult covid times, he wears a mask, and follows covid protocols. This was a follow up, as we had work done in December. The work done was great, but the flickering source still remained a mystery. But, with his knowledge and persistence, he identified the issue today and fixed the problem.

AVery good service at a fair price. Service Manager Nick gave no pressure options for my situation. I elected for a new install which was performed within two days. Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company.
