Everything was fine while we were discussing the price and the job until I made the downpayment and committed to their service. In particular, we were promised that we will be able to see and discuss new stain color samples on the actual floor before the entire floor will be stained. I called them on Friday and they started on Sunday.  They worked us in between their other jobs.  Best price. Superb job.  They made repairs to our 90-year-old hardwood floors, then stripped them, stained and finished.  It turned out so beautiful.  I had no idea a hardwood floor could look this good.  We had wanted a lighter stain, but Eddie suggested a darker so that it would cover stains & flaws...

We had used Eddie's floors and we were really impressed.  In fact we recommended them to a couple of other people in the area.  When we went to have them do our upstairs they didn't show during the scheduled appointment.  Then when we called back twice to see what had happened and to reschedule, we never received a phone-call back.  I will not be using them again in the future and would not recomm...
