AGreat Lakes Gutter Filters LLCIt went perfect! Brian called me and said he would be at my home within 10 days, two days later he showed up. He did a perfect job and cleaned my yard and deck of debris. Brian also pointed out two areas on my newly installed roof that needed attention, using and explaining terminology that I didn't understand. I called the roofing company and I got their attention because I used those same words. ADiamond Pressure WashingVery well, they did a great job and did some small deck repairs and moss removal for no extra charge. They arrived on time, the men working were polite, considerate, the cleaned up very well when done. Matt was professional, provided a detailed estimate, that as I, I found more things for them to do we agreed on pricing. The bill was correct without exception. FIntegrity Home ExteriorsCan anyone help?! This is a NIGHTMARE. It rained last night so my wife will wake up to water literally dripping inside the house through the ceiling (with our en suite water-bucket soundtrack). Integrity created a major active leak that is causing significant damage even months after install. The shingles DO 'look' amazing, it is the water damage spreading inside our home that seems to be the issue. Integrity replaced the entire roof system in our home this year. The salesmen were great, we were more than happy to invest $12,000 in our home and future, and we are simply devastated. The result is this powerless position where the damage created just continues unabated. I probably need to contact some other company or get legal representation or something. I am open to ANY recommendations from my community (Holland, OH) davis.3129@gmail.com. I have never left a negative online review in my life, but I hope this helps someone. Me? The next person? Anyone?? I am too busy to be dealing with this, and apparently, so is Integrity. A very special Thank You to any friends or neighbors who can help with a referral or have some experience and advice. AIntegrity Home Exteriors2 of the company employees came for gutter cleaning and roof inspection. They did a thorough roof inspection and the good thing was the pictures they took of the roof. They did not give me the pictures right away but had emailed the pictures to me the same day. I liked their prompt response. They also did a good job cleaning the gutters.- Gouri K.

ADave's Professional Window CleaningWe had a wonderful experience. We were present at the house while the windows and gutters were being cleaned. They took great care to make sure their work was complete; they respected the property and left the house and grounds free of dirt and debris that was created as a result of the work they performed. The workers were neatly dressed and friendly. They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and made us aware of any problems they encountered as they worked. AGrounds OneThe people were very courteous, and excellent with their work. The work required two days, and they were on time both days. The crew would clean up as the work progressed and kept in constant communication as to what was to happen next. The drywall repairs and wall repaint is so complete, you cannot tell anything had happened. The safety rails in both bathrooms are very secure, even with the ceramic tile walls. The eave trough repairs were through and complete. An excellent job by an excellent company, who we have used before. We have some more projects on the horizon and Jacob's Ladder will get them all.- Terry N.

AGrounds OneJacob actually came out on a Sunday after playing phone tag. I was able to explain problems with water over flowing gutters in specific locations and what could be options for improving removing water away from foundation. The work was completed in a timely manner and I am just waiting for another heavy rain to see if problem has been solved.- Pamela J.

The agent walked me through every step and answered all of my questions. The techs were very pleasant, as well. One could tell that they loved their job. The were neat and clean and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of our questions. They even answered our call after leaving our appointment and offered to come back. FDuring the initial meeting when we received our estimate and up until the day we signed our contract, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Mike and his company. He had lots of information to pass along, plenty of "5 stars" and "A Ratings" with documentation to prove it. Lots of wonderful talk and paperwork showing how important his clients were to the success of his company. Once we signed our contract everything began to go downhill. It took more than 3 months to get the new roof put on (was told no more than 4 weeks, weather did play some of a roll in this so we didn't hold a grudge over it). However, they came and installed an entire new roof and tear down in one day while my wife and I were at work, no notification they were coming or working at the house that day. No chance for us to see what it looked like below the shingles, no chance to meet his subcontractors, no chance to take the dogs somewhere for the day. The very first rain came just a few days later, we had 2 new leaks. Mike wouldn't return our phone calls and it took another 8 weeks for them to come out and fix the damage (on the outside, we were responsible for all the new damage inside the home). Another 5 months went by, playing phone tag and exchanging text messages with Mike. We were continually told we were next on the docket for gutters. Finally we cut our losses and hired another company to do it instead. No apology, no coverage for new damages, and overall a terrible experience that I would not hope for any homeowner. In the year and half since, we have had to do more repairs on our "new" roof, and rather than use our warranty we have paid to have someone else come and work on our home. Our money deserved to have gone elsewhere.

I have a big yard and cant weed it all myself. They do a great job of helping me maintain the beds. And the leaf cleanup is a dream come true!! Treat yourself!!!
