AMaumee Valley MoversMVM is such a great company! I thought I had more time to prepare to move out of my apartment, but ended up needing to move out last minute. I called MVM a few days before, hoping and praying they could do it! Eric was so nice. He tried to work me in the best he could on the day I wanted, but there wasn’t any way (I mean, it was like 2 days prior!). He said the best he could do was the morning after. I was able to make that work. They arrived right on time. My movers were Chris and Joe. The came in, were very polite and friendly. They asked exactly what I needed done. They started right away, making sure to be careful with all my things. I ended up adding some things I initially hadn’t planned and they were really nice about it. They both were really so kind and professional. Once they had packed everything up and went to my new place, they came in and asked where I wanted items to go. They made sure to place them all where I wanted them. Again, being careful with my things and inside the apartment so they didn’t scratch or damage any walls or floors. They worked quickly. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they loaded and unloaded the truck. I was shocked how quickly they were done with everything! Moving is so stressful, and MVM made it a lot less stressful for me! From now on, every time I move, I will be calling MVM! Thank you Eric for fitting me in so quickly! Thank you Chris and Joe for being so friendly and professional and for working so quickly! AMaumee Valley MoversWe hired MLM on the recommendation of numerous other people. We were not disappointed. Everett and Zack did an excellent job moving all of our belongings from one house to another. They were fast, efficient and took great care wrapping items. Everything went smoothly. They were on time and Everett explained everything thoroughly before they started. We were 100% satisfied and would hire them again. ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of ColumbusOur movers were Tyler (1416) and Jordan (1447). Tyler and Jordan were extremely competent and courteous during the process of the move. They took the time to ask appropriate questions at each point to make sure they were doing their work to our complete satisfaction. They worked well together and were able to load and unload our possessions with no damage to content or property. They also completed each end of the move in just 75 minutes at each end. I think that is mind-boggling. My wife and I have made six moves (including this one) since we have been married. This was far and away the best moving experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend this moving company and these two individuals to anyone for their next move.- Bob H.

AMeeting with Angelo Carcioppolo and walking through for his estimate indicated to us we were in good hands. He was helpful,professional, knowledgeable and ready to help us make a smooth move Our move coordinator Keighley Yusko was so helpful in answering questions. Directing us to what needed to be done prior to the move and answering more questions !!! We really felt we had a great resource in her expertise . The four gentlemen who moved us could not have been more careful, knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable- they made light work of this big job ! Our possessions were treated with care above and beyond expectations. Our home was "move proofed" so floors did not take abuse from the move. the idea of this big move was stressful- not so ! It actually was amazingly calm and worry free. We cannot thank everyone involved enough- and thank you does not seem like enough of an accolade. It was perfect.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
