    Everything seemed to go well. They took xrays of my tooth and then numbed me up and Dr. Hires pulled my tooth (bottom right). The next morning I woke up and was still numb. I called him and the Dr. answered and I told him I was still numb. All he could say was oh ****. After saying that 3 times he asked me to come into the office. Once I got to the office he used a different machine to x-ray my mouth then he told me that when he pulled my tooth he severed a nerve. It has been years since this happened and I am still numb on my lip and jaw. I will probably have to live with this for the rest of my life.

    Extraction went well. Teeth did not fit properly which was understandable since gums were swollen. But up until July 8th 2015. I still did not have teeth that fit properly. When I went to see Dr. Hines he informed me they couldn't help and I needed to see a specialist Prostitodontics which is what Dr. Frankle is go figure. I told him  I am a senior on a fixed income and already have paid 5307.00 for what they were suppose to do. He said they would return my money. So out of all they did he returned 750.00 dollars which means it cost me 284.82 per tooth only had 16.. And no teeth that I can wear. It has been awful  experience.

    Had a good experience. Have had several adjustments to lower permanent denture and each time Dr. Attar has been attentive and has adjusted my dentures each time. Staff are very friendly. I would recommend him to my friends.

    Overall, the appointment was good.  My appointment was at 6:30 pm but I didn't get taken back until 7:00 pm so that was disappointing.  I was a new patient and I had about 5 minutes of paperwork I had to complete but I still think the wait was excessive.  The nice experience I had was the office sent me a survey the next day and I responded that I was disappointed in the wait.  The following business day, Dr. Frankel himself called me to apologize for my delay and offered me his personal cell phone number for any future questions/problems.  This is how customer service is done, and I was very impressed!

    My cleaning and exam went well, and the hygienist explained what she was doing every step of the way.  She was thorough and pleasant.  The dentist who examined me was equally professional and kind.  We discussed some issues I wanted to address and he offered solutions and suggestions on how best to proceed with my dental care.

    Their prices are slightly higher than the average in Toledo, but I would recommend this office very much for the overall good experience and high expertise.

    Went very well - Dr. Kahn and his assistants were wonderful, I'm so happy to have found them. Professionalism rated less than an A, only because a salesperson (?) interrupted him twice while he was doing my root canal.

    I have been  seeing Dr. Ted for many years now. He not only has an excellent staff that takes care of routine cleaning but has also repaired broken teeth and put in crowns .He has saved teeth I thought were gone. The office environment is very welcoming and friendly and I can't imaging going anywhere else. I am grateful to have Dr. "Ted" as my dentist!

    They were OK. I was a little un-nerved that they took a picture of me to verify who I was to get me in their system and verify they hadn't worked on me before. The dentist was OK. He was a little overconfident. My needs required three visits and he was insistant it could be done in one visit. I decided to not have anything done with them and went to another dentist.

    The past was great but over the years they have changed. Now they are not as good as they used to be. The dentistry is find its just the billing practices that frustrates me. Most of the time you see the same dentist but you don't always see the same hygienist. With my insurance they quote me one price but the price I pay is higher. They have to wait from the insurance and they don't always get the quote right away and because of they usually quote me less. When the older Dr. was in charge it use to be family oriented and they treated you like family and now they don't. They are really good about getting you in. I had to wait 30 minutes once to have the finale check up during a root canal.
